• Chloé (9/5): Hotel simple mais accueil sympathique. - L'accueil, le personnel très sympathique, le choix varié du petit-déjeuner et la vue le matin, l'emplacement calme. La literie était un peu dure et l'hôtel est un peu vieillissant mais ça n'a pas entaché notre séjour.

The facilities were older that they looked in the photos. - The pool was big, however in September the water was too cold and we weren’t able to enjoy swimming. The breakfast was okay. Too old facilities. There was too much noise in the room, you can hear everything from the corridor.

• Katarzyna (8/5): Bardzo udany pobyt - Dobra lokalizacja ( blisko do przystanku autobusowego, sklepów, restauracji no i morza), smaczne śniadania, miły i bardzo kontaktowy personel. Hotel kameralny, dobry dla osób spragnionych spokoju. Drzwi do pokoju nie posiadały wyciszenia, przez co słychać było wszystkie hałasy na korytarzu ( rozmowy, przejazd wózka z pościelą itd.). Było to bardzo uciążliwe szczególnie wcześnie rano.

• Guest (7/5): Good spot for a quick overnight before flying out - We stayed here for the night before flying out from Heraklion airport. It was in a good location for accessing the airport but being outside the city center. We didn’t use it, but the pool looked lovely and it was nice to have direct beach access. The room was also very clean and the person who greeted us at reception was very friendly. The free breakfast was actually really nice as well! It was also walking distance to multiple restaurants. The property is definitely outdated, but still very clean. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but for one night was perfectly fine.

• Nico (10/5): - Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack perfekt (ein wenig härter als der Standard), der Pool und die dazugehörige Bar wirklich schön. Preisgestaltung der Getränke fair. Das Frühstück völlig ausreichend, von allem was da. Und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Lage direkt am Strand und genug Parkfläche für PKW's.

• Elke (8/5): Sehr nett - Ein relativ großes Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl. Ein schöner großer Pool an dem es fast immer sehr ruhig ist. In Zimmern gibt es einen Kühlschrank, und die meisten glaube ich haben auch einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse dabei. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit Wenn man hinterm Hotel auf die Straße geht ist es eine äußerst eigenartige Gegend die sehr unfreundlich & verkehrstechnisch stressig erscheint. Das Hotel kann natürlich nichts dafür, aber wenn jemand sichergehen möchte dass er, wenn er beim Hotel rausgeht eine schöne Umgebung hat, dann wäre dies das falsche Hotel. Wenn jemand aber sagt ich fahre ohnehin mit dem Leihauto ständig davon oder bin nur am Pool und am Meer – dann passt es gut. Man könnte vielleicht die Einrichtung und alles rundherum etwas mehr schmücken und sagen wir bunter gestalten – da fehlt eine Frauenhand merkt man.

All noises from the rooms beside and hallway are very good hearing and unfurtunatly some nights it disturbing us.
• Cara (8/5): Würde ich wieder buchen - Das Hotel liegt sowohl in direkter Strandnähe, als auch fußläufig zu Restaurants, Lebensmittelläden und Souvenirshops. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch ansonsten funktionsfähig: Bspw wenig Steckdosen auf dem Zimmer und 2/3 Nachttischlampen funktionierten nicht.

• palati (10/5): Αξέχαστες διακοπές!!! - Κάθε φορά που οι γονείς μου αποφασίζουν να κάνουν διακοπές στο Ηράκλειο Κρήτης, τους κλείνω συγκεκριμένα σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο στο Akti Corali ! Φοβερή εξυπηρέτηση,το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στην Αμμουδάρα κ η στάση να πάρεις το λεωφορείο κ να πας στο Ηράκλειο είναι δίπλα , αυτό βόλεψε πολύ τους γονείς μου! Η πισίνα είναι πολύ μεγάλη κ καθαρή κ την ευχαριστήθηκαν! Η θάλασσα είναι μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο ! Πλούσιο και νόστιμο πρωινό! Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!! Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ που πέρασαν τόσο ωραία στο κατάλυμα σας κ ειδικά τον κύριο Γιώργο! Σίγουρα την επόμενη φορά όταν θα ξανά πάνε Ηράκλειο θα τους ξανά κλείσω σε εσάς!
• Ibrahim (10/5): Good , comfortable, good location nice breakfast - Akti Corali hotel for me was as 4 star hotel . Firstly I want to thanks all the staffs hotel all wear helpful and friendly specially Mr Yorgos which helped me to find very good Tavern (( The Kalytera )) which serves very delicious seafood and nice location front of the sea . Then: You start your day with very nice and rich breakfast like 4 star hotel . Then after your coffee start the swimming in very big swimming pools the beach is just 10 meter from the swimming pool side with very nice sand ….. you have free parking for your car …… nice room which was cleaned every day with changing towels …. Nice balcony with seaside view . Shopping 5 minutes away from hotel there is a very big super market Sklavintis which has ready geek cooked food which you can eat there …. There is as well nice coffee shop near the hotel , sell Bread sweet ice cream and nice coffee ….front of the coffee shop you can get the bus to the center line 1 but when you come back take line 6 ! I don’t way like that ! From airport to hotel bus line 6 . From the hotel to airport line 1 ticket in bus cost 2 euro but if you buy from kiosk cost 1.20 euro l, taxi from hotel to airport cost 22 euro hotel staff can arrange taxi for you . Was very nice stay very quiet area you feel your in village but just 15 minutes form the city centre by car or bus . Need modern coffee maker in the room with coffee and cups , some drinking water in the room on arrival… I think could be some music on swimming pool to give more life…..

