• JUAN ANTONIO (2/5): Decepcionante - Las vistas al mar. Valorar el apartamento se me hace difícil, no hay por donde cogerlo. Es decepcionante, frustante,se cae el enchufe que está cerca de la cocina, incumpliendo la normativa de sehuridad, Las puertas de entrada y del baño, hay que abrirlas a fuerza de golpes y tirones, la TV tamaño 14 pulgadas, vergonzoso, la ropa de cama huele mal, al igual que el ropero. Nomerece la pena seguir comentando, tres veces he ido y en los tres fatal. Es como si fuese una granja de gallinas, con sus jaulas. Solo que para el turismo extranjero que no se quejan. NUNCA MÁS. Lo único las vistas al mar.

Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis gut. - Die Wohnung befindet sich im 9ten Stock in einer wunderschöner Lage mit herrlichem Aussicht und ist nur 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es viele Geschäfte und Restaurants, kostenlose Parkplätze, tolle Strände und eine schöne Promenade. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war hervorragend. Sie schickte uns umfassende Informationen zu Restaurants, Anfahrtsmöglichkeiten usw. Küchenutensilien sind okay, alles wichtiges ist da. Leider kein WLAN, auch an der Reception war der Kauf für Gäste nicht möglich (nur für ständige Bewohner). Eine Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse ohne Sonnenschutz war am Tag praktisch nicht zum Aushalten. Die Sauberkeit kann verbessert werden.
• Meta (9/5): Bestimmt mal wieder hier - Die Abwicklung zum Check in gestaltet sich außerordentlich positiv, rechtzeitige Kontaktaufnahme durch die Vermieterin und zahlreiche nützliche Informationen werden gegeben. Das Appartement hat eine sehr schöne Lage im vierten Stock mit Blick auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang 😉 Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und das Nötigste vorhanden. Sollte eine Kleinigkeit vermisst werden, kann ich nur raten,dies sofort mitzuteilen....ich habe selten eine so schnelle und praktische Lösungsmöglichkeit angeboten bekommen. Das Appartement ist mit einem Lift gut zu erreichen und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es etwa 20m. Fällt mir gerade nichts ein

• Gisela (7/5): Soggiorno di una notte - L’appartamento è in una bella posizione con una stupenda vista e 2 minuti dal mare! Ci sono tanti negozi e ristoranti vicini. Ottima comunicazione con la Signora Maria! I letti del divano sono scomodi e piccoli, vanno bene solo per bambini! Se ti giri fanno rumori che disturbano tutti nella stanza! Manca uno stendino per appendere i teli del mare. Il mobilio e i attrezzi della cucina sono molto datati.

• Heinz Friedrich (4/5): Runtergewirtschafftes Appartement - Nur der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war toll. Achtung! Angeblich frisch renoviertes Appartement, ich denke eher das da ein Wasserschaden vorhanden war, bissi Farbe an die Decke geschmiert fertig. Kein Sonnenschirm, die Wände haben starke Gebrauchsspuren, sind Teilweise braun. Der Kühlschrank schleift auf dem Boden, also feste zudrücken!!. Das Fenster nicht aufmachen, man bekommt es kaum zu. Die WC Papierhalterung ist total lose. Die Waschbeckenmischbatterie quitscht beim benutzen und ist sehr schwergängig. Vor dem 1. benutzen waren die Teller voll Fett. Hier wird "service und kundenzufriedenheit" kleingeschrieben.

