The villa was stunning with the staff always so helpful and kind. Leonardo gave fabulous recommendations that we would never have been able to research without him. We felt like family on how well we were treated during our stay. Umbria is such a beautiful region and can’t wait to come back!

Leonardo and his wife were so welcoming. Leonardo was an amazing host, telling us proudly of the history of the property and the loving renovations that they have done. Many places around the property to sit and relax, including the pool. Many restaurants close by and we went to one recommended by Leonardo that was wonderful. On our second night we were lucky to have a wonderful dinner made by Leonardo and his wife on the beautiful moonlit terrace. Can’t say enough about this stunning property! We were in Umbria for 3 weeks and this was the best stay of our trip. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

A special thank you to Leonardo & Katrine whose warmth and hospitality made us feel not like guests, but like welcome friends. They were incredibly generous with their time, offering brilliant local recommendations for restaurants and hidden gems we would never have found on our own. Their passion for preserving this beautiful piece of history is evident in every detail. The entire staff was wonderful and attentive, under Natalia’s graceful supervision, ensuring we had everything we needed while also giving us complete privacy to enjoy the stunning, panoramic views. Waking up with a coffee on that terrace was pure bliss same as having a glass of wine (try the Grechetto!) while the sun sets.. This is a unique and soulful place, made even more so by the wonderful people who care for it. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will cherish the memories of our stay for years to come. He managed to keep the history but modernise the property. The views were breath taking and the terrace offered a great spot for a wine before dinner. The pool was also fantastic with plenty of spots to lounge. There is no formal restaurant but if you’re lucky Leonardo will cook a beautiful dinner for you while you watch the sunset. Honestly the hospitality was incredible, we would love to visit again!

• Roberto (10/5): Indimenticabile - L'occasione del soggiorno alla Torre Palombara (ricorrenza del compleanno) è stata resa speciale dal trattamento che il proprietario Leonardo ci ha riservato. Nel ringraziarlo di nuovo, abbiamo ascoltato con piacere il racconto della ristrutturazione della dimora di famiglia, ammobiliata con gusto rispettando i canoni di questo tipo di abitazioni. La struttura è collocata nella tranquillità della campagna, a 10 minuti di auto da Narni, con panorami mozzafiato e la frescura della sera e al mattino, anche quando di giorno la temperatura ha raggiunto i 38 gradi. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata è "il rosone", di fianco al corpo originario della torre, con vista sul giardino prospiciente la zona della colazione e la vallata. Il parcheggio è ombreggiato da teli, soluzione perfetta nella stagione estiva. Gli spazi comuni sono molto belli, sia all'interno che all'esterno. La piscina (e gli ombrelloni e lettini) è giustamente dimensionata per il numero di stanze/ospiti. La colazione, servita al tavolo nel giardino in una cornice spettacolare, è varia e abbondante.

A beautifully renovated castle surrounded by nature, many excellent restaurants ( Il Rustico😋!!) and wonderful places are just a short distance away. Leonardo, the owner of the castle is such a lovely host, he knows the best places to visit and shares all his experiences with his guests. Beautiful rooms with every comfort, great breakfast on the terrace, served by lovely Natalia, all the products are fresh and homemade, we loved it! Don‘t miss to spend some time near the nice and clean pool, overlooking the landscape while listening to the birds around. Kad es plānoju braucienu uz Umbriju, lasot atsauksmes par Torre Palombora, es gandrīz ik katrā atsauksmē dzirdēju vārdu 'Leonardo', bet nevarēju vēl tad aptvert, cik svarīgs šis cilvēks ir šai vietai, un cik vieta svarīga viņam. Leonardo ir šīs viesnīcas saimnieks un sirds. Ļoti draudzīgs un rūpīgs, jau no pirmajām minūtēm, sajūta, ka esi atbraucis pie draugiem. Neuzbazīgs draudzīgums un siltums. Teritorija ļoti sakopta, brīnišķīgs baseins, māja ļoti labi renovēta, numuri vienmēr tīri, gardas brokastis, kuras varat pielāgot sev, un īpašie vakari, kad pats Leonardo gatavo viesiem vakariņas, daloties ar kādu labu stāstu par Umbriju. Un šie brīnumainie skati visapkārt uz zaļajiem pakalniem. Apkārt arī daudz pastaigu taku, ezeru, ūdenskritumu, nelielas burvīgas pilsētas un ciemu. Un, kas nav tūristu pārbāzti. Noteikti, ļaujiet, lai Leonardo jums iesaka kādu labu restorānu reģionā vai apskates vietu, jo visas viņa rekomendācijas bija lieliskas. Es noteikti šeit vēlos atgriezties, un noteikti rekomendēšu saviem draugiem. Pasaulē ir nedaudz īpašu vietu..un šī ir viena no tām.

