- Renata (1/5): HORRIBLE!!!!!! - NOTHING DONT BOOK THIS RIAD!! The room was completely DISGUSTING!!! We found a lot of stains on the sheets. We sent multiple messages to the host, begging her to handle the situation, and got zero response. We managed to find the staff member who takes care of the riad, and it was chaos. At first, he tried to change the sheets, but then couldn’t find any clean ones. After a lot of back-and-forth between him and the host on the phone (we could hear her screaming), he gave us a new room. He was nice and tried to help, but the language barrier made everything much harder in a situation like this. Everything was dirty: the sheets, the dishes we used for breakfast… We felt like we were staying in a HOUSE OF HORRORS! The room is TINY! We couldn’t even open our suitcase. Breakfast “starts at 8am”, but since the same staff member handles everything, we had to wait for him to set it up every morning, and only had breakfast about 30 minutes later. Communication with the host is impossible. We sent her several messages about the stains and got no reply. This place is HORRIBLE!

- andrea (8/5): Charming quite place in the middle of the souks. - The staff was incredibly kind, polite and discreet. The terrace(s) around the coyrtyard and on the rooftop are really charming and provide a calming place for delicious handmade breakfasts and sunset views. The location on a side street from the souks is perfect for exploring on foot. The room on the ground floor was a bit humid.

- PhilippeM (8/5): Séjour près de la Medina. - Service top. Bashir était un excellent hôte tout comme les dames qui faisaient le service. Emplacement proche de la Medina permet de faire de nombreuses visites à pied. En période de pluie, il est difficile de s'installer sur le mobilier extérieur dont une partie limitée est couverte.

Em apenas 5 min a pé estávamos na praça o que nos permitia chegar rapidamente a todos os pontos de interesse. O pequeno-almoço era agradável. Chegar ao ryad e encontrar toalhas e lençóis completamente sujos / usados por outras pessoas . O primeiro impacto foi bastante insatisfatório felizmente no dia seguinte depois de uma reclamação acabaram por limpar o quarto , o que nos permitiu ter um pouco de mais conforto no resto da nossa estadia . O facto de todo o ryad não ter o mínimo de insonorização também foi desconfortável.

- colette (3/5): Second time in Marrakesh but .Very disappointed 2 out of the three of us had sickness and dioriah.after - The location is good. Very close to the square. One bed was comfortable. The room was too small, more like a hostel. The whole place was dirty and uncared for. Bathroom shower ,sink ,toilet area all dirty and need attention, Public toilet was dirty, wet and smelt of urine. Wardrobe mirror cracked. Felt unwelcoming in the evenings. Rooms and public areas were very dark. Breakfast very basic and dry and tasteless, but the honey helped. All crockery was chipped and cracked.

(foto's zijn geduldig)! - ontbijt was zeer karig, 2 stukjes brood (we vroegen om meer , was er niet. kregen een lepeltje jam en een lepeltje pasta voor brood. pasta hoefde we niet, dus volgende dag alleen een lepel jam. (vroegen om kaas/vlees of ei, ivm. onze diabetes, mag geen suiker hebben. was er niet, daarom zelf kaas en vlees gekocht.) (op foto's zag het ontbijt er uitgebreid uit, ook fruit!!) we hadden een suite (28 mtr) MET 2 slaapkamers geboekt, we kregen alleen 2 slaapkamers en vieze badkamer (badkamer had allerlei gebreken,! )deze ruimte zat ook vol met schimmel. .....te duur voor wat we kregen. we hebben dit meermalen aan Soul gezegd, die deed er niets mee. (ik las in de reviews dat er mensen al naar 2 dagen het onderkomen hebben verlaten. Alles stonk ook heel erg muf. Er hingen ook dagelijks lakens en badhanddoeken te drogen over de balustrade op het dak, keken we de hele dag tegenaan. konden na een regenbui niet buiten zitten, kussens waren door en door nat. en die suite hadden we niet dus we moesten op bed gaan zitten.

- Ann Kristin (6/5): - An sich eine gute Lage, nur stimmt die Beschreibung nicht, es befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße (definitiv ruhiger dort). Mit Maps so nicht gut zu finden. Frühstück war lecker, wenn auch sehr überschaubar. Innenliegendes Bad ohne Fenster und Lüftung (Schimmelproblem) Immer wieder von Personal auf Übernachtungssteuer hingewiesen (sehr penetrant), keine Quittung nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen erhalten.

