• Sacha (10/5): En résumé, une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter, avec un accueil exceptionnel et une très belle expérience hum - Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Riad Haya. Tout était réuni pour que nous nous sentions bien dès notre arrivée. L’emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur de la médina, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement à pied tout en profitant d’un véritable havre de paix une fois à l’intérieur du riad. Le contraste est assez incroyable : à l’extérieur, l’animation et l’effervescence de Marrakech, et à l’intérieur, un lieu calme, reposant et magnifique. Le riad est superbement décoré, avec beaucoup de goût, dans un style raffiné et chaleureux. Les chambres sont très jolies, confortables et bien équipées. Mention spéciale également pour le personnel, qui a été absolument adorable tout au long du séjour : toujours accueillant, disponible, attentionné et prêt à rendre service. Nous avons aussi pu organiser des excursions grâce à eux, et tout était parfaitement organisé. Le couscous servi sur place était également excellent. Le seul petit bémol concerne parfois le bruit de certains jeunes enfants présents pendant le séjour. Bien entendu, cela n’enlève rien à la qualité du riad ni à la gentillesse du personnel. Peut-être qu’un simple rappel aux familles concernant le respect du calme et des autres voyageurs permettrait de préserver encore davantage l’atmosphère paisible des lieux.

• SVN68 (10/5): - Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en este Riad y la experiencia fue aún más especial gracias a Mohamed, que nos recibió con una hospitalidad excepcional y estuvo siempre atento a que no nos faltara nada. El servicio fue excelente, todo el personal fue muy amable. El desayuno estaba delicioso, con opciones variadas y diferentes cada día. Además, todo estaba impecablemente limpio y muy bien cuidado. También nos encantaron los distintos espacios de relax, perfectamente decorados y acondicionados. La atmósfera es tranquila, acogedora y auténtica. La ubicación es inmejorable. Otro punto muy positivo fue la posibilidad de organizar el transfer directamente a través del Riad, lo que nos facilitó muchísimo la llegada y salida. Sin duda, recomendamos este lugar y volveríamos encantados.

The staff was incredibly kind and they truly took great care of us. The riad itself is spotlessly clean and you can see that everything is very well-maintained. The rooms are cozy and the whole place looks beautiful and stylish. It is a real oasis of peace in the middle of Marrakech. We felt very safe and comfortable there, almost like at home. A special thanks to Mr. Mohammed, who became a real friend to our little son 😉 No such things

Unsere besten Essen hatten wir ebenfalls im Riad Aya, die Köchin ist einfach genial.

Appena arrivati Mohammed ci ha invitati a sedere nel salotto della corte offrendoci un delizioso tè alle erbe e menta con degli stuzzichini buonissimi. Gentilissimo ci ha spiegato tutto di come spostarci e ci ha illustrato il Riad. La camera era pulitissima. Tutto perfetto. Un piacere farsi la doccia calda. La colazione buonissima con ottime ricette fatte in casa e ogni giorno con qualcosa di diverso. Il personale è stato davvero molto gentile e premuroso nei nostri confronti.

