There was an issue with the toilet flush, and assistance was provided immediately. Good communication. The only issue was that I asked for a fan in the room when I booked and no one said yes or no, and upon checking in, a fan could not be provided. • Helin (7/5): - The view over the mountains was wonderful when skies were clear. The apartment was also quite close to the airport and very close to Reykjavik city centre. Having a door pass code instead of s classic key was also a nice touch since it eliminated the stress of not forgetting to bring or losing the key and there were plenty of free parking spaces available. Oh, and the walls were pretty soundproof, so it was private and quiet. I also appreciated the polite and swift customer support. The room looked like it had seen better days. How else would you describe the fact that duct tape head been used for fixing issues around the windows or that there was a huge wall clock on the wall that probably was meant to be a design element but someone had knocked two huge pieces out of it and now it just looked sad and messy...and it didn't work anyway. The kitchen had basic utensils and pots but the pan, for instance, had no lid and all the ladles and other bigger utensils (+ the cutting board, yikes!) were plastic, which is something health conscious people not interested in consuming plastic would definitely want to avoid.

This is perfect location if you dont have plans to go to old town often. Very good access (1min) to main roads which leads to mountains and orher trails. Water in shower was leaking thru glass wall. Maybe its already fixed. Sofa bed was also broken, not very comfortable, however, maybe it is fixed already as well.

The Bónus store across the street is a lifesaver given the high restaurant prices. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again."

They also charge extra for m - The property is well‑located and surrounded by essential amenities, including a Bonus supermarket and a coffee shop just a 5‑minute walk away. It is a serviced apartment, but no cleaning was provided during a 9‑day stay. We also had to wait outside for nearly two hours because the door lock was faulty and the maintenance team had to come and fix it. Since they attempted to repair the lock instead of replacing it, we were moved to another room. I’m concerned this issue may recur for future guests.

I was right above the gym and i must say.. you do hear the gym noises. They need to upgrade some furniture atleast in room 201.. the chairs were wonky in the kitchen..and some remotes for tvs work for other rooms. We werewokem by someone turning on our tv 3x during 1 night..while we were sleeping

Mind you It’s not as cheap as you think to not stay in a hotel and cook for yourself in Iceland. Even groceries are out of this world expensive. I don’t know how people do it.

Would definitely stay again. Host ensured easy check in and stayed in contact during stay if needed any further assistance. Enjoyed it all.

• Rita0264 (9/5): Alles in allem, kann man die Apartments empfehlen - Es war durchweg ein super Apartment. Wir waren im 6. Stock. Es war sehr ruhig, man hat nichts von den anderen Gästen mitbekommen, ausser den Essengerüchen im Flur. Im Zimmer war nichts zu riechen. Das Bett war total bequem, sogar auf der Schlafcouch hat man klasse geschlafen. Zusätzliches Bettzeug und Handtücher konnte man sich zu jeder Zeit im Storageroom mit dem Zimmercode nehmen. Das einzige was gefehlt hat, war ein Toaster. Ein Toaster wäre nicht schlecht um sich beim Frühstück ein Stück Brot zu toasten.
• Hester (10/5): A comfortable stay in a great location, with excellent staff who went above and beyond to resolve an issue. - The location was very convenient,close to downtown and the airport, with a bus stop nearby which made getting around easy. There was also a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and restaurant all within walking distance, which was really helpful during our stay. The apartment itself was great, especially having a fully equipped kitchen which made it easy to cook. The space was comfortable and well laid out, and overall had a nice atmosphere. We did experience an issue with the bed in the original room, which was uncomfortable and uneven to the point where we had to sleep on the couch. However, the staff handled the situation very professionally. They were responsive, moved us to a larger upgraded apartment, offered a late check-out, and provided compensation. Their effort to fix the issue really made a difference. The bed in the original room was uncomfortable and uneven, which affected our sleep.
