• susannet175 (6/5): It was clean - The hotel is older and it shows. The room was clean, but needed some TLC (ripped fabric on the chair, peeling paint, etc); the walls and ceiling are thin and the showerhead is ancient (water pressure was ok); the faucet on the sink is new but so close to the back of the sink that one can not even wash their hands. In the shower was body lotion instead of body wash...ooops. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. Breakfast was very basic and needed to be tended to much better.
• mphstteach (6/5): Ok - Ok place. The room was clean but the place smelled pretty bad. Maybe because I was near a smoking room but my room was non smoking so I was quite unhappy with the stench. For a one night stay though it was fine, clean room and felt safe there. Think it was a little overpriced for what I got

• 23MikeA (6/5): Stay somewhere rlse - Well the staff was awesome, and the breakfast adequate, but the location was a lot to desire! The street traffic was terrible and started at 4 am! Bay Street is a great location but I would stay anywhere else that had 3 plus floors so you can sleep above the noise starting at FOUR AM! This place is dated, musty and too noisy!
• Crich426 (8/5): Nice and Clean - I had a king room and it was above average. Room was very clean, front desk staff was friendly and helpful will all of my questions about the area. Morning breakfast was sufficient and good. The motel is in a central location to everything. I would defiantly stay here again.
• LastMangoInPA (8/5): Good place for an overnight stay - This location was a good choice for an overnight stay. The free breakfast was good. More than just a Continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Convenient location to visit Shiloh National Battlefield Park.
• ForrealFamilyFun (8/5): Quality Inn Offers a Pleasant Stay - Quality Inn Savannah, TN was a pleasant place to stay after a day of touring the Shiloh National Military Park. It was a short drive from the park. The Hotel was clean and had every convenience you would want for a short stay. The employees were friendly. Quality Inn is located by many restaurants, a bank (with ATM), and near a Kroger grocery store. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet at night. I would certainly stay at this facility again.
• AdvRider_IOP_SC (10/5): Great TAT Rider Accommodations! - A group of four traveling on dual-sport motorcycles riding the Trans America Trail (TAT) stayed at this property during the first week of August 2021. We found this place to be quite reasonably priced and very comfortable. Perhaps the biggest highlight of our stay here was the friendly staff, ie, the owners. They helped us get to and from restaurants when it was raining…..we didn’t want to get back on those motorcycles after riding in the rain most of the day. I also liked the fact that all three of our rooms had laminate flooring instead of the carpeting found in most places….just feels so much cleaner than nasty old carpeting. Also, ground floor rooms allow you to pull your bikes right up to the room’s front door….an underrated convenience for sure. Again, the staff is really what sets this place apart from other places. Highly recommended to other TAT riders.
• rhaltn5 (8/5): Surprised by room and service at this hotel - Was very surprised by the size of the room, was very nice and set up great, had plenty of room for 2 double beds. Staff was very nice and friendly, asked for a ground floor room and was honored by staff. I would recommend this hotel and area. Close to down town and stuff to do. Nice area, interesting things to do and hotel is very good located and room was clean
• waldentenn (6/5): An average budget hotel - This is an older property that used to be a Comfort Inn until that brand insisted on interior corridors, so it was downgraded to a Quality Inn. It is everything you would expect from a $75 room from this brand. Reasonably well maintained, good cable, clean, pretty spotty wi-fi, OK breakfast, decent service. Non-business clients are usually here to visit Shiloh National Military Park, which is about 15 minutes southwest (Savannah was Grant's HQ before the battle and the house he used still stands). There are better hotels in Corinth, Mississippi, which is a bit farther from Shiloh. If all you are looking for in a hotel is a reasonably clean and comfortable room with few frills, you won't be dissatisfied to stay here.

Wifi is pretty good and the hotel staff is very friendly and inviting. I have stayed at this hotel (10) times so far in 2019 for business and I keep coming back. Great value hotel for Savannah!
• sweetpea38135 (6/5): Getaway Trip - The hotel wasn’t bad for the price and location. Our room had a musty smell and felt damp in there. The breakfast needs some work. Not much out and the biscuits were hard, eggs were on the cook side. Carmen was really nice that tends to the breakfast area.
• wacntn (8/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient - There aren't many places to stay in Savannah. I was glad that I stayed here. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly at every interaction. If I return to Savannah, I will definitely stay here again.

