Guest Reviews
- Wesley (10/5): Clean and comfortable; friendly inviting staff worth the price point. -
- Sanderson (10/5): -
- Huynh (5/5): No i will not stay here again - The price is reasonable The front desk staff is very slow. I’ve never seen such a long waiting line checking like this and the worst thing was the staff did not even try to speed up nor other came in to help her.
- Shane (8/5): -
- Julie (1/5): - The only good thing about this stay was that the fridge was cold and decent size. First the hotel is dated, that's something I can live with. There was no elevator so we had to hand bomb our stuff up to the second floor. No help was offered. No heater in our room so there was a space heater if we wanted heat. It's annoying to sleep with that sound. Also the window looked onto the pool so the blackout curtains didn't cover all the light coming in.
The bed was ok, I could feel the springs and the edge of the mattress. Very dusty headboard.
Absolutely no hot water in the bathroom, showering and washing hands in luke warm water at best. I couldn't even shower the day off
The shower supplies provided was a 2 in 1 and a lotion. No body wash just a tiny hand soap bar. When I was running the water to see if the hot water would eventually come it filled the bathtub, it wouldn't drain.
The pool was freezing like ice cold, no towels provided and the hot tub was out of order.
Breakfast was not enjoyable at all. Dirty dishes and utensils. Paying 160$ a night I expect bare minimum to be able to shower. Few outlets to plugs phones in, ect. The main floor bathrooms didn't even have locks to close the stall
I'll never go back ever.

- Tao (9/5): Comfortable staying here one night -
- Jie (2/5): - The check-out process was very unprofessional. The staff seemed confused about my room and asked me to wait while they checked a different room. This mistake caused a delay of around 30 minutes.
Poor communication and lack of coordination between staff made the experience frustrating and inconvenient. This is not acceptable for a hotel stay.

- Guest (5/5): -
- Scott (7/5): -
- Brooke (4/5): Needs some fixing up and better room maintenance - Location and price The bathtub faucet leaked, hardly any toilet paper and toilet paper was sand paper
- Susan (8/5): - Easy access from the highway. I fell in the pub - the step up was clearly indicated but not the step down. A second sign there would be helpful.
- Mary Ann (9/5): Loved the pool area and quietness - N/a, hockey game changed rinks Doors and key cards but very helpful staff
- Guest (8/5): -
- Larissa (5/5): -
- Rod (6/5): Good but disappointed about the pool and hot tub so probably not stay there again - Loved the breakfast, staff was courteous and friendly, reasonable rate, beds were comfortable. Pool was very cold, hottub was non operational, so grandkids couldn't go swimming.
- Marilyn (8/5): Moose Jaw Excursion! - Friendly staff, excellent food, great value. Pool was chilly, hot tub out of service
- Martens (9/5): - Breakfast was freshly prepared Hot tub was not available
- Scott (7/5): Very nice staff - Very nice staff Unable to book jacuzzi room because we had a pet.
- Kelly (10/5): we always stay here it comfy affordable staff are awesome and breakfast is always good - excellent food was fresh when we went and ate at 8 am coffee a little stronger lol
- Chantal (1/5): Disappointed - Couldn't find my reservation; advertises hot tub but clearly has been out of order forever (empty) ; shower wasn't hot; room was freezing (heater wasn't working so blowing cold air) ; run down and needing a major upgrade on all levels
- Melissa (8/5): Room was comfortable & clean - Great service NO Hot tube as advertised, it was out of order & pool was cold
- Lim (10/5): -
- Sarah (7/5): -
- Derek (10/5): Comfortable - Clean and friendly staff! Nothing it was very nice place to stay
- Jamie (9/5): - I like how it was clean and quiet , with a great breakfast . The only thing I didn't like was the shampoo and conditioner...
- Schultz (8/5): It was what I expected. - Ok, needs an up date. Breakfast was hot and ready. Room was clean. Need some fruit/cereal/yogurt/ for breakfast buffet.

