- Ali Afshar7 (3/5): Unable to Sleep Due to Heating Problems and Poor Service" - Friendly reception staff and technical staff tried to help. Location was convenient. Room size was acceptable. Check-in process was smooth. The room did not fully match the booking photos. The TV had problems and some channels were not working. The biggest issue was heating. Despite several calls to reception (around 22:00, 23:00, and after midnight) and a technical service check, the room remained cold. The heating issue was not resolved, and after 02:00 AM I had to sleep in a cold room using multiple blankets to stay warm. Communication regarding the problem was disappointing, as I was repeatedly told to wait without an effective solution.

До нашата стая имаше араби които цяла вечер не ни оставиха да спим и въпреки оплакванията така минаха и другите ни вечери. Никой не взема никакви мерки въпреки че обещаха. Паркинг пише има частен, а се чудехме къде да паркираме отвън. Няма да повторим въпреки че хотела ни хареса

But for driving, it requires detour a few times from the main roads and have a roundabout that lots of cars are not yielding. - Miky (9/5): Great Value for a 5-Star Hotel - We stayed at this hotel for the second time and, although our first experience didn’t fully convince us, we decided to give it another chance and this time it pleasantly surprised us. In our opinion, the price-quality ratio for a 5-star hotel with breakfast included is very good. Even though it may seem a bit far from the city center at first, the location is actually quite convenient. The T1 tram line is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get around. There is also plenty of free street parking in the area, and you can find many cafés, pastry shops, restaurants, and small stores nearby. We arrived very late on our first night and were assigned one of the available rooms, but the next day, after speaking with the reception staff, we received a room upgrade, which we really appreciated. Another lovely surprise was the attention to our birthdays. Both my daughter and I received a slice of cake in our rooms, along with juice and candles. A small but very thoughtful gesture. The bed linen and towels are changed daily, complimentary bottled water is provided every day, and toiletries are replenished regularly. Toothbrushes and shaving kits are also provided. The breakfast is not quite at the level you would expect from a 5-star hotel. At the beginning of the week, the selection is better, but towards the end it becomes more limited and some items, especially pastries, seem less fresh. Also, you are not allowed to take any food or drinks to your room, not even coffee, which can be inconvenient if you’re unable to have breakfast at the restaurant. Additionally, the restaurant prices are quite high. Overall, this stay was a significant improvement compared to our first visit, and we left with a positive impression.

- phillip (5/5): Great place just to expensive not to have good WiFi and hot breakfast - beautiful location. The cleaners are very good they attend to you everyday. The breakfast buffet hot items were always cold everyday. Even when I told the head chef he didn’t really seem to care. I’m not sure the Turkish customs but I didn’t care for it. Also the WiFi was horrible. I work remote and chose the hotel specifically because it advertised high speed internet and it took all day for me to do things due to how bad the WiFi was….
