- Nico (8/5): Prima hotel - Mooi, modern hotel. Fijne kamer en voor Amerikaanse begrippen een goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Fijne douche. Prima bedden, wel harde kussens. Ondanks de afstand tot het vliegveld geen overlast hiervan. Inchecken duurde erg lang omdat er iets aan de hand was bij een andere gast. Wanneer je lang gereisd hebt en het duurt dan ruim een half uur voordat je kan inchecken is dat met kleine kinderen (die graag willen slapen) wel irritant. De medewerkster bood haar excuses netjes aan, maar dit had anders gekund.

- Nicole (4/5): It was out of necessity not choice - The shower had nice water pressure The room assigned (for travelling with a one year old) was a room over the main entrance next to the elevator, no view from window as it was covered by the roof (not that there would have been a view since the hotel is next to the freeway on ramp) it was quite loud. The room itself hard marks all over the walls and on the ceiling. The shower was nice, but the products they provided made my skin itchy.. i use the same products at home that were on the label so I suspect they refilled it with something cheap and just kept the bottles

- Lorena (1/5): Clean and comfortable - From the entrance to the room was good. The only thing that I didn't like was that the hallways from the floors were kind of warm. But the room was very spacious. Breakfast was ok it was decent. We went down to eat breakfast at around 9am. The only thing hot to eat was eggs and potatoes. Normally when we stay at a Holiday Inn we see either sausage or bacon. My daughter asked for yogurt they had none in fridge. Oatmeal was in a packet and only one fruit was available. Orange juice tasted water downed with no flavor. When I went back to get more potatoes they had run out. Another guest had asked the lady that was bringing stuff out and she said that they would not be bringing any back out. It was only 9:20am and breakfast closed at 10:00am. Guest were still coming down for breakfast and all they had to eat for hot breakfast was eggs. I've stayed at numerous Holiday Inn from LA to Vegas and was very pleased with breakfast.

The front desk was good at providing us some good options for dinner. I liked her interactions with others as well as with us because she smiled and seemed sincere . My hubby was disappointed that there was NO sausage gravy under the sign...it was potatoes. He definitely enjoyed everything else..