• Lorna6750 (6/5): Such Friendly Staff! - This small hotel located about 15 minutes from Shiloh National Battlefield is an older facility but clean and neat. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Room was well lit and clean. There are drapes, sheers and room darkening curtains at the window allowing for total darkness or a bit of light coming in (yet offering privacy). The parking lot is on the small side but not impossible to navigate. Breakfast room is clean and bright. There was plenty of everything and the hostesses were so friendly! Nice place and close to where we wanted to go!
• cdub333 (6/5): OK location; overlit; run-down fixtures - Good location (5-minute drive to historic, charming Savannah Tennessee; 20 minutes to Shiloh National Battleground. Under-lit driveway (almost drove into a ditch); over-lit parking lot (a spotlight blasted into my window all night). Pleasant front desk staff. OK parking, clean room, coffeemaker, wi-fi. Broken toilet seat, leaky corroded shower fixture (a guy at breakfast told me his shower dripped all night). The ancient office chair was comfy but disintegrating. Mostly quiet, but some truck traffic can be heard, including one of those beeping trash trucks at 4:45 a.m. (Thanks, guys). So-so breakfast.

• haleforestryinc (8/5): Getting Ready For European Sized Cars I Suppose - This is a good hotel but the very first thing that happens at a hotel is parking. This is tight. They should have bought 3 more feet of real estate. I looked like Austin Powers trying to turn his electric car around in the tunnel. Check-in took a little longer than I am used to. The hotel itself was great starting with my most important standard, it was clean. It is a little bit dated but everything worked good. I went to eat after checking in & when I came back I got one of the park spots by the pool (so I could leave without having to get another drivers consent)! I slept pretty good. Breakfast & coffee were good. The staff were really nice & I appreciate that.
• Z8958AVlindar (8/5): Nice and clean rooms....friendly staff - Traveled with my 90 yr old mother for a quick trip ‘back home’ to visit friends and see her home she recently sold. Mother and I were pleasantly surprised to find how clean and neat the rooms were. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast selections was more than we expected especially for a weekday morning. It was a very nice experience. We will definitely stay again when we visit ‘back home’.

A comfortable room for an odd nights stay - with breakfast and quite cheap what more can you want.

The front Desk lady talked to me like third grader when we tried to resolve the issue of a credit card on file for damages on the room I rented for my workers. She let me send the paperwork in the morning, but it was still a pain. I won't be sending any of my workers back there. I rent on average 40 plus nights a month for me and my team members. I will not be renting any rooms at this hotel going forward.

• salty (6/5): ok for a place to stay - everything ok if you just need a place to clean up and sleep.it was clean and staff was nice:they answered our questions about the area. It was all we needed.We were not looking for a hotel experience.The only to things that bothered me was the in room refridgerator never got cold enough and trash set outside a rooms door a couple of days.In this area probably one of the better places to stay.Breakfast was ok for free and saved time and money.
• Verified traveler (4/5): More like a motel - Rooms all have outside doors. Mine had a 1" gap at the bottom and the safety latch was broken off. Girl in the lobby was completely annoyed when I asked if there was a printer to print plane tickets. She had her own little personal area set-up on that desk, laptop, cellphone, snacks, etc. She huffed and puffed the whole time when she was moving it all out of the way. When she finally got all of her stuff off the desk, she said "there" and slammed the door. Didn't see her after that. Because of this, I won't be going back.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Drinking on the job? Who cares! - So we stayed at the Comfort Inn this Mid-February and it was perfect. Slow time of year and it showed. The hotel seemed just about empty (minus the staff of course) and they were very personable and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and I was very surprised how clean it was kept, but maybe was because of how vacant it was. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, TV was big and rotated, wifi worked great as well.. The only thing I could possibly have to say negatively was that on our last day we saw a cleaning lady drinking a tall boy of Budweiser. Look, it was slow, it was obviously her beer, and she was doing her job--and doing it well I might add. Overall an 92 A+ in my book!
• Sophie (8/5): Excellent Service - This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly. The check-in was easy and quick. The staff were outstanding. They stopped by when I was there and quickly provided the items I needed. Then the days I was out, they were very efficient to provide what I needed and a little more (an extra shampoo and conditioner, thank you!!). Also, I did not hear others in their rooms although the rooms were very busy, which I appreciated because my grandchildren would want to play but I did not hear them outside the room.... good insulation. Thank you again! My grandchildren said thank you for the excellent breakfast and the nice lady at the desk.