Our room, as well as all common areas, was spotless and maintained with great attention to detail. You can truly see how much care and pride is taken in keeping everything immaculate. The entire team was incredibly polite, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you goes to Hamza, who was always available, gave us helpful tips, and looked after us with such kindness and dedication. His support made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding every single morning – beautifully prepared with love and absolutely delicious. There was not a single day when something didn’t taste excellent. The quality of the food was consistently high. We also had dinner at the riad one evening, and it was truly superb – especially the meat, which was tender and incredibly flavorful. The entire riad feels like a small oasis – peaceful, charming, and full of atmosphere. It does not feel like a hotel, but rather like a beautiful home where you feel safe, comfortable, and completely at ease. We would highly recommend Riad Aya without hesitation and would book it again immediately. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience! Our holydays was too short!
• Matt (8/5): Beautiful Riad, not the best place to stay if you need to sleep. - Beautiful Riad, genuinely loved being in it. Super helpful staff. Staff didn’t really do anything to manage guests. In our experience, we had very noisy guests downstairs making a lot of noise until midnight. Also, very annoyingly, an iPhone alarm ringing and snoozing every 10 minutes from 6am - 9am, making sleep pretty challenging. Riad really needs to explain to guests how to behave, or soundproof the walls.
• Alice (10/5): Juste PARFAIT - Nous avons tout adoré ! Le personnel qui s’est montré attentif, discret, aux petits soins, agréable, accueillants…. Merci à Simo, Badr et Hamed mais aussi, aux « mains de l’ombre » qui font le ménage des chambres et le petit déjeuné. La chambre était extrêmement propre avec un service digne de grands hôtels (bouteille d’eau, verres propres chaque jour, lit au carré, disposition des pyjama, linge de salle de bain propre chaque jour et même la divine odeur de la brume). Les petits déjeunes étaient exquis ! Différents et traditionnel chaque jour, tout est fait maison jusqu’à la confiture et le yaourt accompagné d’un jus d’orange pressé frais. La literie était absolument parfaite, de très bonne qualité, nous avons extrêmement bien dormi et c’est un point très important lorsque les journées de visites sont longues et fatigante ! Concernant les lieux, le Riad est très bien placé par rapport au souk et a la place Jemma el fna mais hyper calme ! Le contraste entre le bruit de la ville et le calme du Riad est très surprenant et apaisant. Le Riad est très bien décoré, avec une ambiance traditionnelle et des matériaux de qualité. Un vrai petit havre de paix avec sa verdure et son ambiance lumineuse de tamisé en soirée ! Nous réitérons nos sincères remerciements à Simo, Badr et Hamed pour l’accueil avec le thé, les conseils pour les restaurants et autres astuces pour rendre notre séjour encore meilleur ! Nous sommes parfois rentré tard et il y avait toujours quelqu’un de disponible pour nous ouvrir la porte et nous accueillir. Nous sommes aussi parfois partis tôt et notre petit déjeuné nous a été servi en conséquence, avant l’heure indiqué et tout aussi qualitatif et généreux !

• John (10/5): The stay at Ring Aya made or time in Marrakesh all the more remarkable. - The minute we walked into the Riad we felt welcomed and the stress of the day was gone. Service was exceptional. The location is excellent and the facility is fantastic. We just felt at home. Nothing could be better other than softer beds. The beds were as comfortable as we had in Morocco but still could be slightly more comfy .

• Colin (9/5): A wonderful place to stay - beautiful and welcoming. - Great location just a block or so from Marrakech's incredible souks, and within a 20 minute or less walk of all of the most popular sites in the city. The riad is truly beautiful, with thoughtful details in the architecture and decor, magical lighting, comfortable places to lounge with a mint tea, and a friendly orange cat to hang out with. The staff are wonderful, very welcoming and helpful with suggestions for what to do and how to get around. Amazing huge breakfast of Moroccan specialties (included) and one night we had a very tasty dinner of couscous, vegetable tagine, and flan for dessert. Highly recommend this beautiful place. If you have the bad fortune to stay at the same time as other guests who are noisy late at night - as we did - the rooms are not at all soundproof from other things happening in the riad. To the outside world it is a complete oasis of peace, but if there is loud noise in the middle of the night from other guests, it'll definitely wake you up. Water pressure in our shower was a little weak unless turning the spigot to cold. These were minor issues and definitely didn't take away much from our experience.

Riaden ligger sentralt i en stille blindgate så man hører ikke bråk fra veien. Det gjør at det er stille. Vi ble servert stor og variert frokost. Rommet vårt hadde fint plass til 3 mennesker med veldig store kofferter. I denne riaden liker man alt

Breakfast was delicious. There's nothing we didn't like. There was no kettle in the room but this is a Riad not a hotel, the staff offered to make tea various times. Which more than made up for it.
• Amy (10/5): A quiet, central place to relax and enjoy homemade food. - My family of four stayed in Riad Aya for three nights and it was such a lovely place to be! The staff were so kind and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. My kids loved the resident cat and I enjoyed the rooftop terrace in the early mornings as Marrakech was waking up. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! Homemade breads, jams, yogurt, cheese, and more, along with tea or coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. We enjoyed dinner there our last night and it was the best Moroccan food we had during our stay. We would love to return again sometime! Nothing - it was quiet, well located in the Medina, walkable, and lovely staff.

