Guest Reviews
- Cardalia (7/5): -
- Gregory (5/5): lesson learned - check in
the outside of the building did not look like the picture that I looked at when I booked the room.
The out side looked so bad I was hopping my car would still be there in the mourning
- Vonda Dunaway (8/5): -
- Linda (8/5): It was exactly what I needed for a good night’s rest on a long trip. - Very close to restaurants, gas, and getting back on the highway.
- Stephen (8/5): 3rd time there and will stay again. - Clean, well maintained room. They no longer offer breakfast, but the refrigerator and microwave make up for that.
- Tabatha (10/5): - Location, staff and cleanliness No breakfast

- vickie (8/5): Ronvic - It was very clean. We loved that it was near the casino. Bed was comfortable. We loved the ice. Everything was good
- Monica (7/5): - It was close to the casino. It was clean. The lady at the desk. The guy was so nice during our 1st stay so thats why we came back. The Indian woman wasnt pleasant at all. I ended up letting my husband deal with her.
- Curtis (1/5): The bed made my back hurt and I will Never stay there again - Nothing Nothing
- steve (9/5): - Good bed, clean, friendly staff No breakfast
- Robert (10/5): Good - No breakfast. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. The lady at night was very accommodating else well. Also had ice and $1.00 sodas too. People hardheaded. Someone had been smoking in my room beforehand.
- Candis (6/5): -
- Teddy (10/5): Great - It’s all good All great
- Nicki (7/5): - There was problem with the color of the water, but we found out the next morning it was all of West Memphis problem. It was the water plant or something. They lost water for the day, so that was why it was rusty color when I first turned it on. It was fine other than that. The bed was really comfortable.
- Joseph (8/5): - The room was nice, a breakfast or pool would have been nice touches, but the staff were friendly, the room was a good value and spacious, and it was close enough to downtown Memphis that I could get there with a 10 min drive. A breakfast/ pool would have been nice touches, but hardly a necessity. As far as a room goes it was good value, nice staff, and a good location. Anything I could have asked for would just have been nice touches to have but hardly necessary for a good trip. I'd give it a solid 8/10 stars
- Barton (7/5): - Room was large avd clean with a nice TV No breakfast of any kind and drink machine wasn't operational
- Padishar (8/5): -
- Erica (10/5): - Friendly staff and easy quick check in
- Mike (9/5): -
- Monica (10/5): -
- Maurice (8/5): - Rooms was clean Asked for down stairs when made the reservation and did not get down stairs. No elevator, no breakfast. Had to carry all suitcases up stairs and down. I will never stay here again
- Cardajah (8/5): - There were ants in the bathroom with spiders as well.

- Goodson (4/5): West Memphis, Arkansas is a ghetto. The hotel was very rundown except for the lobby all show. - What breakfast? the office was locked and the only way that you could speak to anybody there was through a glass panel The neighborhood and the clientele weren’t the best
- Danny (9/5): Great Deal - Location No complaints
- April (7/5): -
- Damian (8/5): Just stay there to sleep and leave early the next day. - Parking, close to the car on bottom floor. Relatively quiet. Felt safe. Only was able to receive half of the listed channels. No closed caption, remote seemed like a universal, not able to control all the functions available with the TV. Wifi signal was a little weak .My wife had trouble streaming on her tablet.
- Robert (10/5): - Location, easy access to highway, peaceful, and quiet . Good bed.
- Gow (6/5): -
- Tinder (10/5): -
- Melanie (6/5): - Room was clean. Old and dated. Little smelly. But was ok for one night on road trip
- Pamela (4/5): - Room was VERY musty and smelly, bathroom door didn’t close, dirty paper cup on the bathroom floor. Check in person was very nice.
- James (7/5): - smoking room