Die Handtücher waren alle feucht und manche fleckig. Das ganze Zimmer war von Schimmel befallen. Das Frühstück am ersten morgen wurde auf dreckigem Geschirr serviert.

- Pauline (5/5): - Die Lage in Mitten der Medina ist top. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus und die Dekoration ist toll. Die Dachterrasse gemütlich. Frühstück ist süß, gibt Dreierlei Pfannkuchen/Brot mit Marmelade und Schokocreme. Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es ist sehr feucht, einige Zimmer haben keine Fenster was das Lüften erschwert. Die Handtücher und Betten waren nicht richtig sauber/ fleckig und durch die feuchte Luft auch klamm. Es könnte besser gepflegt werden. Zudem ist das Riad ohne Hilfe bzw Maps unmöglich zu finden. Wir haben uns einen netten Herren unterwegs geschnappt und er hat uns gegen Gebühr durch die vollen Souks Straßen geführt. Ohne ihn und mit Koffer zu Stoßzeiten fast unmöglich. Taxi kann nicht bis ans Riad heran fahren, da es eine kleine Nebenstraße ist. Ganz wohl fühlt man sich in der Nebenstraße auch nicht (nachts). Für das Geld hätte ich mehr erwartet, man zahlt für die Lage.

- Maurizio (6/5): Indimenticabile, la la stanza sembrava un loculo, siamo abituati ai ryad ma questo costava troppo - Posizione strategica molto vicina a Jaama e fna, gli spazi comuni sono molto carini La poca collaborazione, in quanto avevamo chiesto un aiuto per le colazioni, pagate, per tre giorni nei quali siamo usciti molto presto per delle escursioni, i bar a quell'ora sono chiusi, non siamo pretenziosi, ci bastava un sacchettino attaccato alla porta anche la sera prima., Via ma lo staff ha fatto orecchie da mercante.. .. Pazienza, lo sapiamo per la prossima volta, se se ci sarà un 🙏

- Brigitte (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Danke für alles, gerne wieder! - Unser Zimmer war über den Dächern von Marrakech, über der Medina. Einrichtung und Ambiente ist stilvoll marokkanisch,einschließlich Dachterasse. Das Personal hat sich sehr um uns bemüht. Der Chef hat uns Ausfüge organisiert und ein marokkanisches Essen kreiert. Täglich gab es Zimmerservice. Das marokkanische Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Keine Kritik, Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt!

FUITES DANS LA CHAMBRE on avait une bassine qui prenait toute la place et je vous laisse imaginer le bruit des gouttes qui tombaient du plafond dedans toutes la nuit ! De l'eau le matin le long du lit parterre, j'étais ravi j'avais posé mon ordi. Les toilettes fuyaient et la douche était bouché ! Alors ok l'endroit est sympa de par la déco mais très petit ! Et la PATRONNE n'a fait pas prit ses responsabilités concernant les dégâts de la chambre ! RIAD à ÉVITER

El hombre encargado una persona sin muchas ganas de trabajar, bastante desagradable y maleducado. Cuando entramos en la habitación (que era una de las premium y más grandes) vimos lo extremadamente pequeña que era, unos 10 metros cuadrados sin exagerar para 3 personas, un cuarto de baño en muy malas condiciones y una humedad increíble. El desayuno muy mediocre y limitado, muy por debajo de las expectativas. El Riad es 0 recomendable y encima es extremadamente caro para lo que ofrece.

- Daisy-May (8/5): Welcoming stay in a quiet street just off the souk - a great base for exploring the medina! - Suleiman and the ladies were welcoming, friendly and smiley. The breakfast was filling, it included msmen, batbout, fresh OJ, coffee and tea. Our room was made up every day, with fresh towels, and the water temperature and pressure were good. The double bed was very comfortable! Our deluxe triple room was on the small side and on the ground floor, which meant it was quite dark. The room is cramped for three adults (although we did not spend much time in the room so if you're out and about all day, not so much of a problem!). The single bed was very hard (ok for some?) and quite narrow (fine for a child?).