• unclean!! (4/5): Dead bug on bed - Upon arriving, I found a dead bug on the bed comforter in plain sight. I also tried to check in around 2pm but the front door was locked and no one answered the doorbell so I had to come back after appointments to check in later that day. Threw a wrench in my day and I won't be back. I'll stay at the days inn next door!

• Missy (8/5): Excellent! - The staff went well beyound the call of duty. My husbands car charger ran the battery down in our truck so when we were ready to leave for the park our battery was dead. Ken at the front desk got his truck and came around with cables to boost us off. It took a while for the battery to come back to life but Ken hung in ther with us! Big koodos to him! • VIctor (10/5): Nice stay Motorcycles were too loud tho - First got there the hotel didnt have my reservation even though the manager said it was there because I called to check to make sure it was ok. But the lady at the desk got me in a nice room just as I had wanted anyway. Expedia and the hotel had messed up my reservation. The room was good cleanliness was great ( however I wish hotels would drop this mini pillow idiocy its hard to sleep well on those little pillows whoever told you that was a good idea lied.) AC unit was far too loud and when temps got high it had a time keeping up with it. Makes me wonder where your buying them since a silly walmart 6,000 btu unit would have froze me out of the room and been much quieter than that big old fashioned honker unit the hotel had. Other than those two items and the propensity of motorcycle people to think they need to start their bikes up and rev them without consideration to the rest of the guests Id recommend this hotel if your staying in Savanah Tennessee I will stay there again, after praying they get real AC UNITS and start a policy that if your staying with motorcyles that you need to be considerate of others guests and park out front instead of in front of a sleeping guest's room. Wake up bikers that extra loud bike doesnt make you big and bad it makes you old stupid and obnoxious to others.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Trapped! - Upon arrival in Savannah, I was met with absolutely zero cell phone/data reception. It took literally minutes for the receptionist to greet me at the front desk who was "pleasant enough" to get me into the room. After 30 minutes of struggling to get a Wi-Fi signal strong enough to send a single email, I resigned to leaving and finding another hotel with a stronger Internet service (as it is imperative to my occupation). Returning to the front desk, the disgruntled receptionist said that I would be charged the entire night's stay for the 30 minutes I had spent in the room, saying I had been there "over an hour" - although I hadn't even used the bathroom since arriving. She proceeded to berate me and disregard my sincere need to conduct my work, snarling, "I've got all my rooms booked and nobody has complained." Having no choice but to stay or pay for a room I wasn't going to sleep in, I was unable to conduct ANY work throughout my stay. I would rather have ZERO hot water and take cold showers than have no Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, I was only half right, as hot water was limited and the pillows were comically small, square "throw pillow" types which despite there being four of them, weren't of much comfort. In a modern world wherein so much of business and commerce is conducted digitally, providing wireless Internet is an imperative commodity.

• Cindy (10/5): Recent Stay @ Quality Inn Savannah - We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and went to our room. It was very clean, neat and well decorated. The breakfast was very good as well as the friendliness of the Hotel staff. I would definitely return to this Hotel and I would recommend it to others.

• Betty (10/5): Great Hotel !! - We were welcomed nicely when we arrived. The room was neat and clean. We had breakfast there the next morning. I was glad to hear them say, "if we forgot anything we would be called and the item would be keep for 30 days for us to pick it up", we had stayed in another, name brand, hotel and I had left a jacket but I called back in less than an hour and they said it was not there. They seem to be very honest people.

• Chaz (8/5): A little pricey for what it is, but still the best deal in town... - I usually stay at the Days Inn next door when I am in town; however, this time I chose the Comfort. It was about $35 more per night for similar amenities and service with the exact same furnishings; however, the Comfort has updated carpet and paint in the rooms, which makes it seem a little cleaner. The walls are definitely thinner than at the Days; but overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel and service.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Definitely the best in Savannah!! - This was one of the best experiences we've had with a hotel. From beginning to end, things went well. Starting with my initial conversation for the reservation to the checkout &;4 days later; we were treated like royalty. Everything in between was awesome too. This team was definitely trained well on how to please the customer. Everybody was super friendly and helpful. Bright smiling faces-EVERY DAY!! The house-keeper kept our room clean and well-stocked and did it with a smile. I will definitely be quick to say that this is by far the best hotel in Savannah. This is the ONLY place we will ever stay in Hardin County. Great job!