• Vanesa (6/5): Suficiente para unos días de vacaciones - La ubicación frente a la playa. La anfitriona me envió información completa de sitios donde comer, cómo acceder, etc. Respondía rápidamente a cualquier duda/ comentario. Aunque no las usé porque estuvimos fuera la mayor parte del tiempo la zona de piscinas estaba bastante bien, eso sí no parecían que hubiesen muchas hamacas si coincidía bastante gente. Que en el mensaje se indicaba que el apartamento estaba recién reformado y no lo parecía, si no hubiera hecho esa mención hubiera puesto mucho mejor valoración. Justo unos días antes estuvimos en otro apartamento recién reformado sin que se anunciase como recién reformado y al llegar a éste nos sentimos decepcionados, ya que lo esperábamos mejor. Paredes de gotelé, espejo del baño con algo de oxidación, y en general pequeños desperfectos normales del uso de un apartamento que no está recién reformado. El edificio en general necesita una reforma. Han realizado pequeñas mejoras, pero se observa humedades en paredes y en el techo del pasillo de acceso al establecimiento. En la recepción los sillones están bastante deteriorados. Uno de los ascensores no funciona y por la mañana se tarda en conseguir uno libre. Hubiera estado bien algo de sombra en la terraza para disfrutar de la vista. En el complejo se recomendaba cerrar la terraza, por lo que por la noche hacía calor, aunque hay un ventilador, no es aire acondicionado. La TV es bastante pequeña, aunque para nosotros no es algo relevante a la hora de escoger apartamento. Los sillones individuales para niños no están mal, pero no son muy cómodos. Eché de menos una botella de agua a la llegada, es algo muy común como bienvenida en los apartamentos y hoteles a los que he ido.

• Yasmina (8/5): - El alojamiento se encuentra ubicado muy cerca de la playa y tiendas. Está muy céntrico. La piscina es 24 horas, un lugar tranquilo. Le faltó aire acondicionado.
• Cristina (8/5): Buen apartamento - El apartamento en general está muy bien, lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación, está todo muy cerca. Colchones y sillón muy cómodos. Bien equipado en cuanto a enseres, toallas, sábanas...etc. No tiene microondas y el ventilador es un poco antiguo.

• Alberdi (3/5): - La ubicación Camas muy incómodas, el sofá cama no es apto para dormir una semana, mucho calor y poca ventilación, solo teníamos un aparato que movía el aire y sacaba muchísimo ruido. La cocina poco equipada y el menaje sucio. Había cucarachas en la cocina y baño. La terraza sin sombra, no se podía estar.

Very good restaurant next to swimming pool serving breakfast €8 per person and dinner €25, the food lovely, definitely worth the money, all drinks wine or beer are included in the price. Short walk to the beach markets and restaurant.
• Sarah (10/5): Relaxing and excellent location. - We moved to this property from a small pokey one with a terrible pool. It was much bigger, light and airy, a thousand degrees cooler, and had everything you need, the previous one had no toaster and very few utensils. Shower was much better too, good water pressure. Lovely views. Clean pool with clean loungers. Lots of very helpful information from the host on where to eat etc. excellent communication with the host regarding checking in and out. Will come again. Nothing.
• Geoffrey (8/5): Very good - Self catering apartment within a complex, which is right at the centre of the town. Restaurants and bars are just as you step out. There is a beautiful beach across the road.
• Arunas (8/5): Good for a short stay - Location is very central, close to the beach, fantastic view from the balcony. Everything what you need for a short stay was in the studio. Beds and pillows were not to our liking, too hard. Pool water too cold (end of March).

• Anna (1/5): Absolutely dreadful…… do not stay there - Nothing it was horrific. The next door neighbor decided to put in a new bathroom the day we arrived. The drilling banging and hammers started at 9 am and ended at 18.00 hrs every day except Sunday . Maria del mar knew about it but failed to tell us as she wanted her money first . She ruined our holiday. No compensation no apology no communication no sighting. Did not even bother to come and see us . She avoided us The noise from the construction next door was horrific The noise from the street below was pretty bad as well as the balcony was right beside a large roundabout so the traffic was noisy at night and started at 6 am every morning . We stayed in apartment 325 so avoid it

A short stroll to the gorgeous beach and the town of Morro Jable. Balcony is large with table, chairs & area to dry clothes. All mod cons supplied including a hairdryer and iron. Maria was very helpful and gave us lots of interesting information about the area. Could do with a new shower head although we were still able to use it.

The man at the hotel reception was not friendly at all.

An electric kettle would be handy. It was extremely hot inside but as a base it was fine as we were mainly out and about. Lovely friendly host.
