Ileana Maria (10/5): Es strahlt eine majestätische Aura aus; es ist friedlich und nur eine kurze Entfernung vom Zentrum. - Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, und die Art und Weise, wie es serviert wurde, war sehr einzigartig und effektiv. Das Personal ging auf Wünsche aufmerksam ein. Der Ort war überraschend schön, exklusiv und sehr gepflegt. Es ist schade, dass so wenige Menschen kommen, um die Küche in einem so wunderschön gepflegten Innenhof zu genießen. Ich hoffe, dass sich der Ort füllt, wenn dort Veranstaltungen – wie Konzerte und Ähnliches – stattfinden; denn das hat er wahrlich verdient.

Birgit (10/5): Es ist so schön, in so einem Haus übernachten zu können. - Das Haus ist ein fantastisches altes aber vollkomnen saniertes Kunstwerk! Der Innenhof ist gemütlich und der Frühstückstaum ist einfach charmant. Die Lage ist auch absolut perfekt.

Da kann das Hotel nichts dafür - die gängigen Navigationssysteme versagen (sie scheitern an der mittelalterlichen Struktur der Stadt Idstein).

Timothy (10/5): Quaint, Quiet, Perfect get-a-way for a couple for a weekend together. - Location was absolutely amazing, and the hotel room was unique and quirky. Just what we love. it was cold when we were there, but in spring and summer the courtyard would be phenomenal to sit in for a glass of wine and a charcuterie. The operable windows in the room were amazing. So big and beautiful. We could open them and get cool fresh air and talk with people on the street. The hotel is far enough from the action to be very quiet, but close enough to go back and forth easily (about 3 short blocks) Everywhere in Idstein is walking distance. Check in process. The front door is usually locked, and they don't always hear the bell. They don't tell you, but if you cant get in, you need to go around to the parking lot and go through the alley.

Jørgen (2/5): Vi kommer aldrig tilbage dertil - Beliggenheden og beskrivelsen inden vi ankom, som også var derfor vi valgte stedet. Dejligt badeværelse Ingen personale de første 2 dage, nøglen tog vi ud af en box og låste os ind, på trods af at der skulle være døgnbetjent reception. Vi ringede til hotellet og fik at vide at ejeren gerne ville komme men skulle ud til sine børn først ! Ingen service eller betjening men prisen var i top. Alt var låst og utilgængeligt. Vi måtte gå igennem en sidegang når vi skulle ind og ud. Indgangen til hovedgaden var låst. Det var opreklameret som det bedste hotel i området, det stemte ikke. Da vi påtalte vores utilfredshed med hotellets service blev vi blot mødt af bortforklaringer. Morgenmaden fik vi kun på tredje dagen og betalte for den selv om det stod på fakturaen at den var inklusive. Restauranten var ikke åben for vi skulle rejse. Det var et dyrt selvbetjeningshotel.

Ron1960Koog (9/5): Verblijf in 16e eeuwse sferen - De fantastisch ligging nabij het oude centrum met vele 16e eeuwse vakwerkhuizen en horeca. Hotel zelf is ook uit die tijd, een plaatje! Ontvangst zeer vriendelijk , fantastisch diner en uitgebreid vers ontbijt. Eigen parkeerterrein is top. Dat we weer weg moesten.

Alexey (9/5): Absolutely brilliant location, charming rooms, polite staff and very god breakfast - Absolutely beautiful hotel in really charming old building iun character with the center of Idstein. Rooms of course are as expected in building of such an age - uneven flooring, but very well renovated and refreshed inside. Bedsd are probably the most comfortable overall we had in the 10 day trip staying in vatious hotels. Breakfast was great. Very polite and pleasant reception staff. And the best part - hotel is in quiet street 200m away from historical center of Idstein. Just one tiny thing for the hotel staff: please please replace your pillows with something more substantial - the ones we had looked fluffy but when used let out all air and became practically flat.

Kerstin (10/5): Kurzurlaub in Idstein - Zauberhaftes Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Frühstück wurde am Tisch serviert und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne Zeit und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

HenryHampton (7/5): Most lovely small hotel in Idstein - The HÖERHOF is one of those places that really is worth the stay because of the nature of the building you are staying in.. its not every day that you overnight in a building that is more than 400 years old.. We didn't go to the Resturaunt but it has rave reviews. The breakfast is lovely in a small setting but that is extra. This location is super awesome, 5 minute walk to the Aldstadt. Also make sure that if you book online through an outside vendor like Bookings.com or other that you are charged appropriately. The front desk colleague accidentally charged us full price even though we already paid. The beds are pretty stiff. There are no coffee machines in the rooms but you can ask for a kettle. Internet wifi was not reliable at all, but cell phone coverage was good on the hill.

Nur ca. 200 Meter bis in die schöne Altstadt von Idstein. Es gab kein Buffet, sondern Frühstück am Tisch. Jeden Tag dieselbe Wurst und derselbe Käse ( und nichts besonderes) und dafür 155€ ( 4x Frühstück für meinen Mann und mich )

Über das Prozedere und den Wirtesonntag gab es kein Info, auch nich in der Reservationsbestätigung. Zusätzlich wurde für 2 er Belegung EUR 30.-- berechnet (in Bestätigung nicht vermerkt. Schade, hat Aufenthalt nachhaltig getrübt.

The table was already laid up & the menu on the table gave no prices and very much read as if breakfast was inclusive. We were therefore surprised to be billed for it and two different prices. It should have been clear what the cost would be per item. The pillows! Only one very thin one. When we booked we asked for dinner reservation and it was confirmed. We only received an email on the day of our arrival to tell us the restaurant was closed and that there would be nobody in reception either.

Kevin (10/5): Cute little inn right close to historic town cente - Cute little inn, just a couple blocks from the historic town center (and it has free parking onsite). Room was clean and well furnished; bed was comfortable. And the breakfast is a veritable feast! I highly recommend this place!

Reiner (10/5): - Wunderschönes historisches Gebäude in zentraler Lage. Nur wenige Minuten bis zum Zentrum. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer (Junior Suite) mit tollem Bad.
Bernd (8/5): - Schönes, geräumiges Zimmer. Modernes Bad mit großer Dusche. Alles ist vorbildlich sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Baujahr & Bauweise entsprechend recht hellhörig, aber Preis/Leistung passt definitiv. Lediglich auf das Frühstück kann man verzichten.