• Giorgiovar (10/5): Relax Umbro - Location suggestiva, curata nei minimi dettagli un antica dimora del 500, con vista mozzafiato. Leonardo il proprietario gentilissimo nell'accoglierci al nostro arrivo in tarda serata e nel darci consigli preziosi su ristoranti e posti da visitare. Si respira un atmosfera di relax assoluto sin dalla mattina quando servono la colazione con dolci fatti in casa, nota di merito per la signora davvero molto cordiale. Lo spazio esterno è bellissimo e pieno di verde, unica nota negativa è aver trascorso solo due giorni. Torneremo sicuramente!

• Noa (10/5): המקום הכי מושלם באיטליה כולה - הכל!!!!!!!! לאונרדו המקסים גרם לנו להרגיש בבית מהתחלה. נתן לנו מלא טיפים מוצלחים, הראה לנו את אוסף המכוניות שלו והציע לנו לעשות סיבוב איתו. לאונרדו כל-כך מקסים ומנהל שיחה עם כל אורח על כמעט כל דבר. מרגישים שכל העסק מנוהל מכל הלב ולאונרדו משקיע את כל הלב והנשמה שלו. שלא לדבר על הנוף האוויר והאווירה. לא יכולנו לבקש מקום מושלם יותר. שווה כל אירו, אנחנו עוד נחזור! אין משהו שאי אפשר לאהוב במקום המושלם הזה, הכל פשוט מושלם
• Malka (10/5): מקסים!! - אחוזה יפההפיה,שופצה כ7 שנים וחלקים נבנו מחדש סביב מגדל תצפית.,בצורה מעוררת התפעלות.הגן סביבה יפהפה ומטופח .החדר מרווח,והנקיון מושלם. את המקום מנהל בחביבות ובאהבה רבה לאונרדו,בן למשפחה בת 500 שנה במקום,בעזרת צוות נעים וחביב.האכזבה היחידה שלנו -ששהינו רק לילה אחד... אהבנו הכל

• Catriona (10/5): Fantastic experience at a beautiful agriturismo in Umbria - We had a wonderful experience staying at Torre Palombara on our honeymoon, Leonardo and his staff were truly fabulous hosts. He gave us great tips on the area and the house itself is extremely beautiful and comfortable. Well worth the trip! The cats are also a lovely addition! Absolutely nothing!

• Serena (10/5): Meraviglioso - La dimora è meravigliosa. Curatissima e silenziosa. Hanno valorizzato alcuni pezzi storici e rispettato le origini di questo casale. Stanza molto spaziosa e accogliente, arredata con gusto e con attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti. Dotata di zanzariere, punti di appoggio, ganci. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile, sempre con discrezione. Il proprietario Leonardo disponibilissimo e in grado di far arrivare tutta la passione che ha messo nella sua dimora. Un valore aggiunto per il territorio che offre molto e merita di essere valorizzato al meglio. Nella stanza dove ho soggiornato un po’ scomoda la doccia, all’interno della vasca da bagno che può avere un accesso difficoltoso. Il vetro di protezione non è sufficiente a riparare completamente dagli schizzi. Vuole essere solo un feedback costruttivo per eventuali migliorie ad un posto che già di per sé è perfetto.

Best thing though is the warm and welcoming owner Leonardo, his sweet family and Natalia who all made us feel like home. The hospitality was quite moving. We would love to come back <3
• Justin (10/5): Heaven on earth! The best place we stayed in Italy. - Torre Palombara is a truly magical and special place. We spent the first two nights of our two-week road trip here and loved it so much that we came back for another night at the end of our trip. It's exactly what you picture when you think of Italian paradise. A small, luxury villa with unbelievable views, a beautiful pool, a wonderful breakfast, and incredible accommodations. Leonardo and Natalia are such kind, friendly people. We immediately felt at ease from the moment we arrived. You could easily spend several days here just relaxing and visiting quaint Umbrian towns. We also had some of our best meals while staying here; Rustico, which is just about 5 minutes away, is fantastic. We are already planning to come back next year, except this time it will be for much longer! Nothing at all.

• Michal (9/5): - ליאונרדו מארח למופת , אדם חביב שמוכן לעזור כל העת , גם בנושאים שלא קשורים לחווה שלו. נטליה , שקיבלה את פנינו היתה מקסימה גם כן וגם היא מאוד שרותית. המקום מאוד יפה ונוח. בחדר האמבטיה של חברים שהיו איתנו היה ריח לא טוב ארוחת בוקר נהדרת , וכל מה שביקשנו קיבלנו. מאוד נהניינו
• Liana (10/5): Fantastisch! - De gastvrijheid, vriendelijkheid van de eigenaar en personeel. Niets is teveel. Je voelt je er gelijk thuis; prachtige en rustige omgeving. Heerlijk ontbijt met fruit, ei, kaas, zoetigheden en eigenlijk alles wat je wilt. Dank Leonardo en Natalia! It was a grande finale of our holiday!

