JOHN (8/5): Great stay close to the beach - Pretty decent location - about a block from the beach, so an easy walk; about 2 blocks from the main strip, so close enough to get around but far enough to have a quiet night. Basically like an apartment, with all the amenities. The couch was big enough for my kid to sleep on, and there was a tv in the main room and bedroom. The pool was a bonus. Will definitely look to stay here again next year. Really not much to complain about.

Amber (10/5): Amazing location with so much to do walking distance, excellent hosts and value - Prime location, very clean property. Hosts were amazing , checked in on us often and gave us plenty of ideas for food and entertainment in the area. Chairs for the beach were also ours to borrow which was amazing. Bed was a bit hard, if you plan on having and extended stay maybe purchase a pillow top but was still very manageable for a short stay 😉
Zvezdana (10/5): Exceptionally clean, very big, comfy, stylish, good location-bad beds only complain - We absolutely loved our stay! We loved the vintage inspired yet modern style of the rooms and the furniture, how huge our 2 bedroom suite was, and the property was beyond clean! Everything was impeccable! Lots of towels. Great location! The beds and the pillows were really hard and uncomfortable . No safe in the rooms.
Haley (8/5): Great location! Staff was accommodating and very responsive! Loved the beach chairs that were available. Pool was very c - That it was within walking distance of “downtown” but also far enough away we didn’t hear nightlife!! It’s on a street that connects to a “private” part of the beach!! They also supplied beach chairs which was awesome! There was a hotel being re-done right outside of our windows. Obviously not this property’s fault!! But just a heads up for those staying in the off season :) It was also hard at times to cool down the room and keep it at a decent temp. But staff was great in assisting with the temps.

Angela (8/5): - Location was good, as it was 2 short blocks to the beach. Free parking, and nice restaurants around. The apt. we had was recently renovated, huge, with plenty of room for a whole family. I was pleasantly surprised, and will come back! Price was very reasonable! They need to have instructions on how to work the TVs. Even though someone supposedly came by to reset all, we still could not how to tune in channels.

Also, the amount of towels provided, including beach towels, was great! We had a two bedroom and one of the rooms didn’t have a tv. But it worked out fine because one of us didn’t watch tv to go to bed so they took that room.
Ridener (9/5): This was a great area to stay the area was clean and was very comfortable - The facility has beach chairs, beach equipment like buckets/sand building tools. The facility also has a heated pool. All around facility was other motels/hotels being worked on or being built, construction was loud and sometimes workers worked late into the night.
NikkiLichtenrade (10/5): Super nah am Beach - Super tolles Appartement/Haus, sauber, genügend Platz...wir waren zu 3. Super tolle Lage, nur ein paar Gehminuten, um am Northbeach von Clearwater Beach zu sein; oder auch zu den Restaurant/Bars und dem Pier 60 zu kommen! Man kann vor Orr auch kostenfrei die Waschmaschine und den Trockner benutzen, absolut Hervorragend für uns gewesen! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ich war schon öfters in Clearwater und werde definitiv wieder kommen!

Jesse (10/5): THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN CLEARWATER - We really loved the "Florida Feel" this property has!! It's what you think about when you think Art Deco Florida!! The location is SUPER CLOSE to a public beach access point and there are some restaurants pretty close too. Renting some bicycles is a great idea to get around the rest of the beach area and down to the pier, where everything is happening. We didn't have a vehicle with us so we walked, or took some really cheap Uber/Lyft rides, to get down to the main part of the beach. The staff was VERY helpful and professional!! We also loved the pool and meeting other guests while enjoying some sun around the pool. There are plenty of condos around the area, and I'm sure they're nice, but The Monaco is way more cost friendly and has pretty much everything you will need. We really enjoyed our 1 bedroom apartment with a large TV so I could still catch up on sports while on our anniversary vacation. We can't say enough good things about this property!! If you're visiting Clearwater Beach, STAY HERE!!!!!! There wasn't anything we didn't like. We loved this property