• Michela (9/5): Soggiorno fantastico! Consiglio caldamente questa struttura - Il Ryad è curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Dispone di parti comuni davvero belle da vivere sorseggiando tè. La posizione, seppur leggermente internata, è ottima perché centrale (Medina) e anche vicina a diversi punti di interesse. Il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo e premuroso, molto disponibile e attento, amichevole restando professionale. Ci siamo sentite davvero coccolate! La pulizia ottima. Il design notevole. Non da meno, la pace e il relax che si respirano nella struttura, ideale per chi come noi ha scelto questo viaggio per staccare dalla confusione della città. Altro aspetto apprezzatissimo e positivo, il cibo: dalle cene alle colazioni, abbiamo mangiato cibo locale con gran gusto, essendo tutto veramente ottimo. Ultimo punto, ma non per importanza, hanno tenuto conto della mia intolleranza al lattosio, preparando cibo ad hoc per colazione, il che mi ha resa veramente felice e grata! La camera era a volte un po' fredda, la climatizzazione è presente, ma sembra non essere pienamente efficiente per riscaldare la stanza. E' capitato in un'occasione che l'acqua della doccia fosse fredda, credo per un problema di scaldabagno ad accumulo. Ma serve in questo caso solo attendere che il boiler riaccumuli acqua calda.

• Anna D’angeli (9/5): meraviglioso! - Tutto fantastico, location davvero bella ed in posizione perfetta poiché vicinissima alla Medina ma assolutamente tranquilla. La suite era comoda e spaziosa, il terrazzo inondato di luce, ideale per momenti di relax tra le molte piante. c'è anche una piccolissima piscina esterna ma noi non l'abbiamo utilizzata visto il periodo (novembre). Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre pronto a darci consigli e suggerimenti. Menzione speciale alla mia prima colazione che è stata preparata sempre con prodotti artigianali senza glutine (sono celiaca). Come le mie compagne di viaggio, quindi, ho potuto degustare pancake, crepes, muffin, pane fresco oltre a yogurt, frutta fresca ed ottime spremute. Tornerò sicuramente. nulla, tutto perfetto.
• Lynn (8/5): Es war wirklich sehr schön mit Liebe zum Detail und die Angestellten waren auch super herzlich. Nur mit Kleinkindern wür - Sehr liebe Angestellte und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, es gab jeden Tag etwas Neues. Die Lage war auch super man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. Es ist sehr hellhörig, wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern, da denke ich das es für die anderen Gäste auch mal ziemlich laut gewesen sein könnte. Auch die Zimmer waren etwas klein für 4 Personen und 3 große Koffer.

Lo staff disponibile, accogliente, sorridente - la bellezza della struttura curata nei dettagli sia nelle stanze che nelle aree comuni - l'atmosfera rilassata e silenziosa - la colazione ottima e abbondante e, su questo punto in particolare, segnalo l'attenzione prestata per la necessità di alimentazione gluten free di un componente del gruppo. Assolutamente consigliata! Grazie Riad Aya! Hai reso questo soggiorno davvero piacevole!

