• Donella (5/5): Not a pleasant atmosphere but worth it to be close to your flight. - Location was excellent and the only thing going for the hotel. Restaurant was OK for dinner and breakfast. Shower door didn't close properly so someone had to hold it closed or water would come gushing out. Water temperature was not constant. Room for 3 people was so small you couldn't leave your luggage open. Mattress was too soft and bumpy. Green lights on light switches at the bed heads glowed brightly all night. Smoking was permitted in the restaurant.

• Markéta (7/5): Typical airport hotel - Room clean, with everything you can need for short overnight stay. Very small room. One light broken. Noisy, but this was expected. After renovation of the airport, this hotel is accessible directly from the Departures hall, but walking distance in the inner corridor is very long. It is also quite difficult to find the hotel from the Arrivals, especially if you already stayed here and want to find the same place. You have to go upstairs!

• Wel Rogers (9/5): Get 1 room instead 2 rooms. - The rooms are so nice and clean. Very comfortable and strategy. I was not happy with the receptionist, I paid for two rooms for my family they just give one instead. When my brother called me and said the room to small for four of them, And I thought how? Because 2 rooms should be enough for you.. and he said we get just one room . When I heard that , I'm really surprised!! How come the receptionist could give them just one room? While the booking code for two rooms? And I asked my brother go back to the receptionist again to asked why just give one because both rooms is already paid with the same booking code. And the receptionist say may i see your booking code? And he said only ohhh ya.... it does two rooms has been paid.. That's mean if my brother not call me via phone call.. they gonna sleep in one room for 4 of them. This is not nice at all, I hope something like this not happening again to no body else.

• Choedon (7/5): very convenient, good staff - The hotel is right inside the airport. I don’t know how people are complaining about having difficulty finding the hotel. When you come out of arrival at the airport, go to the 3rd floor to the departure area. Go inside and the hotel is next to Bangi coffee shop. You can’t missed it. It was so convenient, I was walking around the airport in my pyajamas😃. Hotel is small but comfortable and clean. The staffs are very polite and nice. The water pressure was not so great. There is quite a walk from the reception to the rooms.

The sink and shower were essentially in the same room as the bed, with only the toilet separate. There were also stains on the bedsheets and towels. Check in also took a long time.

• Bas P (5/5): Vreselijke ervaring in een vervallen hol met slechte faciliteiten en nauwelijks aanwezig personeel. - Het vinden van de locatie was ingewikkeld, maar was uiteindelijk OK De ervaring bij het binnenlopen: ik kom in een hol met een lange gang van deuren zonder daglicht. In de kamer: vervallen, slecht onderhouden, nauwelijks faciliteiten Het onderhoud van de kleine kamer. De belangrijkste dingen waren aanwezig, maar minimaal; Er was geen daglicht in de kamer, de douche was nu al in verval, verf, tegels en afwatering was slecht. Drinkwater kon je alleen op de gang uit een automaat halen. Het licht boven het bed deed het niet en de vraag om reparatie werd aangehoordm, maar er gebeurde niets. Ik voelde me opgesloten in een soort hok. Nauwelijks ruimte om te lopen. Zitten in een fauteuil was niet aanwezig. Zeldenb heb ik op een luchthaven me zo opgesloten gevoeld in een vervallen hotel Het personeel was er niet om je te helpen. Het ontbijt was in een soort bedrijfskantine en van uiterst laag niveau
• Steneker (1/5): Kort en slecht. - Handig dat het op het vliegveld is. De foto’s laten een schone kamer zien, maar dit is alles behalve waarheid. De kamer was niet schoon, er zat schimmel in de douche en alle ventilatiesystemen waren ook beschimmeld en er zat een laat stof op. Beddengoed zat onder vlekken. De doucheslang was kapot en het putje liep niet goed door. De site geeft aan dat er warm water beschikbaar is, maar bij ons was dit niet het geval. Geen aanrader.
• Jędrzej (4/5): Don't do it if you have a choice. - It extremely convenient, located in the departure lounge of the airport. Had a locked door and a bed and a toilet. If you are stuck for a flight next day and you need a place to sleep etc. This is better than the airport benches. The staff were very friendly though. The bedding was stained, the room smelled, there was no warm water, the view out the window is of a small space between the room and a wall and there is junk stored in the space. Everything was very worn out. Only worth staying in if the other choice is the airport bench.