- Ashley (8/5): It was great. Would definitely stay again - Staff are amazing. The rooms and hallways are a little dated
- Shea (7/5): Overall we enjoyed our experience - It was clean and conveniently located. The pool was clean and breakfast was satisfying. The pool itself was nice, but the room was quite cold and the hot tub was out of order during g our stay.
- David (6/5): - Good location Rooms were little stuffy …
- popoola (9/5): -
- Coralee (8/5): It would have been fine if it wasn’t Christmas. The room was extremely hot we had to open the windows, the pool and - It was clean and a good location. The room was extremely hot we had to open the windows, the pool and diner were closed and our room came with a meal. We were offered a bagged frozen breakfast sandwich after we checkout but couldn’t heat it up.
- Jennifer (6/5): -
- Elaine (5/5): Overall good. - We appreciated the free breakfast. The staff were polite and helpful. The cleaners asked if we needed anything when we passed them in the hallway. 👍 The door close to our room slammed shut. It was very loud and woke us up everytime someone went in or out. It should be fixed.
- Nikki (4/5): -
- Yakiv (6/5): -
- Richard (7/5): I would definitely stay there again. Any of the downfalls were not dealbreaker by any means. - I don’t eat breakfast, but it’s nice that they offer it to the guest that do. Not sure what it consists of. In future bookings, I would probably request a room overlooking the golf course at the back of the hotel. The hotel appeared to have very little guests. For whatever reason they always put you at the back of the hotel, which is an awfully long walk to the front desk lounge pub area.
- Kimberly (1/5): Dirty, dark, some areas didn’t have lighting in the halls, mold throughout - That picture is NOTHING like the hotel. The carpet was wet there were stains on the wall and throughout the hotel. There was black mold. It was very unsanitary. The tub had a wring around it of dead skin. I had them come up and clean it. There was toilet pater stuffed in the peep hole. Black mold around the pool. The pillows were very lumpy and old but the sheets were clean. They told us because it was booked through your site I couldn’t get a refund. Terrible experience. There was a picket line that we had to cross every day with disgruntled union workers. I would like consideration on a refund here. Someone needs to go out to this establishment and inspect this place. As stated above
- Wendy (3/5): The place met our needs for one night stay but we have had better experiences in other hotels - Slow with replenishing the food. Not much variety. Not enough towels for the number of guests. Never received towels when requested more. The ice machine didn’t work. The hotel smelled musty. Would of appreciated being informed staff were on strike before booking room.

- Yuliia (8/5): -
- Michelle (5/5): It was ok - The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was dusty, the pool wasn't working. We were told at the time of booking that the pool would be open by the time we were scheduled to arrive.
- Roger (4/5): Very disappointed 😞, was a great place to stay now not so sure - The value and that they accommodate needing a main level room. The pool was down for maintenance for over a month and half ( when we called at time of booking in Nov we were told it would be working). Restaurant limited hour closed by 930 am and not open again tell at 4 to 8. Lounge closed Sunday and monday all day, no reql options for food in hotel, had to travel for food. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 8yrs and have never had this issue, very disappointed in our experience. We really expect more from a hotel that has been great in the past, will be rethinking were we will stay the next time ( we go to mossejaw at least 1- 3 times a yr and always stay at the same hotel), to to rethink were we stay. Very disappointed in the hotel that has always been great.
- Ken (5/5): - Location was good, staff was courteous and friendly, and they had an excellent breakfast. LP Pool area was closed. Although the linen was clean, the mattress needed replacing. The springs were worn out and there was a sharp edge around the top of the mattress.
- Dariia (10/5): -
- Maria (10/5): -
- Carolyn (2/5): - Location. Breakfast The heat was cranked so high we had an uncomfortable sleep, the handle on the toilet was broken had to take the lid and pull the chain to flush it.
- Ronald (5/5): Nice but will check elsewhere next time - The location was good. The staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant located with the building very good. Beds were comfortable. The room was a little cool when I first arrived but was able to adjust it. The building is very quiet and beds are very comfortable. There was a good fridge and microwave in the unit. A coffee maker also included. The building is two stories with no elevator and my room located quite far from the lobby. If you have a mobility issue or lots of heavy luggage that would be difficult for someone. Also the breakfast that was included is very minimal. Just scrambled eggs with sausage and hash browns and pancakes. No fruit toast or anything else. The building is also showing its age with some of the fixtures a little worn.

