Vị trí thuận tiện, đi bộ vào trung tâm cũng ko quá xa. Giá cả hợp lý, phù hợp cho gđ hay đoàn nào đi đông muốn tiết kiệm chi phí mà vị trí vẫn quanh khu phố cổ!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good hotel for a night - It was a good hotel to stay for one night. The reception is very nice and staff is polite. What dragged the rating down for me was that there weren’t any windows in the room and the door handle was broken so it wasn’t possible to close the door to the toilet. It was also a bit further outside the centre than we thought, so we booked a hotel closer to the centre. But all in all a good hotel, I could have stayed there again.

• Maxwell (10/5): - Very safe area. Left our stuff there for 2 days unattended and came back to a clean room with our stuff untouched. The staff was also INCREDIBLY friendly. 10/10 experience.

• Michael (8/5): - Es ist alles so wie auf den Bildern - sauber, aber ein wenig heruntergerockt. Für die 23€ würde würde ich dieses große Zimmer mit Sofa, AC, Fan, TV, Kühlschrank, Badewanne, Balkönchen mit Tisch und Stuhl zur Straße hin aber wieder buchen. Hab meine Tage dort gerne verbracht.

• Emma (9/5): Quiet stay in Hanoi - Friendly and smiling staff, also offer laundry service in house. We were upgraded to the room with a balcony which was lovely! Due to the location, it was actually quite quiet at night so we slept well! Bathroom needed a deep clean and fix as there was a tile missing in the ceiling and so marks on the side but nothing that bothered us! It’s a little further out from town but still walkable.

• Martin (1/5): Bad - The accommodation itself was good, the staff were friendly, and the room was fine. However, under no circumstances should you use their laundry service! I handed over several pure white, very expensive clothes for their laundry service to wash. They washed my favorite white clothes together with my black ones, ruining them, and I can't get the gray color out of them; they've turned a dirty gray color. I asked them to compensate me in any way, but they did not. Do not use the laundry service; they will ruin your clothes. There are several options in the city where they will come to pick up your clothes and bring them back as well.

Personal didn't speak English. The kettle in my room didn't work. Wi-Fi was auwful, I used my cellphone connection instead. There's a bathtub in the room, but you can't use it because the tap is absent, only shower.

Overall it was good choice. I asked information about foot massage nearby, but one of the staff recommend me with the expensive and unappropriated one. I had trouble negotiate the price with that massage place.

• Sandra (10/5): Comfortable stay! - The front desk staff were very helpful and could speak English well. He helped us with booking tour for Ha Long Bay - luxurious and cheap. Also helped with locating various shops etc. The rooms were nice and clean! The hotel is very central and near to old quarter.

They provided us with details advice and were happy to store our luggage until the evening without a charge. The room was not very clean when we arrived. We had to ask for the blanket to be replaced. Basic room, could be renovated. Okay for a short stay.

• Christopher (2/5): Needs to improve!!! - Very little On arrival tried to sell us upgraded rooms at 10 and 20 dollars extra a night One room didn't have aircon the occupants should have moved to a new room or upgraded. On checkout tried to charge for water we didn't have then knocked it off the bill but added a charge for the credit card. Then accused us drinking a soft drink and wanted to charge it on the credit card. They also forgot to give towels to us one day. I would not recommend it and when I come to Hanoi again I definitely would not stay there.

The room has no windows so the air gets stale after a while. Some of the bathroom objects were broken. Paid a little too much for this kind of room.