• Richard (4/5): Only stay here if you are departing Makasser - Convenient to stay at the airport Very difficult to access on arrival. The hotel is only accessible after going through departure area security check. The breakfast was very poor. Good food is available in the departures concourse.
• Johanna (1/5): Bedbugs. - The only good thing was the positive guy helping us finding the place. Warning! Don’t go here. Not only was it dirty, brown stains on the sheet etc, it had bedbugs. The room (137) was infested and I was covered in bites. They also hitchhiked to our baggage and kept biting during our trip in Sulawesi.

Breakfast was poor - very little of anything as most was gone. This was supposedly due to those who were fasting having eaten earlier than we did. However, the food should have been replenished for those eating later.

Walk through the construction door opening, and u will see hotel on right. Bed was comfortable Dirty, silly green lights plus no soap in shower. Took several hours before air conditioner cooled room
• Janine (6/5): Pleasant - At the airport, so it is good to stay there, if you have an early flight. The have free shuttle to the departure hall. And the shower is hot :) There‘s a lot of construction at the airport, so it‘s not so easy to get there (you have to find your way through the construction site). It is the former Ibis budget, so it‘s very basic. And also not so clean.
• Joanna (7/5): Good - Good hotel to stay before the early flight. Free of charge drop off to the airport. Good breakfast. Rooms are small but there is everything you need. Friendly service. Little shops to get some cold drinks and snacks.
• Matt (5/5): I would try a different hotel near the Makassar airport - The hotel is literally on the airport grounds. The shuttle in the morning was prepared and efficient. We were at the departure lounge 10 minutes after leaving our room. Rooms were comfortable enough. Although the hotel is on the airport grounds it is nearly impossible to walk between the airport and gates. This was not obvious on map apps. We wasted a lot of time trying to find the hotel on foot. Then we had a long wait for the shuttle to pick us up at the departure area after we called them. There was very limited food selection at the hotel and it is very difficult to get to any other dining. The room was small and should have been cleaner. But, it was comfortable enough.

Access was through a construction zone. I chose not to take thd included breakfast. Through the night the noise of people up and down the corridor was ever present. The one saving grace was the free shuttle to the departure gate.

• Germano (7/5): So and so - Location is perfect if you have a transfer flight. Bed is decently clean and comfortable. Quiet rooms. Staff is helpful. The toilet (especially the sink) is in a poor state. The rest... it's clean, but left to age, no maintenance seems to be done, the floor is a bit moldy on the borders and thiongs like this. Smell in the room (common in Indonesia), windows cannot be opened, mosquitoes in the room... again, not uncommon, but not nice either.

Had to take a shuttle from arrival to departure which was a problem because we had to go back and forth on a shuttle. Shower was dirty, room was small and looked out into construction. Massages offered through hotel were apparently x-rated adult type massages which was not clarified at check in.

• Lara (6/5): Pleasant - The staff were very kind and accommodating. It's walking distance to arrivals (but need a ride to departures.) it's affordable for a hotel close to the airport. It is a little dingy. there are lights on the bed but the buttons you press to turn them on stay lit up green. On or off. I had to put a pillow over them to sleep. Everything was ok clean but not super clean.

• Markéta (5/5): Airport hotel, good for sleep and shower - Convenient location at the airport. You can just walk in from the arrivals (and they drive you for free to the departure hall). Bed was comfortable. The room was not clean enough (some stains, hairs...). Small space - but this was expected. No hot water, just a bit warm (other rooms were ok as I found out later). Poor breakfast. Noise from the outside, just use the ear plugs and you are fine :-). Some lights in the room were not working + the green light during night is horrible, but this is mentioned in almost every review, so no surprise...

• Anneleen (3/5): Close to airport but sanitary in bad shape - Close to airport (although still shuttle needed to go to departures, but well organised) We had 2 rooms and in both rooms bad smell and lights in toilet not working (or making a loud clicking sound during the night) and 1 toilet flush not working which they kindly came to fix at 10pm but took 30’ without solution ending up in a wet bedroom and 2 young kids who missed even more sleep with late arrival and early flight out..

• Kevin (3/5): Good choice for an overnight close to the airport if you don’t mind basic conditions - The most important thing about this property is that you cannot hear the loudspeakers from the mosques so you will be able to sleep through the night. And it has blackout shades that worked really well. The shower facilities are in pretty rough shape with a damaged hose and dingy conditions. The towels smelled pretty musty so bring your own. As noted in another review there are these weird green lights right above the bed that shine directly into your eyes while you’re trying to sleep.