- Karine (1/5): Une bien mauvaise expérience - Rien Riad qui n'est pas du tout à la hauteur de ce sui est annoncé. Vétusté des équipements (douche moisie, lavabo bouché, porte serviette pourri, deco cassee et à changer...). Ma taie d'oreiller était jaunie et j'ai trouve du sable dans les draps. La lunette des toilettes ne tenait plus du tout et il y avait de l'urine dessous. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons eu très froid. D'autres clients nous on fait part de leur mécontentement. Nous avions réservé 2 nuitées et sommes partis après la première nuit. Nous avons demandé un remboursement sans aucune réponse. Un riad à revoir totalement !!!

- duval (4/5): Du bon et du moyen - La proximité avec la place Jemaa el-Fna, située dans les rues passantes et touristiques. La vue du riad depuis le rooftop qui est bien aménagé avec de nombreuses banquettes. Le petit déjeuner servi typique et la gentillesse ainsi que la bienveillance du personnel de ménage. Gros point négatif : surveillance H24 par le responsable de l'accueil. Que vous entriez ou sortiez du riad, il est présent. Un ami de passage à Marrakech est venu me rendre visite et s'est permis de venir toquer plusieurs fois à la porte, alors que nous discutions sans faire de bruit. Pour moi, c'est un gros point négatif. Thé proposé avec bienveillance, mais le prix de 3,20 € annoncé en fin de séjour reste un peu difficile à digérer.
- Soraya (8/5): Recomendado, repetiría. - La habitación estaba muy bien equipada, disponia de varios detalles como algodones desmaquillantes, bastoncillos, gel y champú de ducha, secador, toallas, etc. Además nos recibieron con té y pastitas, algo que no ocurrió en otras estancias. También tenía calefacción que es algo a agradecer. El desayuno muy completo y el que más nos gustó de todos los riads. Te recogen la habitación , hacen camas y renuevan toallas si estás más de un día. El riad era bonito y colorido. La habitación y baño estaban limpios, pero al mover la cama se veía que esas zonas no estaban limpias, pero en general todo bien. Lo malo es que al ser vidriera entraba más luz. La ubicación estaba bien, pero tenías que callejear mucho y quizá de noche no daba la mejor impresión, pero realmente no tuvimos ningún problema. En esta ocasión si salías antes de las 8 de la mañana no podías desayunar o tener algo preparado porque la cocinera entraba a las 7:30.

- Famoso (5/5): Senza infamia e senza lode - Lo staff era adorabile, gentile e accogliente. La proprietaria mai presente e ancora sto aspettando da lei la fattura dell’aggiunta pagata in contanti per cambiare la camera: per la camera che inizialmente avevo prenotato mi era stato assicurato che fosse una camera x 2 persone ma, quando siamo arrivati, la stanza era talmente piccola, che non ci stavano nemmeno le valigie e il bagno era praticamente in camera e privo di porta; oltre ad avermi detto il falso (ho ancora i messaggi scambiati con lei!) mi ha fatto pagare una maggiorazione per cambiare camera, quest’ultima spacciata come tripla ma era x2 pax (da sottolineare che su Booking quest’ultima mi sarebbe anche costata MENO rispetto alla camera precedentemente prenotata e pagata ma, ahimè, si è approfittata del fatto che se avessi annullato avrei perso tutti i soldi). I bagni erano passabili mentre la colazione noiosa perché sempre uguale. Struttura colorata e nelle parti comune abbastanza curata da dare l’idea di un riad. Ad allietare il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato lo staff, sempre accogliente e presente: un caro saluto a Artur, meriti di lavorare in un posto migliore! Eleonora & Mourad

- Irina (5/5): - La ubicación y las vistas desde la terraza Las sabanas estaban sucias, el baño se atascaba con una ducha ligera y empapaba al resto del baño,, la tapa del wáter estaba suelta, la puerta del baño chirriaba y no cerraba bien, la habitación de arriba del todo tenía los compresores de los aires acondicionados y la habitación vibro toda la noche y no pudimos dormir ya que era un contenedor en el ático. La relación calidad precio es lo que no tiene ningún sentido

- Tenneale (8/5): Great locations, Excellent Host, Comfy Bed. - Beautiful Riad in a really well located spot! Very comfy bed and the air conditioning/heating in the room was great. Soulaymane, who was managing the property, truly went above and beyond to take care of us, letting us in for a late check in, serving breakfast and just always being around to help out should we need anything. He was an incredible help! Sound travels pretty easily in the top floor Bungalow we stayed in but we sleep late so it makes sense we heard the other guests having breakfast. The call to prayer was sometimes very audible in the morning waking us up but thats what you get staying so close to everything.