- Verified traveler (2/5): UNSAFE! - With only one car in the parking lot for the whole hotel, and every room door looking like it was broken into, we decided not to even get out of the car and go elsewhere. To make matters worse, we were billed for the night and neither the hotel management, nor Hotels.com, would make it right.
- Jennifer (6/5): Clean, Good for price - Clean room and friendly staff. No breakfast and uncomfortable bed.
- Emily (8/5): - Safe location, clean and comfortable room. Only gripe was that there was no luggage storage facilities, however in fairness, it was not advertised that there was. Luggage was safe left in the car while we explored downtown.
- Mary (6/5): -
- Alan (8/5): Good and I’d stay again - Nice room, carpeted, clean, big There was a water problem out with the property’s control. The management were very good about it.
- Dianna (8/5): Better than it appears. - Although in an area I initially was concerned about, the room was very clean and safe. I am familiar with West Memphis AR. I wasn't concerned about the area, the check in process was very safe and my room was in a well lighted area. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Good water pressure for shower.
- JoAnn Carreon (9/5): -
- Elizabeth (5/5): - Non smoking room that smelled like smoke. Noisy neighbor and the bed was terrible. Our last stay was exceptional. Pretty bummed about this stay.
- Betty (10/5): - The room was extremely clean, the linen was clean and smelled fresh! The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Also, I was greeted by name! Don’t get that very often!
- Ashley (8/5): - Good for the price!
- Dave (10/5): -
- Charlotte (8/5): Clean and Comfortable - Property did not look nice or inviting upon arrival. But the room was clean and comfortable. Satellite tv was spotty and did not offer all the channels as indicated on the channel list sheet.
Door to my room had a gap when closed letting in light and heat. Did not feel safe.
- MARK (10/5): - A great place just for a stopover.
- Kelly (8/5): - Clean room and quiet.
- John (8/5): - Nice property. Contact with staff was thru glass not very welcoming.
- Therese (7/5): -
- Elisa (10/5): - Camera pulitissima e spaziosa
- Valerie (10/5): - Clean nice rooms. Easy check in. Quiet area.
- SVETLANA (10/5): Great! - Very clean and comfy, very convenient location
- April (10/5): Highly recommend - Hotel was nice and clean! I had an amazing experience! Staff was nice as well.
- James (10/5): - The room was enjoyable. Parking was easy. The hotel is less than 25 minutes from shopping, Beale Street, downtown Memphis, and the airport
- Elisa (4/5): -
- Agnes (8/5): -
- Martha (8/5): - While the room was good and set up for comfort to do some work, it was a little musty and wished it could be aired out.
- Verified traveler (6/5): A place to sleep, that's about it. - If you are only looking for a place to sleep for the night, it did the job perfectly with only the basic amenities, and price to match
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was clean and quiet
- Brittany (7/5): -
- Charles (9/5): It was clean and comfortable - Clean parking lot and clean room with courteous staff No breakfast
- Jeff (8/5): - .
- John (10/5): - Not only was the room spacious, but I really liked the mattress and bedding. Everything was very clean, and I appreciated the good counter space in the bathroom. Staff were welcoming and professional. It topped my expectations. Nothing - it was all good.
- JOON YONG (9/5): - 모든 것이 다 좋았읍니다
- R. Tremayne (9/5): Great place to stay, safe location very clean rooms and no people hanging around at night - It was the complete opposite of that HORRIBLE Motel 6 I stayed the night b4. It smelled good, everything was clean and it was a smoking room that didn’t smell like smoke. I loved it and will stay there the next I’m in Memphis There was literally nothing wrong with room, the only I can say bad about it was very minor and that was the toilet seat would stay up when I went to urinate but that was it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Stephanie (10/5): - Place was super clean and so comfortable. Room was super cold and very roomy. Staff was very nice and we parked right in front of our room. No elevators but I didn’t mind, it was a great price for prime location. *Bonus* Casino right across the street!
- Christopher (7/5): - Nice people. Nice room They're almost nice and clean
- Deneen (10/5): Nice staff - We arrived and we had to make changes to our reservation and they accommodate us without issue. The room was clean warm and dry. We were able to get out of a bad storm and get rest for the night.
- Michael (10/5): - Staff was friendly and check in was quick.
- Cheyenne (5/5): It was good for the price, just didn’t like the bed. It wasn’t comfortable to me and my family but may be for someone el - Super friendly staff and overall clean room. Beds were too firm for my liking, flat pillows, thin bedding.
- Martin (6/5): - It was ok
- WILLIAM (4/5): - The rooms were ragged. The door handles to the bathroom were in need of repair. We had to be changed to 3 rooms before we settled for the we slept in.
- Ashlee (10/5): -
- Erica Marie (10/5): - Great stay! The only negative is that the road to the hotel makes it look a little shady from the back but it faces the road with other businesses and hotels. Cleanliness was awesome and the best I've seen at other hotels for the same price and even some more expensive ones. Staff was friendly and our night stay was great. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through or staying in the area.
- Aymee (8/5): - Stay was good. Need was comfortable and room was clean
- James (10/5): - No any issues when I checked in.
- Hand (10/5): We needed a quick place to stay sleep and get and go and the property met all of our - Conveniently located off the interstate, they had a first floor room Rooms open to the outside are not my favorite
- Jeremy (10/5): - It was excellent no complaints from me.
- gloria (3/5): Disappointed, rating on Booking should be lowered to reflect true state of hotel. - Shower was clean, relatively close to downtown Memphis When we checked in, the receptionist was behind safety glass so this is not a normal hotel — room smelled bad, towels thin and scratchy, furniture missing - no desk or desk chair, tiny nightstand, loud a/c, bathroom did not have separate light and fan— only reason we booked was b/c of the high rating on Booking— it certainly did not live up to it.
- Kitty (10/5): - it was a nice and quiet hotel stay. i’d definitely stay here again, especially for the price point!
- Krishna (8/5): - Overall a good experience. It’s an old hotel and with a bit of concentrated effort, the condition can be improved.
- Dorothy (10/5): - Everything was great 👍
