• christine3099 (10/5): Free early check in and room change - Our second time here in ibis bandung, by far this is our best experience. The staffs are really nice. Mas Tanjung and mba Ratna help my family for a very early check in at 11.50. They also help when we want to change the twin bed into queen bed. Thank you much. Will come back again for sure.

A very strategic locatoon, closed to Asia Afrika Museum and iconic street braga. Great value hotel. Morning is Special as you can do the jogging to alun alun Bandung and have wellknown Bubur Ayam Palguna for breakfast on the way back to hotel.
• Sayree207 (8/5): Very convenient budget hotel and easy walking access to the famous Braga City Walk. - The layout of budget room was simple and fit for purpose. Receptionist was great especially Mr Tanjung was very helpful. Breakfast was also great for the budget. The car park was using car lift which is good idea in saving car park spaces but time consuming. Overall, its was a great stay and easy access to ATM, mini market, street food and Braga City Walk. • Trek24040342449 (10/5): Great location with a great hospitality - A very warm welcome by the hotel staff Yuliana, the room was clean and comfortable with a stunning city view. The security was very helpful helping us with the parking space. The location was very convenience with a walking distance to the city centre and the famous braga street.

The day I arrived, the Reception gave me a Room with Windows to Wall view, in minute I found the room have badly Smell like strong Urine, cigarette , I asked them a clean room, but they avoid me with Promise the next day would change the Room, I have negotiated with the Reception more than 1 Hours, after that they gave an another Room. The Hotel wall is dirty, the light in Hotel is so dim, dark, the Television is so Small and the sound like a old TV. The small Windows without sound protector were can hear the 🕌 Mosque Loudspeaker. I have to call Reception to ask The House Keeper to cleaned the Room if not, they didn't clean my room. I didn't recommend this Hotel for long stay, I saw there many Group Traveled only 1.night overnight. The simple Breakfast is overprice, no good quality.

The staff, especially Tanjung and Yuli, were helpful with our early check-in, which made our trip with friends much easier. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for the price!

Excellent experience, clean room, very friendly & helpfull staff mas Tanjung. He helps to fasten the checkin time and very clear explanation. Definitely worth the price.

• Yuddy (10/5): What a decent budget hotel in the heart of Bandung - The check-in process was fast and easy. The crew was quick to response about the technical complain with the room facility. The breakfast was decent enough and somewhat a good deal for the price. The room was small but still comfy with the decent bed and the nice view from the window. The bunkbed will be useful when you bring child below 60kg. This budget hotel was good at service and location too. It was very near to the night street food area and also to Bandung's old city center. Recommended for tourist who loves to explore the city center on foot or need a short staycation to refresh your mind with the nice view of the old city of Bandung.

Not enough hair dryer, it’s not available in every room (need to borrow from receptionist), and the quantity is not many. Had to wait until the next day to be able to borrow hair dryer. Had I known, I would have brought my own from home.

The front desk staff, it took almost 2 hours to get me checked in, try to imagine that I am bringing 4 families and each Families are having kids, babies and todlers, if the check in staff could serve more efficiently, that will most appreciated

• Puguh (7/5): Nice. Cozy. Good. - The location is the main reason why this hotel is a must stay. The relatively cheap price is another reason to stay. You're not going to expect selections of food or fancy rooms because you won't ever get those with the money you spend there. The room was a bit too small. I stayed not once in an Ibis budget room, but this particular room I stayed in was a bit too small even for a budget hotel.

• 萬欽wanchin (8/5): Information about my having stayed at Room 415 might have been hacked. - About two and a half hours after I checked out, In received from what’s APP a message informing me that I left behind something in the room which I earlier used. It seems that the information about my having stayed at Room 415 was hacked. I rarely used What’s APP for correspondence. If the message had been officially sent from the Ibis, it should have used my email address. This was bizarre.
