Guest Reviews
- Jacob (1/5): Didn’t even get too - Not a thing All kinds of hiden fees the owner wants in cash when you check in . It was a absolute nightmare and when I wouldn’t pay them I ended up having to sleep in my car because he refused the refund request though the website
- Raymond (7/5): -
- Parm (8/5): It's what I could afford and Staff left me alone to enjoy my stay.👍🏻 - The privacy Length of getting hot water from the sink.
- Nabi (1/5): In front desk was a man with the white shirt he was not respectful at all. - Horrible Location
- Rae (10/5): I loved it and would most definitely come again, I will be back to show my appreciation of their hospitality. GRATEFUL t - I liked how the room gave me an authentic Indian cultured aesthetic room was clean. Beds were comfy, and the water was hot in the showers. Also great water pressure. The loved the Hospitality the two couple gave me, made me felt right at home. Asked me if I needed anything and were always warm, happy, & helpful! GREAT PLACE, I would live here ! I couldn’t find ONE thing I disliked about the place, people always want to expect a luxury hotel experience but the same that this is a cultural loving inviting area it’s not a resort so people that speak down on this place I believe or just pampered and ungrateful
- Greg (1/5): do NOT go here!!!!!! - Clean and without cock roaches. The bed was the only thing good. The location should be condemned. Not only is it probably the oldest Hotel in Tucson it looks like it. If I had other choices I would have done it. The Uber driver said stay locked in your room and the Manager at the location said LOCK YOUR DOOR.
- Virginia (8/5): Had a good night for the price I paid - The gentleman was very nice and the room was decent.
- Nicholas (10/5): - Neo is so polite and respectful I’ve been here several times and I’ll be back
- Isabella (10/5): - Hidden gem, cute, clean and safe
- Holiday (5/5): Passable - Getting in with minimal issues. The endless cigarette holes in the bed spread that ruined its otherwise Beauty.
- Randall (1/5): Bad -
- Daniel (5/5): Passable -
- Omar (1/5): They didn’t let me stay - I never got the room and deserve my money back we stayed out on the streets I never got the room and deserve my money back we stayed out on the streets
- Miller (7/5): A quick and easy last minute stay. It was nice to save some money and have a place to stay.Building was old but we figur - Easy and quick check in
- Rebecca (2/5): - I wish I could give negative stars! This was the filthiest place I’ve seen in my entire life. I have pictures but unfortunately cannot upload them here. I wiped the floors in all areas with a makeup wipe and they came out literally black. The smell of cigarettes takes your breath throughout the entire windowless room. The blanket on the bed smelled like it had been washed in a dirty ashtray. The ancient air conditioning unit sounded like a plane taking off. I didn’t sleep one minute. The only person who would find this place acceptable is someone who just got released from prison.
- Shawna520 (1/5): Bad -
- Joseph (2/5): - I stayed there for 2 nights and the gentleman treated me like a criminal. I didn't cause any damage. It was just me by myself.I cleaned up after myself and they didn't return my deposit. And now the owner is making me return to the inn in order to get my deposit back. The woman who works there is incredibly sweet, however. I was also supplied with 2 bars of hand soap and that is it.
- Hillary (8/5): Very good -
- Juan (3/5): Bad - The place is horrible The cost is to high for this place
- Jonathan (9/5): Superb - I liked the room and staff.
- Jenina (8/5): - Clean bed
- Marlowe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mickie (5/5): Good location for a stop on the way to Mexico (Interstates) but I won't stay there again - The paint was fresh and the room seemed clean - the TV was fine. Check in hours start late. The room was 99 degrees when I got there and never got below 77. There were old sandwiches in the fridge. I stop here on my way to Mexico - the location is good for getting from I-10 to I-19, but not a nice part of town. I absolutely wouldn't go out alone after dark. But, I got a nice early start and got to my destination by noon. :)
- Josepi (1/5): Bad -
- Joel (1/5): Bad -
- Charley (10/5): Exceptional - I like the remodel Casita very cozy, secluded ,staff did a good job keeping the property safe.
- Charley (10/5): Exceptional - Great service Very helpful
- Anthony (1/5): It was disgusting. For the 97$ price I should have stay at a holiday on or across the street. -
- Rima (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Osorio (1/5): Disappointed - Absolutely nothing The service and miscommunication
- DANIEL (2/5): - NO UPDATES SINCE 1990S ,SCREWS TO HOLD THE WINDOWS SHUT.PLUMBING WAS BARELY ABLE TO TAKE HOT SHOWER.HOMELESS ENCAMPMENT AND CHARGED A EXTRA DAY I DIDNT STAY
- Kris (2/5): This was the ONLY motel with a room available ar the time. Zero ☆ rating. - The prices were increased 100%-150% due to the gem show. The owner/manager was very rude. The heater malfunctioned, low water pressure, no hygiene items supplied, (soap, shampoo, conditioner etc.) 1 towel. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
- Linda (1/5): Bad - I couldn't even get past the parking lot just places so horrible All the junk and homeless people around the place
- Shanks (1/5): Bad -
- Misti (10/5): Exceptional -
- Misti (6/5): Pleasant -
- Charles (9/5): Superb -
- Estevan (7/5): fit all our needs after a bad experience with a previous hotel. - convenient
- Linda (10/5): - The motel provided us with a clean bed and safe environment. The manager was very helpful, but the property definitely needs upgrades and TLC!!!
