- Bellsouthern (10/5): Choose this place in Tretonia, Eastern Idaho! Best option in the area - This is an outstanding option for individuals, couples, families, groups. We stayed 1 nt in a spotless 2 queen room w modern bath, frig, microwave, and table and chairs. The new managers are EXCELLENT and rescued us late at nt w a room when another place "lost" our reservation on first nt of our trip. Its a resort with hotel rooms, rv hookups, tiny houses, etc. Very quiet location, western theme and no noise. Great value, would stay here (set just off main highway) and recommend to everyone. Managers onsite made us feel welcome from arrival to departure. thanks!

Traveling to Jackson Hole was easy, and the one-hour drive didn’t feel long—which was a big plus after a full day exploring. The place itself was nice, comfortable, and a great spot to rest after our adventures.

We stayed for two nights and did not see any members of staff in the office, but we didn't have any issues. Free coffee was appreciated. Good for price, although try to arrive in the light as the drive is winding.

- Emily (10/5): - Our stay was very simple from the time we checked in until we left. It was stress free and relaxing. The road to enter the parking lot was a bit randomly placed and internet service was spotty, but otherwise staff was kind and the room was comfortable.
- Keith (6/5): - Property is in IDAHO. This property claimed it was 24 miles from Moose, WY. That is true only if you are a crow. Otherwise it is more than double that over Teton Pass; almost an hour and a half away. They knew this.

- G9189FElorraineg (6/5): RV camping not up to Par - I am currently camping at the RV campground at Teton Peaks resort. The staff is very helpful and polite. Angela in the main office helped us considerably with our concerns about our campsite. The RV campground does not deserve high marks. Maintenance staff are camping next to paying guests and keep their campsite very messy. This staff member was polite and offered use of some of his tools to us however the asthetic apperance of his campsite was less than desirable. There are towels drying outside for days, gas cans and cat litter cantainers left outside and inoperable vehicles sitting rotting away in full view. I did not feel comfortable camping next to this individual and I'm sure many others would feel the same way. At a minimum a privacy fence should be erected to provide a degree of privacy the live in staff and payng .

No fresh towels/ washcloth service throughout four day stay despite voice messages and texts. people sleeping in vehicles in parking lot for several days apparently because no staff commonly on property. Will avoid JET in future.
- Olga (8/5): - We stayed only 1 night on our way to Yellowstone. We arrived very late and front desk was already closed. We had some issues with code to unlock the door, but the staff answered the phone and came to help us. I loved the interior decor and room space. Great place to get rest, we arrived very late and left early in the morning feeling rest and fresh.

- Stephan (10/5): Great alternative to very pricey Jackson Hole - Used that location as a base to visit Grand Teton National Park due to very pricey hotels in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Great views of the Idaho side of the Grand Teton peaks. Very good communication by owners for late check-in. We arrived very late and door code and keys were available. Nice spacious room with comfortable bed and a very large flat screen TV. Nice clean bathroom. Very quiet site. Very nice owners and staff. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended

- dcwoodley (4/5): Wanted to like this place but not a great stay - I really wanted to like this place just based on what I saw when we got there but there are problems. The room itself was pretty good - updated, fairly spacious, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom (a huge TV also but nothing would play on it). Also a view of the mountains. However, the walls are very thin - not much soundproofing. On one side, I could clearly hear kids screaming and on the other, well I heard the intimacy happening (if you know what I mean). What bothered me the most is that there is almost no zero personal service - especially at night after 6 pm. Due to checking in around 8 pm, I never saw a single staff person there. The office hours are 8 am to 6 pm but even when I went over there at 9:30 am on the morning when we checked out, the office was still closed. 4 other guests (different rooms) all were looking for staff in the office too at that time - no one around. Later the staff person messaged saying they were running errands out of the resort. During the day before checking in, I would receive various canned bot messages from the property. However, when I had specific questions, sometimes staff there would answer but oddly never answered the questions specifically - even when I asked 3 times. Any questions asked via message or voicemail went unanswered after 6 pm (even though the voicemail says that after office hours they will return calls within an hour after the voicemail). Our TV wouldn't play any programming at all. There seems to not be enough internet bandwidth to load anything. Netflix/Hulu/even just the cable programming provided by the resort didn't work. You can see the cable programming menu via the remote but nothing will play. Just a circle thinking symbol unable to show anything. Sad as the TV is huge and mounted on the wall. No one on the property in the evening that answers messages at all and no maintenance to fix these types of issues either - at least in the evening when guests are there. Getting the access code for the room via message - we were able to enter our room when we arrived. But I found it very frustrating to not be able to speak to staff.