• Théo (10/5): Nous recommandons à 100% - Riad de qualité, très bien situé avec un personnel exceptionnel ! Petit déjeuné incroyable. Merci mille fois à Simou, Ahmed et Badar pour leur accueil et le service impeccables ! Rien si ce n’est le débit de la douche faible par moment mais pas sûr que ce soit inhérent à l’hôtel.
• Aidan (9/5): A delightful oasis of calm amongst the busy streets of the medina. - The welcome was warm -we were given tea and biscuits and Simon spent time talking through options for our stay and ensuring we had all we needed. Ahmed was very attentive and helpful and the food was delicious. The Riad was peaceful, clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the rooftop pool, lounge areas and cosy bedroom. The only very slight observation is that our room was quite tight and there was not enough room for our bags (we had 4 bags as we had spent the previous week trekking). That said, Simon stored the extra bags safely for us. Not a big problem at all.
• Iris (9/5): Een liefdevolle plek - Vantevoren was er al goed contact met Sofia. De taxi, de lunch en de kamer waren allemaal goed geregeld. Bij aankomst stond Simou buiten al op ons te wachten. Via een steegje kom je in een prachtige Riad. We werden direct door Simou in de watten gelegd met een kopje Marrokaanse thee en een lekker koekje en uitleg over de stad. Onze kamer bevond zich op de bovenste verdieping waar we een dakterras en dompelbad hadden. De kamer was ruim, schoon en voorzien van airco en een heerlijke inloopdouche. Het ontbijt was elke ochtend weer een genot. Eigengemaakte yoghurt, pannenkoekjes, cake en fruit, elke keer weer net even anders. Ook de tajine met kip en couscous was heerlijk. De mensen die hier werken zijn heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, met een speciale dank aan Simou, Badr en Achmed. De riad ligt heel centraal. Alles is lopend te doen. Ondanks dat je middenin de stad zit, is het in de riad heel rustig en hoor je de vogels. Achmed zorgde er voor dat op de ochtend van vertrek alles geregeld was. Hij serveerde ons in alle vroegte nog een heerlijk ontbijtje met verse jus, zorgde dat de taxi er op tijd was en bracht onze koffers tot in de taxi. Kortom, echt een enorme aanrader! Helemaal niks

• Anna (10/5): Rekommenderas - Jag har bara gott att säga om denna riad. Läget är perfekt - nära allt men ändå avskilt och tyst. Vackra utrymmen med underbar takterrass och avsvalkningspool. Välstädat och mycket vänlig personal.

• Meeha (10/5): Thank you for having us! - Such a wonderful Riad with beautiful people hosting all their guests! Ameenah, Meena, Marium, Badr, Simou are incredible hosts, you can trust them to look after you. We stayed on the ground floor and loved the rooms, ambiance and warmth. Bfast was included, and it was delicious (majority homemade). We had easy access to anything we needed - in and outside the Riad. A restaurant names Flafel across the road became our favourite as well. Location of the Riad is great. We were situated very close to the entry points of the bustling Medina and found ourselves to be an 8-10 minute drive from anywhere else we wanted to be (Gueliz, Al Khamis etc). That our stay was too short!

• Diogo (10/5): - They have a beautiful picturesque house, full of commodities. They have prepared a good room for us. Badir was an amazing host, always concerned of our well-being and preocupations. Good location, not so good neighborhood, but I would definitely go there again!

• Sofia França (10/5): - Fomos 7 dia em família e não podia ter sido melhor. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela anfitriã e por todos os funcionários, sempre muito prestáveis. O pequeno almoço era excelente, tudo fresco e caseiro. Muito bom mesmo! Recomendamos mesmo.

• Severine (10/5): RIAD AYA - Le riad Aya est un magnifique établissement. Le personnel est très discret mais très efficace et soucieux de votre bien être. Les chambre sont très belles et décorées avec goût. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Nous avions une sortie organisée tôt le matin et nous avons eu notre petit déjeuner servi en dehors des heures habituelles. Une attention très appréciée ! Le transfert aéroport -riad est très bien organisé et ponctuel. Je recommande sans hésisation le riad Aya. Sofia, a été disponible dès que nous avions besoin de conseil.
• Patrick (9/5): Excellent - The Riad is a hidden gem.All staff were helpful and professional.The ladies did a fantastic job with cooking breakfast and cleaning the rooms.Badr was very helpful in the evenings. Ahmed was exceptionally outstanding. He welcomed us on the 1st night and went over and above and ensured he answered all our questions and tips on places to visit.He made us feel at home.He had our teenage children's attention and gratitude which is rare. Sofia ( the owner) spent some time talking with us and ensuring that we had settled in okay and had all the information we required. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. The communal areas were also very clean. Wifi worked well All in all a home away from home. Nothing.
• Holly (9/5): Beautiful Peacful Riad - Riad was really peaceful clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and pool were amazing to cope with the summer heat. Breakfast was amazing and Badr even gave us a a special early breakfast on the day we were leaving even though it was an hour and a half before breakfast time. Ahmed was such a welcoming host greeting us with mint tea and a cold bottle of water, gave us amazing tips and made our stay exceptionally reassuring. Nothing!