Da rimarcare anche la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario Leonardo durante tutto il soggiorno che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. La camera era pulita e confortevole, con tutti i comfort di cui avevamo bisogno. La colazione del mattino era un vero spettacolo, con una vasta selezione di delizie locali fatti in casa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Consiglio vivamente Torre Palombara a chiunque cerchi un rifugio tranquillo e accogliente lontano dal trambusto della vita quotidiana.

• Erica (10/5): Un angolo di relax esclusivo immerso nel verde e nella gentilezza! - Esperienza, non semplice soggiorno. Leonardo e famiglia sono davvero più che bravi con tutti gli ospiti, è tutto una coccola, la cura dei particolari, la ristrutturazione effettuata, la gentilezza dello staff delle colazioni, le aree comuni curate nei dettagli, sempre tutto impeccabile! Che dire della location...non lo so, non ci sono parole, va vista! Soggiorno perfetto! Grazie! Consigliatissimo a tutti coloro che vogliono vivere un momento speciale, nella natura, dove trovare buon cibo locale, stare tranquilli, nel rispetto della natura e delle persone che vi soggiornano. Speriamo di tornare presto! Andarmene.

• Flavia (10/5): - Accoglienza impeccabile del proprietario Leonardo, che dopo averci raccontato la storia di questa meravigliosa dimora, ci ha riservato cordialità, calore e la massima disponibilità (compreso un prezioso suggerimento su dove cenare per cui lo ringraziamo di nuovo infinitamente). La struttura é pulita, dotata di una bellissima piscina immersa nel verde e in un'atmosfera rilassante. La stanza era ampia, pulita, dotata di ogni comfort (bollitore, macchinetta del caffè, ampio armadio, letto a baldacchino molto comodo, aria condizionata) e con una vista stupenda. La colazione di qualità e servita con lo stesso mood dell'accoglienza che Leonardo deve aver ricercato in tutto il suo staff. Abbiamo trovato la posizione con Maps senza difficoltà ed é stato molto comodo come appoggio per raggiungere Narni, Amelia e le cascate delle Marmore che erano le tappe di questi due giorni in Umbria. La prossima volta spero di poter trascorrere qualche giorno in più a Torre Palombara. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, straconsigliato!
• claudio (10/5): Immersi nella natura in pieno comfort e relax : gentilezza e tradizionale accoglienza umbra!!! - Lo staff, compreso il proprietario, fa di tutto per mettere gli ospiti a proprio agio. E' proprio vero che ci si sente "a casa" e non in una struttura ricettiva. Pulizia al top, gentilezza oltre ogni scala per un soggiorno in pieno comfort e relax. La colazione può essere migliorata nella varietà. Seppur sia condivisibile la scelta di essere coerenti con lo stile originale della dimora, nel 2024, un frigo bar ed una televisione sono una concessione che si potrebbe fare... Ma è altresì vero che sono veramente particolari trascurabili rispetto al resto.

• Laura Rosanne (10/5): Wonderful country estate with lovely owners - Wonderful location and beautifully restored country estate. The owner/host and his family was so wonderful. We received great advice where to have dinner and table bookings were arranged for us. Nothing was too much. We hope to be able to come back in the future!

• Vic (10/5): We started our Italian journey here and enjoyed it so much we decided to end it here. - I liked everything about my stay which was enhanced by the warm and friendly host and staff. Morning breakfast served at table overlooking the open fields and the town of Narnia was very special. The location gave access to a variety of medieval towns with wonderful bars and restaurants.
• Teddy (10/5): Un’altra dimensione - Al di là della struttura, fantastica, un’oasi di pace, ho apprezzato l’attenzione, fuori dall’ordinario, meritevole di applausi, di Leonardo nei confronti dei suoi ospiti. A titolo d’esempio, venuto a conoscenza della nostra dieta vegana, si è preoccupato di trovarci una soluzione per la cena (nel vicino borgo di San Gemini, un altro gioiellino) nonché per la colazione (quest’ultima servita nella struttura), il tutto con preavviso pressoché nullo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
• Jocelyn (10/5): Prachtige plek waar je helemaal tot rust komt - Fijne host en rustige plek. Genoeg rust voor iedereen en serene plek Alles was fijn. Wij houden alleen niet zo van harde bedden, maar heel Italië heeft harde bedden volgens mij:)