- Wanda (6/5): - Disappointed that it was billed as a resort but wasn’t. There were no amenities—no toiletries, not even a hair dryer. No laundry facilities. No breakfast. I should have checked more closely, but it said “resort” I didn’t look at specific amenities. There was a mini fridge. There was a 50” tv, but the internet was so bad we couldn’t get anything but Fox News! Nice, clean, basic motel room.

- reneecote03 (2/5): NOT AS PICTURED - BEWARE of this place, the pictures are not an accurate representation, I got a text my room was ready for early check in, went in, the room was not ready, they texted me the code to open the door, went to go to the front desk, they had a workers dog on the property that was off leash and aggressive when we were approaching the office and kept going to my 5 year old. They let me use a room to just get ready in, the room was dirty, had trash all over the floor, bug in the shower and smashed to the floor and the smell as AWFUL, and the worker gave me a key to get in, but the key wasn’t even needed since the door was unlocked, when I tired to address these concerns, the worker said no one locks their doors around these parts. I tried to ask to speak to a manager, and there was not one available or one to contact, needless to say, we left and found a different place to stay, when I requested a refund, they were rude.
- Francesca (10/5): - We stayed here at the end of our ten day camping road trip around Yellowstone NP. We were tired and dirty and this was a wonderful place to take a great hot shower and a great nights rest. The only thing I was disappointed in is that we didn't stay longer.

Thanks to the staff and management for providing such a clean and comfortable place to rest after fun days of adventure in the Teton Valley. Early-mid June is the perfect time to visit - wildflowers are everywhere! See you again next year, if not sooner.
- mattg983 (10/5): Nice room, nice price - I loved the online check in process and the electronic locks with password. The room was spacious and clean. When we did have a housekeeping request, we texted them and it was addressed in a timely manner. It was farther to the park than I thought it would be, but the reasonable room price made up for the farther distance

- P6890TLjanetd (10/5): They treated us like long time friends - We stayed the first night in the glamping tent 'Eagles rest.' We were thankful for the space heater that was in there (Stayed here May 17/2025) it got down to just above freezing that night. It was SO COZY though!! There were lots of blankets, free drinks upon arrival and free coffee at an adorable upscale coffee hut on property. The bathhouse was very clean, with a fun games room and washers and dryers. We hiked close by the next day, ate in town, loved it so much we booked in last minute again cause we didn't want to leave. The manager Biz put us in a king suit with a large picture window facing the Tetons 😍. We were spoiled rotten and so thankful for every moment.

Likes: warm greeting by Biz, clean room, comfy bed: Dislikes: parking was icy and inconvenient to room due to old frozen snow and fear of roof ice ( roof was totally clear), advertised coffee shop was NEVER open during our 3 days, no coffee maker in room and no one in office, very noisy heater ALL night with random chirps, thought neighbors upstairs were going to stomp thru the ceiling on our last night. Nice guitar strumming in between the clomping and running! No hand towels and but we did have stained washcloths. Cleaning lady was nice. Not the “resort” we were looking for.

Hosts were super welcoming and helpful. Would definitely prioritize when back in the areas and come back here.

Everything about this was nice and easy, from the welcome and communication, to the check-in, cleanliness and comfort of the room. It was easy to find on winter roads, close access to our winter fun and skijoring in Driggs. We were so impressed with our stay here, we cannot wait to come back! Biz is a wealth of information on fun things to do in the area, and made our stay easy and hassle free.

And the staff were attentive and provided great hospitality. We disliked the other guests parking like idiots in the snow, too far from other vehicles but too close to fit our car in between. The bathroom was quite small and we could hear the neighbors above us.

