- Verified traveler (2/5): Dont book this hotel!!! - 오피스에있는 직원이 영어도 못하고 거주하는 아파트가 여러곳에 흩어져있다는게 2시간이나 가야하는 그런 곳인지 몰랐고 그리고 설명도 잘못해서 도저히 찾아갈수 없어서 그냥 취소하고 다른곳에서 묶어서 4박의 숙박비를 한푼도 환불받지 못했다 이런곳을 호텔이라고 올려놓은 호텔스 닷컴에 매우 실망한다
- Verified traveler (2/5): Esterno della casa orribile. - Nel ingresso della casa abbiamo trovato una discarica di rifiuti orribile :Materassi sporchissimi,pezzi di arredamenti rotti,seggiolini di bambini,ecc.ecc. Non siamo nemmeno entrati e siamo andati via,abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e rimborso del costo delle camere...ovviamente rifiutato,chiederemo alla expedia il riconoscimento del rimborso.

- LLB (4/5): SOUS LOCATION APPARTEMENT - Nous n'étions pas dans un hotel mais dans une sous location par des particuliers. l'appartement n'était pas conforme à la description. Nous avions loué pour deux personnes et deux chambres. La première personne dormait dans la chambre et la seconde sur le SOFA. Le lit de la chambre était fragile et s'est cassé sous le poids de son occupant.

Die ,,Wohnung" hat für 5 Nächte 1250€ gekostet und war nicht einmal 200 wert !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- Tak Wing Antonio (4/5): - Feeling very bad, no wifi, ask extra money Euro 490 for extra one person, we had booked for three person and they said that we only booked for two, if not due to high season cannot get hotel and we already pay for it, I will cancel this stay, we will never stay this hotel again.

- Verified traveler (2/5): TIMADOS POR FEO APARTMENTS - Pagamos por dos apartamentos de una persona y nos metieron en un apartamento con una habitación y un sofá. La familia encargada del apartamento solamente hablaba turco y un poco de alemán, con lo que era muy difícil entenderse con ellos.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Una Estafa en Alemania - Al final logramos el objetivo de asistir a Feria de Automatizacion, sin embargo nos regresamos con el sin sabor de que nos robaron y que nunca obtuvimos lo que pagamos a Expedia. Sin lugar a duda mi pero experiencia viajando por Europa. Debido a la alta ocupacion en la ciudad por Feria, no nos quedo mas alternativa que irnos a unos apartamentos en lugar de usar un Hotel convencional. Y no mas con la llegada a Hannover empezo la estafa: 1. Empezamos preocupados al darnos cuenta que el taxi nos llevo a una direccion (segun las indicaciones recibidas) que no tenia nada que ver con la direccion de los apartamentos que se publicaba en Expedia. Esta de por demas decir que la direccion en Expedia indicaba una muy conveniente cercania al centro ferial y al centro de ciudad, mas sin embargo terminamos en lugar verdaderamente alejado. Con los implicaciones en transporte y otros. 2. Pero para hacer mas serio el robo en que nos vimos involucrados. Contratamos a traves de expedia 2 apartamentos con capacidad para 4 personas cada uno. Cuando llegamos nos habian ubicado en un apartamento con capacidad para talvez 4 personas. Al final eramos 3 y la situacion era manejable, pero donde se convirtio en increhible fue cuando solicitamos entonces que nos devolvieran el dinero de uno de los apartamentos y los señores con un muy mal ingles y mas bien a traves de un traductor nos dijeron que ahi cabiamos todos y era suficiente. Al final logramos el objetivo pero fue un gran engaño!

Geld wurde sofort abgebucht. Leider keine Fotos gemacht. Von der Tochter mal schnell das Schlafzimmer vermietet. Von Hotel keine Rede. Keine ALG vorhanden!
