Connie (8/5): This hotel and its staff greatly enhanced our time in Lafayette. - The front desk staff was VERY helpful. They gave good recommendations about restaurants and were extremely reassuring when we thought we might be sick. We didn't end up getting sick, but I believe they would have done everything they could to help.

Barbara (10/5): Clean Comfortable and Convenient - Always clean and comfortable. Perfectly convenient location. The indoor pool and hot tub is just the cherry on top. We love eating in the lobby restaurant as well. The food is truly great, and the breakfast buffet was perfect 👌 It was almost $300 for ONE night's stay, but its my favorite hotel to stay anytime we come to lafayette.

Courtnei (7/5): Decent enough - We only stayed for one night but the bed was comfortable, the hotel was relatively quiet, check in was quick and the deposit was only $50 not whatever it says on here. Breakfast wasnt what I expected, the food itself was fair but there wasn't as many options as I thought there would be. We forgot soap but there was a bar in the bathroom. Very limited number of outlets near the bed. Thanks to the other reviews I paid close attention when so the hotel wasn't hard to find but just not the easiest to get to. Breakfast was a bit confusing, we pre-paid but you can't simply walk right in, you have to wait at the hostess stand, which was unattended the whole time so, while we asked the front desk and were eventually allowed in, others ignored this and walked in and started dining since its buffet style. Having to place drink orders did take a while.

Kyelshea (10/5): Disappointed at booking.com, you guys need to fix this I am not charged double! Comfortable stay - The stay was nice. Very clean! You guys at booking sent me confirmation to my email. When I arrived they had no reservation in my name! Myself and my brother had to pay for the 4 rooms I booked through you guys, cause the desk clerk, although seeing the reservation, seeing that we were at the correct place, did not have my booking in the system. Tried calling booking.com automatically hung up the call. No resolve. This is the fault of booking.com. You guys need to straighten this out, cause I don't owe you any money. You guys failed to have the booking in their system! We got the four rooms and paid at property. I have my receipt. I am disappointed cause this has never happened to me through booking.com very unnerving. Please fix this!

Devojka na recepciji (sa naočarima, ne znam ime), bila je vrlo ljubazna i predusretljiva. Doručak inače nije uračunat u cenu, mi smo ga dobili u okviru Genius popusta. Cena je bila viša od drugih hotela iste kategorije.

Melaney (10/5): - If I lived in Lafayette, I'd have breakfast here every day! It was so delicious and so fresh. We did not try the evening meal, but I'm sure it was good, too. The staff were so nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean. I loved that they had Dove products in the bathroom. That's my favorite brand. Right off I-49 and close to ULL. We'll absolutely stay here again.
LaTarra (10/5): - The hotel can be found once you get off the interstate, but the area looks a little sketchy. There are a lot of homeless people walking around and it's a little trashy. The hotel itself is nice and sits back from the road. A power wash would be helpful on the outside.
Sandra (10/5): after a long day traveling by car from Tallahassee. this Holiday Inn stay was a welcome rest - The breakfast was wonderful and Tasha took great care of us and is an asset for Holiday Inn. She is personable and makes you feel at home as well as being efficient. We have stayed at many different hotels but this Holiday Inn had them all beat.
