• Tucholski (6/5): - Die Betten waren sehr angenehm,ich habe für mich fest gestellt dass eine weiche Matratze so gemütlich sein kann . Es war sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Bad ,ich bin oft in Can Picafort und es ist mir bekannt das es oft nach Kanal richt. Aber in einem kleinen Bad hat man das Gefühl dass es nicht gesund sein könnt sich darin aufzuhalten. Es hätte mich gefreut wenn es wenigstens ein Deutsches Fernsehprogramm gegeben hätte.
• Rudy (8/5): Muy buen alojamiento - Alojamiento perfectamente ubicado, justo encima de un práctico supermercado. A menos de 10 minutos se encuentran grandes hipermercados como Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona o Eroski y gasolineras BP y Repsol. Estratégicamente ubicado y fácil comunicación con cualquier punto de Mallorca. Terraza súper amplia y todo tipo de facilidades como lavadora y todo tipo de utensilios de cocina. Conexión wifi débil en algunos puntos del apartamento, pero ha sido el único problema menor. Todo lo demás es perfecto!

• Samuel Jonathan (1/5): Grauenhaft - Wir sind extrem enttäuscht von dieser Unterkunft und können sie absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung entspricht in keiner Weise der Beschreibung. Es gibt zahlreiche gravierende Mängel: Schimmel im Badezimmer, ein defekter Heizkörper (nachts wird es sehr kalt), kaputte und instabile Betten, ein wackeliges Balkongeländer (akutes Sicherheitsrisiko), verrostete Ausstattung, verschmutzte Decken ohne richtige Bezüge, defekte Aufhänger sowie ein instabiles Sofa. Zudem gab es nur einen Schlüssel für drei Personen. Ein Aufenthalt unter diesen Bedingungen ist nicht zumutbar. Besonders kritisch war das Balkongeländer – hier hätte es beinahe einen Unfall gegeben. Trotz aller dokumentierten Mängel (Fotos und Videos liegen vor) wurde uns von Booking.com lediglich eine sehr geringe Entschädigung angeboten, die in keinerlei Verhältnis zu den Zuständen steht und für uns absolut unangemessen ist. Eine schnelle und zufriedenstellende Lösung blieb ebenfalls aus. Wir raten dringend davon ab, diese Unterkunft zu buchen.

Las terrazas dan a las partes traseras de otros apartamentos, nada de vistas. Cocina muy simple. Las ventanas no ajustan en absoluto y este fin de semana con mucho viento y frio, se notó. En definitiva, regular.

La peor parte recae en el baño donde no había presión de agua y varios días no salía agua caliente, además del mal olor que desprendía el baño. Las camas incómodas y los utensilios de cocina como cafetera o tostador en mal estado. PD: Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad.

• Madeline (1/5): Worst property ever, please save yourself time, stress and money and just stay somewhere else. - This was the most disgusting property ever with the most unhelpful staff ever. There were bugs everywhere, the ceiling leaked when it wasn't even raining, the water pressure in all faucets was literally drops. They also only had 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 2 nights. The apartment looked nothing like the photos and the beds felt like boards. I reached out to the hosts multiple times and they completely ignored my messages.

L'únic que s'ha de tenir en compte és que s'han de pujar escales, per nosaltres no és cap inconvenient, però per a persones ancianes pot ser un problema si els posen al mateix apartament que a nosaltres (3r pis). Haver de marxar.

• Natalia (6/5): - Nice location, staff willing to help. First day of stay there was no water at all, however they did their best to fix it ASAP. Baby cot wasn't in the room though was confirmed, after a message it was delivered right away. Sunny, a bit noisy from the street, but close to the beach. Bad water pressure, awful smell from the bath. Poor set of cookware (no pot lids, no wine glasses, etc). Old sanitary ware.