Čistota nebyla 100%, sice jsme měli každý den uklizeno od paní, mam na mysli veci jako nepridelane záchodové prkénko, dopadající kousky zdi. Ale byli jsme vic venku než doma,tak to zas tak nevadilo

Personne à notre arrivée. Au bout d'1h, on a dû appeler le Riad et négocier pour la prise en charge du taxi. Lit 1 place très inconfortable ; chambre et salle de bain petites pour 3 personnes. Manque de rangement. Chambre donnant dans hall d'entrée donc assez bruyant. Draps déchirés et tâchés malgré qu'ils soient lavés. Manque de communication du personnel qui ne nous a proposé aucune animation & excursions. Pas de hamman ou spa sur place, contrairement à l'annonce. Personnel très sympathique mais peu communicatif. Carte de menus non mises a jour. Au moment de payer , les prix ont augmenté !

- Pinto (9/5): Great option for an authentic experience in a central location and with friendly staff - Cosy and characteristic riad conveniently located a short walk from the main market square and souks. The staff was very friendly and helpful, in particular Souleymane who assisted us in every aspect of our stay and made us feel very welcome! We also really loved the good breakfast on the roof terrace. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit small, but it helps a lot that it is possible to use the lovely roof terrace.
- Smf (3/5): Poor room condition but helpful staff. - The staff was helpful, and tried to resolve the challenges from the humidity, broken air condition and poor condition of the room by giving us a portable heater. Breakfast is decent, with four different types of bread and cakes, crepes every 3 mornings. But they don’t provide eggs, while our other riad gave us omelette every morning. Despite the rainy weather and winter season, the rooftop is still functioning and actively taken care of by the staff depending on the weather. I guess it’s because of the poor room sizes and conditions. The staff packed bread and a big bottle of water for us the night before when we needed to leave before breakfast for excursion. The staff also gave us tips about hammam in the neighborhood. I don’t think the facility is so taken care of any more. It’s extremely humid in rainy weather. Our triple room is extremely small – we three people could barely move around when having one large and one small suitcases open. The room is on the bottom floor, dark and very very humid. The wall has large wet patches due to humidity. The quilt if put against the wall over the day would be wet when it’s time for bed. The air condition in the room is broken. The toilet is not properly mounted on the floor, and its seat is glued wrongly, so it’s wobbly when sitting down and raising up. The bathroom smells sewage. There is no rack for towels than a door hook. There is a wooden ladder for hanging towels, but you need to move it away if you need to use the shower. It’s so humid that the toilet paper gets wet if keeping in the toilet. The shower drain is completely stuck and took several minutes to drain, so almost impossible to shower unless you don’t mind soaking your entire feet in drainage water. The single bed is extremely hard without proper mattress. There is not much space for storage except a thin corner cupboard. There is no safe in the room. The sound isolation is almost 0, as people can hear everything from the bathroom and bedroom if in the courtyard.

Le camere avrebbero bisogno di un risanamento. - Personale molto disponibile a qualsiasi ora, (siamo arrivati alle due del mattino a causa di un ritardo del volo). Staf presente, discreto ed attento a tutte le nostre esigenze. Suleiman, il responsabile, sempre molto gentile, così come le signore addette alla cucina ed alle pulizie. Cambio biancheria quotidiano. Colazione ottima in stile locale preparata sul momento. Le due camere assegnate erano semplicemente terribili! Spazi stretti, nessun appoggio per le valigie ed elevatissima umidità. In particolare nella stanza al piano terra c’erano le muffe sui muri.

Het eenpersoonsbed was bovendien erg hard. Arthur was wel vriendelijk, maar net als de rest leek hij vooral op geld uit: ik vroeg om één koffie en kreeg er drie, die ik vervolgens allemaal moest betalen. De communicatie liet ook veel te wensen over.

- Tibor (8/5): Recommend! - The location, the owners are very nice. I recommend this riad! The owner doesn't speak english, just french, and we had to translate it. Anyway, the last day a guy came and he spoke english and he figured it out. The breakfast wasn't until 8:30 so our bus had left at 8 in both days so we hadn't had any food. On the last day we finally got there at 8:30 and the breakfast it was delicious.