- Hatfield (1/5): Never, never, ever again - Nothing. This place had torn off panels on doors. No ice or coffee. My feet were black walking on the floor. No shampoo. Nasty, Nasty place. The office manager was rude!!! Everything.
- Frank (4/5): Disappointing -
- Elizabeth (2/5): - Noisy as by the highway
- Yslava (5/5): Passable -
- Harold (1/5): Bad -
- Isaac (10/5): nice - decent all good
- Aguilar (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing The place is old
- Jason (8/5): Very good - The staff was wonderful and helpful Nothing it was a great experience
- Samuels (5/5): Passable -
- Solomon (2/5): - Even i don't want to talk about the property only i want talk about Expedia too. You guys don't have any agreement with them but you sold me the room why?
- Terry (3/5): I WON'T STAY THERE AGAIN - ROOM WAS CLEAN EXTREMELY NOISY NO DEINKING GLASSES PROVIDED MAJOR COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS AT CHECK IN
- Ruben (10/5): Awesome - It's was quite nice had grate stay peaceful
- Kwiye (6/5): - Toilet backed up at the second day. Continued to back up and ever so slowly drain making "Glub, glub" noises. Was left a plunger, but it was ineffective.
The black top in the packing lot was in bad condition.
Positive note: was allowed to park the rented trailer close to our unit. Was 15 minutes away from our event. Fast food places are short drive away and a El Super market.
- Stephen (2/5): - Unclean, fixtures in the room damaged and/or in poor condition.
Dog in property next to hotel did not stop barking during our stay
- Delia (4/5): - Not good
- Blaine (8/5): Bring earplugs it was loud. - It was clean but loud being right next to the highway.
- JimmyMac2481 (2/5): Worst Motel Ever!!! - Literally the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in!! Room was filthy, bed cover was dirty and worn, toilet and bathroom was grubby!! Internet was extremely slow, tv was very glitchy, bed was hard and uncomfortable. Towels were an absolute joke. Walls and surroundings were dirty and old. Never, ever, ever, ever stay in this hotel!!! Guy on the reception desk isn’t professional and is very rude, very unsafe with homeless people walking outside the motel with zero security!! For $90 a night I expect more than this disgusting room!!!
- Dana (6/5): - Next to the highway... Did not feel safe
- kathe (2/5): - Mostly dirt driveway,no cups,no ice,no shampoo,no coffee
- Douglas (10/5): - Basic and clean.
- Thomas (8/5): - Dated but clean.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not great - Very sketchy part of town. The motel is very old and only has 1 lock on the door. Floor was dirty and the place looks pretty bad. At least the bed was clean. I probably wouldn't stay here again.
- Mustafa (4/5): No good business - I reached there at night .frontdesk didn't let me checked in . I made my booking through hotels. Com . They want more money.
- Joe (2/5): Not a pleasant stay - Old motel. Uses a key (not card) and the deadbolt wouldn't work. The parking lot is a mess, the linens were very old and the towels had no threads. The sheets and blankets on the bed were not white anymore and blankets were worn. There are much better options.
- Rachel (4/5): - The room was super small with a queen bed in it. There was no room to walk by another person. The room was cold and no heater, just and old beat up swap cooler. The bathroom was clean.
- Mark (10/5): Great night's sleep - Stayed one night, got an excellent night's sleep. The bed and bedding was comfortable, the heat worked. Internet Wi-Fi was high speed and stayed connected. TV worked and was quick to respond to channel changes which seems rare anymore. Toilet worked fine, good water pressure in the sink with no issues getting hot water. And it appears each room has a covered space for your vehicle which was nice since it was raining when I checked in.
- Andrea (10/5): - I like that I was able to check in early
- Verified traveler (2/5): - There is nothing to like about this location. Staff was rude as they mentioned a $150.00 fee that was not mentioned on the website anywhere. They wanted to put a $500.00 "incidentals" hold on my card. Noway! This place is a dive and the staff were all rude and borderline mean. They wanted to argue with me because I decided not to check in. Never again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Room was always cold couldn't have friends over
- Rebecca (8/5): Nothing fancy but better than i thought - I was a lil concerned when i pulled up but thevstaff were so friendly and it was so quiet. It wasnt anything fancy for sure but i just needed to sleep for a few hours and thats exactly what i got.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Oldie but cheapie. - Had some initial trouble with WiFi but the manager fixed it. Place is older, a lot of highway noise, but the price was right.
