• Lewis (10/5): - Excellent, cozy, comfortable hotel. It felt like a small family amongst ourselves and other guests. The pool area is so scenic and offers so much greenery. There's a charcoal grill for anyone to use. There was a kitten in our room. Everything needed was within walking distance. The owner is so friendly and personable. Parking was also very convenient. Some things are slightly dated but renovations are underway. Don't let that deter you. This is a diamond in the rough and i would stay here every single time.
• Lewis (10/5): - Very homey. Felt very safe. We had a small kitchen, beautiful view overlooking the pool and everything was very clean. It's a "Mom and Pop" type place in a great location, easy to walk to almost anything you might need. The owner is so friendly and easy to talk to about everything. Absolutely loved our stay. It is slightly dated, but renovations are being made. Don't let this stop you from enjoying this gem.

• Patricia (1/5): This place is a dump. - Location Everything, I couldn’t stay there I left after the first night. Bedsheets were like sand paper. Pillows like rocks. Floor leaking water, ac was in a weird closet room would not cool off. Hair stuck on the bathroom wall which leads me to believe it wasn’t cleaned. Tv control didn’t work. No one at the front desk to receive me. They left the room unlocked. I want my money back.

• Rhonda Everly (9/5): Nice place - Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were arriving after they were closed but they met us there to check us in. We stayed 2 separate nights, the second time we were able to do early check in. The staff is really nice too! Grandkids really enjoyed the pool! Not much. Could use some updating and coffee in the rooms.

En mi llegada no había nadie en recepción, más de 30 minutos para realizar el Check-in sobre las 6 pm, No tiene baños en en recepción, instalaciones demasiado viejas y en evidente deterioro, el aire acondicionado muy viejo y ruidoso, el dispensador del hielo está demasiado vieja y sucia soportada en piedras, no tienen alimentos ni bebidas disponibles dentro del hotel.

El mobiliario de mi apartamento era bastante antiguo y faltaba luz, creo que sacando algunos muebles que no aportan se agrandaría el espacio y ayudaría a qué sea visiblemente más agradable. Las toallas y el papel higiénico no alcanzaban para la estadía de una semana , yo pedí adicionales y me dieron, hay que tener en cuenta que el dormitorio se entrega limpio pero luego no hay limpieza diaria

• Samuel (10/5): Loved it!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 - It was very dated but everything was clean and worked well. It was quiet and close to everything. The ac was excellent. Had a nice tv lamps and ceiling fan and the freezer and refrigerator worked excellent. They let me bring my two dogs and the floors are ceramic so I didn’t have to panic in case of accidents. I was on the third floor and the elevator worked great. The pools fine but I mostly went to the beach across the street. It’s just 3 blocks from Lauderdale by the Sea which has strings of restaurants beaches and stores. Las Olas is only a few miles up the road too. If you go when nothings going on the rates are extremely wonderful. The staff are fabulous. Really helpful and friendly. They sell ice cream bars and water in the office and have an ice maker. I loved it! Going to stay there next month too. Nothing I loved it within the rationale of I knew what it was going in. If you want something extravagant or brand new go somewhere else but you’re going to pay lots more.

• Ann (9/5): We had a fabulous trip and will be back again soon. - I am a repeat customer of this family run Inn. It is in a great location and great value for the price. The owners have been steady remodeling and updating all of the rooms and they are very friendly and accommodating. More towels in each room. They only provide 2 towels and 2 washcloths, but will give you more if you ask and turn in your used/ dirty ones.

