L'hotel è più idoneo per gruppi turistici stranieri ( viaggi in pullman)e gruppi di operai ( erano presenti entrambe le categorie durante il nostro soggiorno). La colazione appena sufficiente. Struttura datata con arredi ormai fuori moda, bagno appena sufficiente così come la pulizia. Anche gli asciugamani non sono all' altezza così come i cuscini e il materasso ( molto ballerino). La porta della camera non chiudeva bene e si vedeva la luce del corridoio durante la notte Questa secondo il titolare doveva essere una delle migliori camere; figuriamoci le altre Per non parlare dell' ascensore lento e vetusto. Le valutazioni presenti nel sito sono secondo me poco veritiere.e fuorvianti. Il titolare cerca di mascherare queste problematiche mostrando una finta cordialità, allegria e confidenza non richiesta verso il cliente.

• Russell (10/5): First time to Italy didn' know what to expect the staff made the stay so pleasurable will be going b - The staff are absolutely brilliant and the food is to die for, the hotel is located centrally, the pool is just about big enough to have a swim. There was nothing I didn't like

• CARINE (6/5): Minimaliste - La proximité, cadre idéal pour ballade facile en vélo La salle de bain est vraiment trop étroite, en particulier la cabine de douche, et l’accès au bidet ce qui rend l’ensemble peu fonctionnel et inconfortable. Le petit-déjeuner est très minimaliste et mal organisé : disposition peu pratique, ce qui complique l’usage et ne permet pas de profiter du moment. En résumé, l’hôtel gagnerait à améliorer l’ergonomie des installations et à proposer un petit-déjeuner plus complet et mieux pensé.

• Scubamarius (9/5): Nella lussuosa Forte dei Marmi un imprevedibile hotel dall'eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. - Hotel davvero comodo e grazioso immerso nel verde e con parcheggio ombreggiato. Colazione eccellente completa di tutto. Inoltre dispone di bici in affitto e accesso a spiaggia privata (presente comunque nell'hotel graziosa piscina). Alla reception al nostro arrivo un simpatico receptionist (forse il titolare) che ci ha omaggiato dell'up-grade della stanza. Putroppo la macchinetta del caffè in camera non funzionava.

• Laura (6/5): Non e’ vero che c’è una spiaggia privata - Posizione e comodità, e’ un vero hotel pet-friendly. L’hotel non ha una spiaggia privata ma ne ha una in convenzione soggetta a disponibilità di posti. Eravamo andati per goderci due giorni di mare e quando siamo arrivati al lido indicato come spiaggia “privata” da un addetto dell”hotel abbiamo scoperto che non solo la spiaggia non era privata ma che non c’era posto. Abbiamo quindi dovuto girare per più di due ore per trovare una sistemazione in un altro bagno in un sabato affollato di agosto. Se il messaggio fosse stato chiaro ci saremmo organizzati da soli con una prenotazione specifica prima del nostro arrivo al Forte e non avremmo dovuto girare tutto il litorale.