- Raymond (4/5): Horrible service - I enjoyed my stay, however I was treated very poorly after being there 4 days and requested new towels and sheets. The owner was very nice at the beginning, I was paying on a daily and was told that he would give me a cheaper rate, and not extend through the App, After the check out I check my credit card statement and notice that he was charging me $5.00 over the amount he quoted. Its really upsetting to have people like that running a business. So if you happen to check in to this motel, please l make sure you check everything before you touch, sleep or sit. Very disappointed with the way things turned out.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - All room furnishings in terrible condition. Broken auto glass in parking lot from smash and grabs. Room smelled from cigarette smoke (non smoking room). Door showed signs of many forced entries. Not pet friendly. Towels and bedding were clean but thread bare.
- Ahmed (2/5): Pungent Smell in Room - Basically the Indian owner had no clue about cleanliness. Their ways of living is sub standard as the room was smelling of typical Indian dwelling, somewhat gross smell that comes from typical Indian homes. I had to spray my deodorant several times to keep the smell away so i could stay in the room for 3 nights. If it wasn't pre-paid I would have left the very next day
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was convenient room was nice and quiet...........
- Fernando (2/5): Do not stay here. - No one in the office. No one answered the phone. The place ghetto. Do not stay here.
- erling (4/5): - Rude manager/reception. Very itchy sheets. No shampoo. No WiFi Way over priced at $137.00 for a $49.00 room. Never again. The worst I’ve ever stayed.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Great that has Cable TV, but we did not had wifi, and thr bathroom needs repairs, window was broken my husband had to repair it
- Bryan (4/5): Yuck! - The Front Desk guy was very rude, charged me $194.00 for a one-night stay which totalled $60, roughly. I was not aware that a deposit was required and when I inquired about it, the gentleman rudely said that I will get the deposit back at check out IF I didn't "break anything." The room was cold and dreary, the door did not lock so I was.a little nervous, given the area and the people hanging around that area. Additionally, the wall unit heater did not work so I had to purchase a mini heater to stay warm. There were bath soap, shampoo, etc; no bath towels, rags, etc in the bathroom nor toilet paper...the towels they did have were old, raggedy and stained with what appears to be rust or old blood stains. I could not sleep in the bed and checked out promptly in the morning. I received my deposit back, in cash, but what happened to the $25-$30 that was debited from my account? I did not stick around to inquire, I just wanted to leave that place and never stay there again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was nice a quiet for being rite next to da freeway...I would stay der again!!
- Devon (2/5): - Our stay was horrible from the very second I arrived the man at the front desk showed me no respect or manners.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Hard to access, one way obscure street. Neighbor Hood a bit run down but safe
- Bruce (8/5): - It was only 2 rooms per building. Felt like a litte spot just for you
- Verified traveler (8/5): Excellent for the price - The owner or desk clerk was awesome. Very friendly which is not common here in this area. Allowed us to bring our beloved pet as they now have a no pet policy. Very large casita style room. It is very basic however throw on a comforter of your own and bring yourself a towel and its fine. The price alone tells you your not staying at the hilton. The area is ghetto. A homeless mens shelter is located directly behind this property as well if your one who fears the city life. Overall however its clean we felt safe and the price you cant beat.
- Randy (6/5): Nostalgic but clean - It's an old motel so don't have expectations of modern style but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Michael (6/5): It was a good day stay - The people were nice everything in the room worked well it was just a little loud from the highway noise overall satisfied
- Bill (6/5): - You get what you pay for.
HOT TIP: When you check in and get your key, go into the steaming room and turn on the A/C. Go to the Silver Saddle steakhouse and get a bite as the room cools off.
- Douglas (4/5): Homeless hotel - Poor condition. Looks as though owners are trying to fix it up on a budget. Clean and no bugs. Outside looked unkempt and in need of maintenance. Poor area. Cov'd parking
- HOWARD (4/5): - Price is high and bathroom areas have some rusted areas. Please see the pictures!
- Lance (8/5): Satisfied for price - The motel is old and you have to ask for towels, toilet paper, etc. if you stay more than one night. They do not change bedsheets each day if you stay more than one night. All things considered, it was not a bad stay for the price and owners/workers were very kind.
- Craig (6/5): bad places - It was bad.
- James (8/5): Clean and quiet - Thought it would be meh and not so great but to my surprise it was pretty good. It's a small place but rooms were very clean and quiet. Would stay again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - We checked in and weren’t even there two minutes when we had found two large cockroaches during daylight in two separate areas . Left immediately and informed staff. They didn’t seem surprised.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It met standard inn expectations. A little old and dirty, but quiet and nice sleeping arrangements.
- C (6/5): - It was ok for the price. But the floors in the room were dirty, the front door was not weather sealed so there was a lot of draftiness, and the wifi signal was very weak.
- jodi (8/5): - This is an older motel. The owners are very accommodating. The property is within walking distance of a grocery store and a couple restaurants.
- Jenny (6/5): - Clean room and sheets, rude service and a closet of a shower.
- Tim (8/5): Clean old classic motel in marginal location - Marginal neighborhood, old classic motel. It was clean.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Fee for ashtray and remote control. No ice, phone but has micro and fridge
- Dark (8/5): - Nice place to stay, very comfortable. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