Keren (9/5): Great Stay with Fantastic Service - We loved the resort's amazing location, just a 2~3 minutes walk from the beach, and the complimentary beach chairs were a huge plus. The room itself is beautiful. The service truly stands out, when we reported a small issue with the sheets having faint grey stains (likely from the laundry process), the team replaced them instantly. The only drawback is the street-level access and large windows, meaning we had to keep the curtains closed constantly for privacy (we were aware of that from the booking photos but haven't really realised the meaning), but overall, it was a lovely and convenient stay.
Marrifah (8/5): Cute Floridan charm - Typical Floridian theme nice garden in the courtyard. Washing machine a big plus. Few steps away from the beach . Friendly staff appreciated that. 10% discount at several restaurants. Renovations in the area some noise and unattractive. Please provide a slightly bigger dinner table & side table by the couch.

Robert (8/5): Good location, super close to the beach - The location was awesome and close to the beach, plenty of room and clean. The bed was super hard and we didnt sleep well because of it. The description while booking made it sound like it was going to have an outside table and be by the pool that was not the case. The only other thing was the cleaning people said they could not speak english and to me that should be a necessity at any business in the USA.

Very cozy and so much bigger than I thought it would be. It was extremely clean and looks like it was recently renovated. The check-in and checkout process was incredibly easy and was all done online. The location was amazing. Less than a five minute walk to the beach and so close to restaurants and bars. Nothing

Also that chairs and towels were provided for beach and FREE laundry washing. The smart TV with netflix etc.. was amazing. The only thing missing was info brochures/maps on activities in the area

Code for laundry room should be in check-in info, someone locked it whilst swim stuff was in drying which stopped us getting back in pool.

Alexandra (6/5): It’s ok for the money - Close to the beach, looked clean. I stayed here recently and overall it was ok for the price, but there are some things to be aware of. The walls are extremely thin, so you hear quite a bit from the neighboring rooms. There is no front desk at all, which felt a little unusual. The pool was fine, and the room itself was basic but worked for a one-night stay—nothing fancy, just functional. The biggest issue for me was the A/C. It was incredibly loud, even on auto or low fan mode. The noise made it really hard to sleep and honestly ruined the stay for me. If you’re a light sleeper, this could be a big problem.

Perry (8/5): My peaceful STAYcation - I loved the location, how clean it was. Felt like I had plenty of privacy. The sofa was very uncomfortable and the placement of the television makes it very difficult to watch. Normally I wouldn't have spent so much time in my room but it stormed everyday I was there. So these things really stuck out when you're stuck indoors

Amy (10/5): The stay was perfect for the price. - It was right on the strip and across from the beach. We loved the beach vibe and it was spacious enough for 5 people. The water pressure wasn’t great and the bathtub drain was slow. It also wasn’t as colorful as the photos but we had the best time.

I can’t say enough about how good they are. They was still recovering from the hurricane and God bless them. The apartment is all new. The couch was comfortable all the appliances are new. The price is so much better than these huge corporate rooms. We will be back that is for certain. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like about it. This place was really perfect. They have done a great job recovering from the wrath of Mother Nature.

It was in a great location with a very short, walk to the beach and many other shops and restaurants. Access to a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided was awesome. There were beach, chairs and umbrellas available by the pool to use at the beach. It sleeps six, but there’s only one couch that seated 3 or maybe for people that aren’t very large.

The surrounding place and outside of the property was dirty. Walls are paper thin and the windows face walkways. Everyone can peer in at night if you don’t shut the curtains.

The shower had very little pressure and was only warm, not hot. Walls are very thin, so you heard a lot of what the neighbors were doing and outside noise.

Had to purchase soap dish for shower; hangers for doors for towels; and wash cloths. Two towels and a hand towel per person for a week. No window in the bedroom. TVs only offered streaming.

Offer beach towels, wifi. only 2 blocks from the beach No lights at the property outdoors at night. Non refundable reservation. Kitchen does not have a lot of useful spaces for kitchenware, drying rack. Shampoos and soap are travel size, not really helpful. The outside appeareance of the hotel is really old school, like 50's miami, needs some renewals, as a lot of energy cables are kind of loose and you might get tangled when walking around. Toilet seat was kind of old and unconfortable. There's a bar on the street and some days people were screaming and arguing late night
