- Ted (8/5): A great hotel, convenient for the Deansgate-Castlefield area and the Bridgwater Hall. - Great views of Manchester City Centre from our 9th floor room! Room was clean and tidy, Breakfast was very well cooked. It was a bit weird having the wash basin area in the main room rather than through a door.

- Patricia (5/5): Basic overpriced stay. - Good location.
Good shower. Very basic room,no widows that would open only very drying air con.
Hand wash was watered down.
Fairly comfortable bed and very uncomfortable pillows.
One arm chair and one office type chair along with one bedside locker and no drawers.
Insufficient facilities for a couple.
Felt it was overpriced especially with the additional cost of parking.
- Anthony (9/5): Fabulous stay , lovely room and views - Lovely property smelt beautiful inside, room with floor to ceiling windows and an amazing view. Lovely bed sparse on furniture but just enough. Free beers in the mini bar shower is lovely. Can’t really fault the place. I liked everything about the property. It did feel a bit like we was. Ben looked down upon by the staff when I asked for ice, but they went and got some for me

- GERARDO (9/5): Great hotel in great location for a business trip. Location should also work great for tourism. - Great location, excellent staff, clean, well maintained.
- Alisha (8/5): -
- Sara (8/5): A good option for short stays - A practical hotel for visits to Manchester when you will not be in the room or hotel much. The room was basic but more than adequate. The location is very convenient with restaurants and Sainsburys local on hand so if the room service menu isn't suitable there are plenty of options a few strides from the front door. Having the small gym and sauna was very useful for a quick morning / evening workout around meetings and business. I would stay again but not at the rate I paid - which I believe was one the highest nightly rates for the hotel. The bedding could be better and the bath wasn't clean.

Nothing at all, everything was great

- Cheryl (7/5): -
- James (2/5): The worst stay ever food rubbish breakfast not worth paying for - Complimentary drinks in fridge Huge wait on checking in tried to order room service took 5 attempts had to ring reception food was cold couldn’t be bothered complaining as if it was like trying to order would of taken all night had to ask for salt and pepper salt was empty. Went for breakfast it was buffet style scruffy looking breakfast attendant with top not didn’t catch his name all in all the worst salty from start to finish

- Anna (9/5): -
- Stephen (10/5): Excellent Staff, Very Friendly, really good rooms - The size of room, and actual comfort of bed Windows were sealed, like fresh air, not air con
- Alan (10/5): We love Meliá Hotels The Innside Manchester ticks all the boxes - Central location, excellent parking facilities within a 2 minute walk of the Hotel, guest parking fees discount if you pre book.
The staff at The Innside are all really friendly , knowledgeable and so helpful from front of house to maintenance and housekeeping.
Hotel offers really good facilities the GinoD’A’Campo restaurant works breakfast and dinner were faultless , the buffet breakfast offering is excellent .
The fitness centre had been well designed and offers sauna and steam room facilities.
Our room was on the ninth floor, it was spacious, spotlessly clean, great view of the city , the modern open plan bedroom design and a large super - king size bed ticked every box for us .
This striking contemporary modern designed hotel offers guests everything you need from a city hotel but goes the extra mile with its embedded Spanish hospitality expertise from operator Meliá.
Hotels. Can not fault the hotel in anyway
- Nicole (10/5): Incredibly comfortable, classy, great staff, convenient and clean! - Everything was incredibly clean, big, spacious rooms, plenty of light and everything at hand Nothing
- Anna (9/5): -
- Steph (9/5): Was a good stab overall - Fresh
Clean modern and exceptionally great customer service The noise when the doors shut was insane! Woke up every time someone opened or shut their door
- William (8/5): -
- Sharon (10/5): -
- Joe (10/5): -
- Mark (8/5): Great hotel. - Location, comfortable room, bed was amazing. Everything is so clean and smells fresh. Strong shower is always a bonus. Nothing.
- Derek (8/5): -
- Wayne (8/5): Great hotel, but mind the gap - Lovely hotel in a nice location. Easy walk into Manchester. The hotel was well decorated and clean. The rooms are also lovely and I loved the complimentary sofa drinks. The bed was just 2 pushed together double beds and so after a while they got pushed apart and created a big hole which I kept falling into. The beds should ideally be attached to each other to prevent this from occurring..
- Leah (10/5): Loved everything about it and will definitely stay again when back in Manchester - Spacious rooms, great views, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location with lots to do within walking distance Although the room was clean the bathroom area floor was sticky.
- Bo (9/5): Dejligt hotel - Fremragende morgenmad Indretning at toiletter på værelser lidt underlige.
- Davies (10/5): -
- Safari33891962369 (10/5): Quality hotel with Manchester influences - This is a Melia hotel, but it doesn't feel like a corporate chain: the hotel has lots of personality, with quirky touches which reflect Manchester heritage, from art in the public areas to sourcing of products. All the staff are welcoming and friendly, from check in at reception to visiting the bar. The rooms are ultra-clean, with comfortable beds, and good showers. The dining area is light and airy with attractive decor, and there is a real mix of clientele. Breakfast is slightly mysterious in that there is no information, but everything is well selected, and well presented. I was in Manchester for a gig in Factory, and even though the hotel seems to be slightly out of the centre, there is a free bus which runs regularly so you can get a lift to where you want to go, and then walk back (18 - 20 minutes' walk max). It is right beside Home, which has a great bar, a decent restaurant, and exhibitions, plays and cinemas. I took the tram from the airport - easy and cheap and you can get off very close to the hotel. The canal across the road is a great running route. If you are looking for a certain standard of accommodation but also a connection with Manchester and a more personalised service, this is the place for you.
- TrypRosa (10/5): Insuperably hotel in Manchester - Geneviere at the reception and Felix at the restaurant were Fantástic
They made our experience unforgettable
- Nigel (8/5): - Staff, location, clean, new
- Colette (8/5): - I liked the hotel aesthetics.the free use of facilities and also a nice selection of drinks in our room. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. We booked twin bed but our beds were right next to each other. So would have been nice for a clear separation. Also there was no wall for the bathroom which was a bit awkward, sharing a room with my sister, not sure if this was an oversight on my part.