- Susan (2/5): - This was seriously the worst place I have ever stayed and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The door to the room was a rotten on the bottom, everything in the room was old and it wasn't clean. We found a bug in the tub and a red bug in the bed. There was no boxspring on the bed so the bed was about two ft off the floor and everytime you turned on the sink water sprayed everywhere. The marketed this place as being great but it was for from it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

They called back finally, and told me they had texted the check in info to me. I had no idea they would send a text. I was on a motorcycle all day. How was i to know they would send a text? It all worked in the end but very frustrating!

- H9312GTlarryh (10/5): Pleasantly Surprised - We didn't know what to expect and after a long drive were very pleasantly surprised by everything about Teton Peaks Resort. From the warm greeting and free glass of beer upon arrival to the very nice, clean and comfortable room with comfy beds and a nice bath with refrigerator/freezer combo and microwave. Large grounds with picnic tables and a fire pit. Biz, the proprietor was very friendly and helpful and made the stay one we would recommend!

There’s a little bar right down the road (close enough to walk) that has live bands. We also spent a day exploring the town of Driggs which is just a little bit down the road. The bathhouse and laundry came in handy!

The checkin was all online and super fast! They even had a happy hour!! There is a campground on the property that seemed nice.

From the staff (particularly Sarah), the accommodations (our room had everything we needed and then some!), the coffee shop on location (NICE!), the VIEW, and the grounds (which were immaculate!). We didn’t have kids to use the gameroom, but our friend’s kids loved it! It would have been a great vacation without having to leave the area. That being said, we were able to go to Yellowstone AND the Grand Tetons multiple times on this trip. The location of the resort is right in the middle of everything! I would definitly come back again!

It even had Netflix which we like to turn on while falling asleep. We will recommend to friends and family and we will be back for sure. Loved our brief stay.

The heater in the room was a bit loud at times, but they also had a fireplace that put out good heat and once I figured out the system, I was able to keep the heat in the room even. My dad was on the first floor and his room was semi-remodeled. The room was fine, but not nearly as nice as ours was. We loved the outdoor space, and my kids loved all the outdoor games available to play with.

- Robert (6/5): Teton Peaks Resort - Teton Peaks is in a nice location. There is not much available in the town of Tetonia, ID. The road is not marked to let you know that you are in the correct location, however with the phones and GPS, probably a moot point. The sign says Teton Peaks RV Park, I believe, and does not mention Resort. Easy check in and check out. In my opinion, the cost is too high. But, with tourism, and the closeness to Jackson Hole, WY, the price is probably in line with other places. I don't know if I would stay there again.

- Robert (4/5): - Was looking for a reasonably priced the Jackson Hole vicinity. The property was advertised as a resort so thought we would give it a try. However the property sign indicated that it was a “lodge and RV park”. There wasn’t any dining at the property and the only activity provided appeared to be horseshoe pits. The room was very clean. The TV channel selection was poor offering a bunch of non-standard satellite channels and none of the normal cable channels. The biggest disappointment about our stay was the town. It was mostly run down and there wasn’t any dining or activities available. The closest dining and activities were in Driggs.

Orbitz was completely unwilling and so was the hotel. PLEASE pay close attention to working out ALL details before confirming anything through Orbitz. It cost me $2500.!!!

- Verified traveler (6/5): - I write this review with a sense that the new owners have only been on board for two months, so a year's time could show improvement. What I liked: the primitive, simple mountain furnishings. There was a gas wall fireplace, so I imagine that in the winter that could make things cozy if not charming. However, for 250.00 per night, the room had two glaring lacks: 1) A sizeable nick in the bathroom sink formica, revealing inches of particle board and 2) A refrigerator that did not function. Additionally, the industry standard for this price and these places regionally is breakfast included. There was none.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Absolutely beautiful views. Very quiet because there is nothing even close. Short drive to Driggs or Victor for some things. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the big smart tv. If you love the hustle and bustle of say Jackson Hole, WY or Rapid City, SD this is not the place for you. But if you like a quiet place without all the noise this is it. About the only thing that would make it better would be a pool for the hotel guests. Would probably be over crowded fast with the RV park right next door.