• Sarah (7/5): - Het ziet er buiten niet veel belovend uit maar het is een schoon en net hotel. Het is niet echt modern maar ze hebben alles wat je nodig hebt. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en meedenkend. Het is schoon. Het ontbijt is niet heel uitgebreid maar prima om de dag mee te starten. Het bed!!! Het is een keihard bed. Ze willen wel graag met je meedenken hoe dit op te lossen. Maar helaas bleef het bed hard ook al hadden ze een paar dekens erop gelegd.

• Artur (9/5): Polecam jako kameralne miejsce i bazę wypadową - Bardzo przyjemny hotelik, z przemiłą obsługą (wystarczyło raz zapytać o ketchup i codziennie miałem pytanie czy dziś znowu mam na niego ochotę). Pokoje przestronne, wyposażone odpowiednio, nawet w wagę na której możesz sprawdzić ciężar bagażu. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane tak jak korytarze itd. Śniadanie na wystarczającym poziomie, smaczne choć bez szaleństw. Hotel traktowaliśmy jako bazę wypadową i wg. nas spełnił oczekiwania w 100%

• Daisy (6/5): Tired old property - The hotel is right on the beach and about 15 minutes drive from the ferry port and the airport. There was free parking and the hotel pool was nice. There is a supermarket nearby and some restaurants. We stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast varied a bit everyday, it was simple but sufficient. The zucchini balls were excellent but were only served on one day. The reception, cleaning and breakfast staff were nice. We had an early flight on the last day and they packed us a lunch box. Some cute cats wandering the pool area were fun to play with. We were given a double room with an extra bed on the 1st floor but the double bed was really narrow and the double and triple rooms are the same size so it got a bit cramped. There was a wardrobe and a balcony with 2 chairs and a table and a convenient rack for drying clothes. A large fridge and kettle were provided but the 'safe' was a tiny old fashioned key thing that we did not try. Decent shower. Airconditioning worked to keep the room comfortable. We were expecting a beach resort but the hotel is like a guest house. Everything was clean but really basic, old and tired and we were disappointed and felt stuck here for 5 nights. Would recommend staying in the Reythmno or Chania areas instead. The beach was dirty with lots of debris and the water was full of seaweed and debris too. The indoor breakfast and reception area stank of cigarette smoke. They do not provide drinking water in the room but there is a hot/cold water dispenser in the breakfast area that you can use to refill your bottle.

• Lilit (9/5): Lovely experience - The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms and common areas were clean. The delicious breakfast, big pool - perfect for relaxing. I very much appreciate the early check-in and late check-out availability. There are no sunbeds directly on the beach in front of the hotel. You either need to take sunbeds from the hotel or walk a few minutes to a nearby beach.

• Mario Chieffo (8/5): Tutto sommato soggiorno buono. - Struttura con parcheggio recintato all'aperto, esteticamente tenuta molto bene, almeno vista dall'esterno. In una prima parte si trova la reception e una sala tipo soggiorno con TV, bar, frigo con bevande, tavoli per la colazione e sedute. Questa area è collegata alla sala colazione e attraversando una porta che da sull'esterno si accede alla zona piscina e ad altri tavolini per la colazione all'aperto. Piscina dotata di lettini, ombrelloni e pool bar attrezzato. Dalla reception, si esce all'esterno e si entra in un'altra palazzina per accedere alle stanze. Palazzina su due piani se non erro, senza ascensore. In stanza era presente il frigo, il phon l, il condizionatore, la TV e tranne l'ultima sera (non capisco il perché), per tutti i giorni hanno cambiato gli asciugamani e hanno aggiunto bagno schiuma e shampoo. C'era anche un piccolo balconcino con lo stendino per i panni, due sedie e un tavolino.Colazione internazionale, sia dolce sia salato, tutto molto buono e devo dire che è il punto di forza della struttura. Oltre ai dolci presenti sempre, ogni giorno tiravano fuori un qualcosa di particolare e sempre diverso. Per chi ama il salato non mancano le Dakos, la feta, gli affettati, i formaggi, le uova, i contorni e le verdure. Presente un dispenser per l'acqua, da utilizzare anche durante il resto della giornata. Personale cortese e disponibile. Unico neo la mancanza di bagno schiuma l'ultimo giorno, e la mattina c'era il personale delle pulizie che faceva casino nel corridoio, complici anche le porte datate e quindi prive di insonorizzazione. Tirando le somme, devo dire che il soggiorno ha rispettato le nostre aspettative, ma c'è da migliorare qualcosina. Dimenticavo, la struttura ha un accesso alla spiaggia libera o attrezzata di Ammadoura. Qui c'è da fare un appunto sulle stanze e sulla struttura. Alle stanze è stata data una ritoccata recentemente e si vede dallo stato dei bagni, dalle TV a schermo piatto, ma per alcune cose non hanno provveduto ancora. Esempio: le porte che sono in legno, sono datate e hanno vecchie serrature, difatti la nostra stanza aveva il problema che per chiudere ed aprile bisognava giocare un po' con la chiave. In una prima stanza, di cui abbiamo richiesto il cambio, c'era la finestra che non si chiudeva, la luce del letto che non si spegneva e le mensole dell'armadio che non si tenevano. Da sottolineare il fatto che in poco tempo, hanno cercato di risolvere il problema dandoci una nuova stanza che comunque presentava dei problemi, ma sicuramente di meno.

• Claire (8/5): - The pool was Beautiful and location right by the beach was great. Walkable restaurants nearby. The bed was ok, I prefer softer. Linen perfect. Very clean, its just an old style building. Balcony with a view of the sea was nice. I would recommend staying there. The welcome and staff were excellent. Very helpful. Lovely breakfast with great variety of choices. Firm mattress, but I've had firmer and just a bit dated decore. Otherwise great.