• Silvia (1/5): Horrible - Nada La peor experiencia de nuestra vida. No tuvimos agua los días que estuvimos ahí, nos pasamos un día entero perdido de nuestras vacaciones entre llamadas eternas sin solución. Mobiliario escaso, viejo, sucio y roto. La solución para ellos fue que nosotros mismos miráramos las llaves de agua y buscáramos a que se debía el fallo. Evidentemente miramos las llaves (estaban todas abiertas) pero nos negamos a hacer de “fontaneros” nosotros mismos. Otra solución era devolvernos 20€ de reembolso. Al final tuvimos que alquilar otro alojamiento porque nos negamos a seguir pasando un minuto mas ahí. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Y aquí seguimos… a la espera de una solución, un reembolso o una mínima disculpa.
• Antia Garcia Costas (9/5): Buena estancia - Apartamento equipado con lo necesario (utensilios de cocina, cafetera, tostadora, lavadora, secador...). Buena zona de aparcamiento cercana y ambiente tranquilo. Algún utensilio estaba sucio y las almohadas eran quizá un poco incómodas para nosotros.

Es un piso de batalla para un par de noches como mucho,el agua no tiene presión ninguna,el sofá es de Cuéntame,el muro de la terraza muy bajo se puede saltar fácilmente al piso de al lado,ojo no dejar nada en la terraza si no estáis porque os lo quitan,no hay pinzas para la ropa a pesar de tener tendedero,el Fairy estaba aguado,sartén y objetos de cocina sucios,el w.c. pegado al lavabo y la placa ducha, imposible sentarse , tostadora estropeada,pedimos un cambio y nos dicen que por ser domingo y estar todo cerrado es imposible,al final nos traen una usada al día siguiente de otro apartamento,sin avisar así que hemos tenido que desayunar fuera, vamos a ver estamos en Can Picafort y están todos los bazares abiertos,NO se lo recomiendo a nadie este apartamento,muy mal la atención al cliente.El wifi va muy mal también.Apartamento para dormir y ducharse,poco más.
• Arenos (4/5): - Que era para 4 personas Muchas cosas han salido mal. 1)La tostadora hacía saltar los plomos de la casa. 2) Cualquier superficie metálica estaba oxidada. 3)El microondas estaba encima de una silla. 4) La cisterna del váter no funcionaba. 5) Se fundió la bombilla de una habitación. 6) El baño no tenía ventilación y olía a alcantarilla. 7) Poca presión de agua en los grifos y la ducha. 8) Mucho ruido por la noche de los bares de al lado. 9) Las imágenes no corresponden a la realidad de las habitaciones. 10) El hervidor tenía cosas raras dentro.

• David Andrés (4/5): - The apartment had very few things to use. The kitchen was too small and not very comfortable. The sofa bed was completely uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom had no window, but no exhaust fan either. The washing machine on the balcony had a defect. Fortunately the hotline worked and a technician came and replaced the washing machine with a new one.

• Katarina (9/5): Superb - good location, close to the beach, right in the centre... no airco, but good orientation so we could air the place and with the breeze it was very pleasant
• Oleksandr (4/5): Super hot inside the apartment, good location. - The location is great, 2 minutes away from the sea. The apartment has a great balcony with a partial view of the sea, where you can have dinner outside or dry your clothes A dishwasher and a kitchen are a big plus if you're staying with a kid. It's super hot inside the apartment. It was constantly 29+ Celsius (84F+) in bedrooms. There are no A/C, each bedroom only has a ceiling fan. The ceiling fan didn't work in one of the bedrooms, so I asked the owner to fix it on the first day of stay. They answered that it would be fixed, but no one came to fix it. On the 3rd day, I asked again, but no one answered. On day 6, I asked for an update, and the answer was that they are waiting for the parts for the ceiling fan. The ceiling fan looks like the fan from 80s, of course, there are no parts for it. Just buy a new one and replace it, it's not expensive. We stayed 11 days, and it was not fixed. I bought an additional fan on day one in the Aldi nearby and wrote about it to the owner, but they didn't even suggest reimbursing me for it. The bathroom doesn't have any ventilation (I don't know how it's even possible to build in such a way). The air is not moving inside the apartment, even with all the open windows and doors on the balcony.

Hairdryer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, freezer and electric stove. Very much moisture in the apartment. The bathroom lock was so rusty it could not be locked Only one key to the apartment and the door cannot be locked from the inside without the key. A problem when you are 4 people and going out seperate.

No air conditioning, gas stow old, not feeling safe - would prefer electric. Very tiny TV for the big room. The bathroom has been eluded every time when takin a shower. No space to sit on the WC.

