- Wiebe (3/5): - It close to the mall I made A Reservation a day before are stay, 1 King bed Suite No Smoking And when we arrived at 1:30pm we could not check in, they told us we where to early so we waited for 1 hour and then we went back, and the room was still not ready so they gave us enother room but the Room was very Dirty, the blankets and pillows smeld bad. The bathroom had lost of hair. On the floor shower.... not clean And then in the morning we went for Breakfast around 8 am. And when we came back too are room they took out al are Towels, that we where still using... We wanted to go swimming yet in the pool that morning but we left instead . And the cost was $3,600 Pesos per night for not good experience.

El hotel está bonito, parece casi nuevo y tiene una ubicación inmejorable, rodeado de restaurantes, bancos, y con Starbucks, Denny’s y Soriana justo al lado. La atención del equipo en recepción fue sobresaliente. Agradezco mucho las facilidades que me dieron para unirme cómodamente a una reunión virtual y para recuperar mi cuenta de cliente frecuente IHG. La sonrisa de quien me recibió hizo toda la diferencia —esos pequeños gestos que marcan una gran estancia.

- sbrentano (2/5): Oversellers - Be careful with this hotel; I had a confirmed reservation but when I arrived they told me they hadn't my register; it turns out they sold my room to an earlier arrival and blatantly lied to me (I know because a colleague arrived earlier and although he confirmed I'd be arriving late, they cancelled and erased my confirmation). They're a fraud.