- Tanina (9/5): - I am here already second time. Staff is really friendly. Room is clean. Breakfast is simple but all what you need.
- terry (8/5): -
- Jose Dumar (9/5): -
- Joseph (7/5): -
- Wanda (8/5): The best breakfast included for the price of your room. This is good enough to make us stop there again. - The restaurant and “order of the menu” free breakfast is amazing. Close to the Trans Canada highway. Our beds were very comfy. Nice mattress pads. Actually a quiet A/C heater unit. I was pleasantly surprised. Nice enough standard type room however our bathroom was in need of a makeover.
- alain (10/5): -
- Santiago (8/5): - Closed to our destination and quick service
- Allan (7/5): The reception was very good. We receive a call before getting to the hotel about strikets in the area and tontell us we - Close to highway. Clean and next to good restaurant. Nothing to dislike
- Stephen (7/5): - Cheap price and a good restaurant
- David (4/5): -
- Ha (10/5): -
- Francie (7/5): - You should let people know that this union is on strike. I wouldn't have stayed there, had I known.
- Neil (10/5): - Great breakfast. Exceptionally friendly staff.
Downside dated facility but very clean.
- Brooklin (1/5): said the pools been closed for a year so cancelled and they charged me 50. Gross old stale and rude - Nothing Everything
- Debbie (10/5): - Rugs not very clean in all areas of the room. Very noisy heater
- gary (6/5): - Bar and room. Lovely lady called Frances worked the bar and breakfast and she was a delight to meet Didn't activate room card so had to trek back to reception to get it fixed. Wasn't just me either as other guests had same issue. Indoor pool was closed for maintenence and had a very loud gathering in adjacent room which took 2 calls to front desk to get them silenced at 1230 am and finally at 2 am !
- Saluja (1/5): - Horrible and overpriced
- Hillary (8/5): - Entering from the outside, parking lot was poorly lit, and there were cobwebs everywhere. It was just gross. In the room there were things that had been spelt on the side of the metal side table between the beds and grout around the sink and the tub were filthy. Although their staff were very good, and the complementary breakfast was wonderful. However, I had missed the fact that the swimming pool was out of order and under construction, and if I had known that I would never have booked there.. unfortunately all the good points are defeated by all the bad points. I will not book there again and I wouldn’t be recommending it to anybody else.
- Heather (6/5): - Staff were friendly at checkin and restauraunt. Breakfast buffet was good! We booked the hotel based on photos and being their convention centre expected a certain level of upkeep. The union is on strike for 757 days now. Pool is not working and appears it is no where near being completed of repairs. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel could be really nice if there was some maintenance in rooms and public areas. Would not go back if this is the condition.
- Jacqueline (6/5): - The staff was wonderful. The facility was older and had a very old odor especially when entering the halls. Transition strips were uneven making it difficult for special needs walkers.
- Perm (8/5): - Staff were all excellent. Nice to have restaurant and bar on site. Breakfast was delicious especially the sausage gravy and biscuit with egg. Also like had a small workout room with Life Fitness elliptical and treadmill and also a pulley system for weights.
- Michael (8/5): -
- Heidi (2/5): - We booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. The day of arrival we received a phone call informing us that individuals were picketing out front. Once inside the pool was closed for maintenance until mid Oct and there was now no hot tub. We left and found a suitable accommodation.
- Melody (5/5): - The breakfast made to order was really good. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. No one told us in advance that the pool was closed, which was one of the reasons we booked the hotel in the first place. They also didn't mention until the day of arrival when it was too late to cancel without penalty, that there were active picketers outside of the hotel. That was uncomfortable. The bagged breakfast on our last day had breakfast sandwiches that were uncooked.
- Kent (8/5): - Nice people, comfy beds, cooked to order breakfast
- Taylor (8/5): - Great staff, awesome bar, amazing breakfast
- Heather (8/5): - Easy check in. Easy in and out for dog. Walked next door to BP’s for dinner. There were people striking at the entrance to the parking lot but not sure if they were affiliated with the hotel and I didn’t stop to chat with them. I felt bad about crossing a picket line if they are part of a hotel union. Room was clean and comfortable.
- Jack (8/5): Can’t beat it for the price! - Really profesional staff at the front desk during check in and check out! Exceptional! Restaurant breakfast ( included) was great, friendly and efficient waitress!! No elevator to 2nd floor.. pool and rec area out of order
- Kent (8/5): - Great breakfast and awesome staff, comfy beds
- Marsha (4/5): - Sign didn’t work at night, weeds in all the rocks around the building, we had crickets in our room, pool wasn’t open.
Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent.
- deGroot (10/5): - Very nice and helpful staff
Very kind and respectful The breakfast was made to order meal
Sunday was a nice brunch
Francis is a very kind ,responsible waitress
- Dr. Yasir (8/5): Worth the money paid. - Breakfast was good and room was comfortable. Pool should have been available.
- Wayne (8/5): Nice hotel - Very comfortable. Beds firm lots of pillows. Quiet place. Pool was under repair but wasn’t that important to us. Breakfast at the restaurant was great ! Would stay here again
- Sharon (5/5): Was good location lacked atmosphere It used to be busy bar area was full and restaurant. It’s sadly gone down hill from - The clean bed and nice pillows There seamed to be no life nothing going on restaurant empty no pool either
- Dawn (10/5): - The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is so nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious, and they will adapt to make the meal what you like. The room is comfortable when good pillows and a firm mattress.
I just wish they were not in the middle of some kind of lockout.
- Sharon (6/5): No pool as advertised - Bed was comfy and clean staff was friendly we booked because it had a pool but was out of service so not happy bout that
Breakfast wasn’t great disappointed that it was made to order not much choice unless paid extra for it
Must places I’ve stayed it’s a buffet style breakfast
Needs updating for sure
- Alyssa (8/5): - Staff very pleasant! No comment
- Mike (1/5): Pool closed for two yrs. Staff locked out. Would never stay here again -