• Jakub (7/5): Good - Good location, unexpected laundry machine, rooms as in description Very poor water pressure, dull knives, kettel without a base to connect to power supply - we had to boil a water for a tee in a pot - we informed service but nobody reacted, a sofa bed made of plastic material that brakes and falls off and trashes the apartment, missing bulbs in several lamps

• Bogdan (4/5): Not maintained apartment - Location and terrace Rusty fridge, bad smell, shower water pressure, gas leakage
• Renato (1/5): Ok for a night or two, but for any longer I would definitely not recommend - Literally nothing It was nothing like on the pictures. Very old equipment, no kitchen appliances , torn couch. I guess if you need a place for a night or two it is ok, but for any longer I don’t recommend it. There was very bad smell coming from the bathroom, the water had no pressure (it was very hard to even shower properly)
• Tetiana (10/5): Отдых - We rested at the end of August, beginning of September. Everything was very good, I really liked the accommodation, convenient access to the balcony from all rooms and the kitchen. In general, everything was convenient and good; there is a supermarket nearby Aldi and large Spanish supermarkets with a variety of fish and shrimp nearby. The sea is super warm, also about 5 minutes walk .In general, everything was great.Thanks to whoever cleaned it, it was clean.
• Matteo (6/5): In the heart of the nightlife - The property is located in the heart of the night life of Can Picafort, surrounded by many restaurants, pubs and shops. The beach is very near, so the car is not needed. The beds are not comfortable, the flat is very hot and it’s hard to find a parking place around it
• Luca (5/5): Fair for the money - Near the sea Old furniture and dirty Owen, room wasn’t clean at the arrival. Shower’s water missing and unstable, really old leather sofa that was realising all the scratches, really dangerous for kids. When checking temperatures before booking, I thought that 30 degrees where reasonable but the whole building is really exposed at the sun from7 am to 8pm, the ventilator isn’t enough to fight the sweat.

• Sanaa (1/5): Terrible. Paid for 5 nights. Moved out half way through the stay. - The best thing about this apartment is the location - It was loud. We could hear the neighbors all night and the street sounds too. - It was dirty. Dead bugs on the walls and ceilings. Dust below the beds. Musty smell. Floors weren’t cleaned either.
• Miguel (7/5): Good - Location and the terrace It was not as clean as it should be. A couple of things were not working properly.
• Michala (8/5): Very good - Amazing location, big balcony, cheap there was no AC, so it was extremely hot
• Pietrzak (7/5): Good - Apartment was nicer than we expected. Very nice view on the terrace from the 3rd floor. Plus for a Washing machine and the hairdryer. No iron and the mop was very dirty - impossible to mop the floors. Altough we had a Washing machine a fresh set of Bath towels would be a nice addition.
• Patrícia (8/5): Very good - Spacious and comfortable beds, and a nice terrace. The shower leaks water all over the bathroom, could have more kitchen utensils and in better state.
• Barbeník (7/5): Good - Apartment was big and nice. Breakfasts and dinners on the balcony were perfect. Very Good location. 200 meters from the beach. Stuff didn’t send us code to unlock key box, we were waiting 1:30h in front of the door. In bathroom was really bad smell which comes every time when we come to apartment. Also when we were showering the water floats out from shower.
• Jean (8/5): Acapulco Apartments - Very spacious. Very close to beach and amenities. Although we didn't see owners as such. By phone they helped us with any requests for extras needed. Not a lot really. Could have done with more balcony chairs .
• Anna (2/5): not recommended - location really bad smell from drain pipes. mosquitoes smashed on the walls all over the apartment. beds were not as requested, one person slept on sofa. we were charged €50 extra without any notice.
• Karen (3/5): Poor - Comfortable beds Good location Large balcony Spacious apartment Cooker did not work, no gas to the kitchen Telephone number left for contact did not answer No light in main bedroom No light on balcony Ended up having to pay for another hotel to have a hot shower
• Kasia (6/5): Good value for money - The place was really clean and the price was very good.

• Terence (8/5): very central to everything. was handy being above a supermarket. a lovely 7 day break away. - perfect location, clean and tidy, light and airy. nice and big. had Wi-Fi although I don’t need it. it’s good to know it was there. quiet at night too. no air conditioning, very warm, shower tray would overspill and kitchen utensils were basic but I managed to make some lovely meals.
• Bogdan (8/5): Good value for the money - Big terrace and great location