• John-Manuel (9/5): Good location and a very nice pool - Beautiful pool area and close-ish to the beach. Only problem was that the toilet in my bathroom had a broken handle, so I had to lift the lid of the tank to manually flush it.
• Allison (10/5): Great great great value!!! - I am about to answer all the questions you may have about this location :) We had a double queen room and it was very spacious. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The room has a TV a microwave a coffee maker and ice bucket and a mini fridge. The room also has a high table with two chairs at which you could eat. There are also several drawers in which you could place your clothing if you would like. You’re going to see reviews that talk about some of the markings on the walls and that should not be a deterrent for you. The marks are just marks of those that come with age. The bathroom is completely modern, it was probably the best lighting that I’ve ever had in a hotel bathroom. The shower was also very nice and included a shelf in the wall for you to place your things. You will see other reviews that the pool area was super nice, and it was. They play music and everything is perfect. I will say that communication with the hotel is a little bit lacking. We personally booked through Booking.com. In trying to message them through the app about luggage storage they never responded, but the day that we actually checked in, we called the number that is on file. They answered the second time that we called, and were able to give us early check-in at 11 AM for an extra $25. You will see in a lot of reviews people that didn’t receive their key deposit back. The key deposit is just a five dollar charge that if you check out during their office hours and they’re here, then they will give you the five dollars back when you return your key. That being said the office hours seem to be a variation of 9 to 9. They may, however, differentiate a little bit because it is a family owned small hotel. They were also more lenient with the checkout time. The beach is only a short 10 minute walk away. McDonald’s is only a three minute walk away. So super ideally located especially for the low price. There is on-site parking as well. Would 10/10 recommend.

The quality was terrible,very dated,and broken lights,bed,lock to patio door was non existent and there was a very strong smell of Marijuana all the time.overall a 3 out of 10.we weren't expecting superior accommodation but for 225$ we were expecting much better.and the icing on the cake is they were not open before we left at 930 to receive our key deposit even though the desk was supposed to be manned from 930 on

The room was not cleaned to a high standard, there were many bugs in the bathroom and near the beds too. Also there was quite a lot of dirt and mould in the room which just felt quite unclean. There were a couple sockets not working and a light but that’s not really a big issue. It is near to the beach which isn’t too busy

Office hours supposedly started at 9:30 a.m. - The manager casually strolled in at 10:30. Booking.com couldn't give us a refund because the hotel was keeping the money. A RIP-OFF and outrageous. NEVER BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION!!!! Wir hatten 1,5 Tage KEIN KALTES WASSER IM BAD = KEINE TOILETTENSPÜLUNG, KEINE CHANCE ZU DUSCHEN/BADEN, KEINE RASUR MÖGLICH! Der Manager ging erst gar nicht an Telefon. Bürostunden angeblich ab 9.30 a.m. - Der Manager kam gemütlich um 10.30 anspaziert. Die 30(!) Dollar Pfand für den Schlüssel bekamen wir zurück - ansonsten LOG DER MANAGER, sagte er könne uns keinen refund geben, weil er das Geld von Booking.com noch nicht habe!!! Booking.com konnte uns nichts erstatten, weil das Hotel das Geld einbehält. ABZOCKE und unverschämt. BUCHE DIESE UNTERKUNFT NIEMALS!!!!

• Ann (9/5): Had a fabulous time here. - Fabulous location! The room was a good size and love that all rooms have chairs outside on the balcony to sit and enjoy the sun. The pool was the right temperature and Oliver the manager is such a friendly person to deal with. The only thing I was sad with is that their coffee order did not come in when I was there, but there is a McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts just down the street.

• Diego (7/5): Opción regular pero con buena ubicación. - La ubicación Tenía problemas con el agua, durante varios días no tenía agua durante gran parte del dia, y muchas luces sin funcionar lo que hacía que estuvieran muy oscuras las habitaciones.
• tilghman (5/5): Besides being dated the property is small. Not somewhere I would consider if I was on a family vacation - The location was very good, the attendant very pleasant and accommodating. Rate was reasonable Although I couldn’t say the place was terrible, it was just old. There clearly has been no renovation of updating of the property. Ceilings looked like there was a leak or something and there was sloppy repair. When I was leaving the elevator wasn’t working and no one was at the desk so I had to carry my large luggage down the stairs. For a short stay, I only needed to stay there one day, it was okay but I would think twice about staying there an extended number of days. The young man at the desk was very nice.
