- Colton (7/5): - I mostly liked relaxing in the hot tub and pool that really helped my injury the room was alright but comfortable I did not like the food it wasnt even that good yes we did eat it but we didnt want to be rude when we asked for steak we got burger instead the breakfast wasnt even free for us even when I booked on booking.com apparently it was optional even when it said it was free even had to pay for breakfast and that wasnt even good had heart burn just eating there food the even waiter had a shit attitude until she did a bump and was all a sudden nice but the waiter in the morning was perfect need some work with your food and one certain waiter member

В кімнаті було чисто та прибрано, персонал завжди старався допомогти.Непоганий сніданок, є декілька страв на вибір (але нажаль не вистачало овочів/салату). На території є басейн. Під час нашого відпочинку було також багато сімей з дітьми, тому цей готель можна вважати сімейним місцем відпочинку, на мою думку. Оскільки це бюджетний готель, нажаль в номері було декілька плям на килимі та потертостей/плям на стінах. Також обігрівач/кондиціонер виглядав дуже старим, тому ми його не використовували.

- Brittany (3/5): Good location but not clean! - Location and breakfast being included. Our room was not clean. There was rice on the nightstand, cutlery under the table, a fortune cookie and a roll of electrical tape found in our room from previous guest. In the bathroom, the garbage wasn’t emptied and there was soap scum from a bar of soap on the sink. Also from the previous guest. They went in our room even with a do not disturb sign on the door. Took our soap and didn’t replace it. Kind of made the bed but not really…was a very odd experience.

- Chernipeski (5/5): - Room was clean. The bathroom was small but nice. We didn't feel it was up to the three star rating. There was a lamp only on one side of the bed. No mirror outside the bathroom. The room had an "old" smell. The breakfast was fine but very limited options. This was the third 3-star hotel we stayed at during this trip. And it didn't come close to as nice as the other two.

Sound proofing isn’t great but once the heater was on, the white noise helped. Hot tub could be a bit hotter. It’s not supposed to be a boujee hotel, so expect some minor dings on walls and a little roughness.

The bathroom/shower situation was strange but ok - would be really nice to have a sink in the same room as the toilet. The lighting in the room as a whole was only ok compared to other similar hotels. The main thing i noticed was lack of recycling - maybe time to modernize those options!
- Jan L (5/5): Very worn and tired building, but staff were great. - Staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a wall unit for heat and ac, but no thermostat on it. It got too hot if left on and too cold after shutting it off. Felt like camping. Very uncomfortable. Also frayed towel in bathroom, no boxes of Kleenex anywhere, very small old coffee machine, and the lowest possible quality of toilet tissue.

- Iva (7/5): I would stay here again, but would definitely make repeated calls ahead of time for a ground floor. - The hotel and rooms were very nice and clean. The pool was full of young boys (hockey players), so we weren't able to use the pool or hot tub; however, it appeared to be a very nice pool. Your lack of an elevator is something you should advertise up-front, not in your additional list of amenities. Not everyone reads that, especially the elderly. I noted my request in my online booking and called ahead for a ground floor room, but my room was upstairs. All of the ground floor rooms were given out to other guests. I was not very impressed with the restaurant. There were a total of 8 guests in the restaurant, but a lot of your side dishes were no longer available by 6:30 p.m.

Our room backs onto railroad tracks and we have a yappy dog next door to us! Expensive stay for a low quality hotel! They should have noted their pool was not open! No elevators.

The location was also perfect to get in and out of the Town The room we were in was in the older part, it was still clean and comfortable, but would have proffered the upgraded part of the hotel. At 3AM there was an alarm that went off but that as during to a faulty alarm, staff were on it right away.

- Miranda (7/5): - The indoor pool was clean and the water temperature is good for kids The room though looks clean but had a funny smell. We got used to the smell after a while but room spray and putting fabric softner with fragrant would be helpful. Also, my friend which was checked in on a room with single king bed said that she slept late because a dog on the other room kept barking all night. Im not against pet but better policy to put all rooms with pets together would be better idea than mixing it with non pet rooms. Overall, the stay was good, breakfast is ok and the staffs were accomodating though smiling a bit more often would be nicer.

Good variety and healthy choices including vegetarian. Loved their eggs and hash browns. Can be noisy just like any hotel but in the room we got we heard noice from the pool pumps.
