- Leanne (8/5): - Prima hotel, badkamer wel met "schimmel" randjes maar was ook budget prijs. Ontbijt voldoende maar niet geweldig. Locatie is super als je op doorreis bent. Met veilig bewaakt parkeren. In de omgeving eet opties net als in het restaurant. Personeel hulpvaardig maar spreken maar 3 woordjes frans Wifi verschrikkelijk slecht.

- Philip (6/5): - Well located, friendly and helpful staff, clean and a good breakfast. Disappointment was that we had booked as it has a restaurant but this is not open at the weekend. Otherwise is good value and recommended.

Restaurant was not opened to all residents as not enough staff to run it. Staff was pleasant. Would not recommend it if you want to stay there, arrive, relad and eat unless the restaurant is adequately staffed.

A única dificuldade foi na chegada que não tinha nenhum atendente, estava chovendo e muito frio. Entramos em contato com a equipe do Hoteis.com que resolveu o problema rapidamente intermediando como faríamos para ter acesso ao local por um recebimento eletrônico de entrega de chaves que fica na entrada. A equipe do Hoteis.com está de parabéns, pois não é a primeira vez que soluciona rapidamente problemas que acontecem a qualquer hora. Não utilizo outro aplicativo, pois sei que terei segurança em todas as minhas reservas.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Chambre propre et spacieuse, par contre durant cette période de grand froid j'ai trouvé une chambre froide ou le radiateur était éteint du coup il a fallu une bonne heure pour réchauffer la chambre avant de pouvoir prendre une douche au risque de ne pas tomber malade. A part ce petit point dans l'ensemble c'était plutôt bien.

- Neil (6/5): - This was just a stopover on the way to the Channel Tunnel. Hotel was easy to find, and not too far to drive to the centre of Rouen - which is handy because the hotel restaurant is closed at weekends. All clean and tidy, with plenty to eat for breakfast.

About 15 minutes drive into Rouen, so not that close to the city, but ideal for a one night stop. Only minor gripe was that there was only tea/coffee in the room for one person, but there's a McD just down the road, so no big deal.
- Greg (4/5): Appalling - I personally would never stay nor recommend this hotel to anyone. We arrived late at night when check in had closed and was left with a note saying to use the automatic machine to get our keys. However the machine did not bring up our booking. We called the phone number on the hotel's note and was greeted by an angry hotel receptionist who came out to us and started shouting and swearing at us. Not exactly what you'd expect as a guest. The room was adequate for what we'd paid, but the service was the worst hotel service I have ever received or heard of.
