Sunrise to sunset offers Mission Mountains (east) and sunset (west) beautiful views. The saltwater spa was the perfect addition for relaxation. We will return.

- mikewZ4643EW (10/5): Wonderful Experience! - We drove from Missoula where we live for our first visit to Ninepipes. WOW were we impressed! Our room was a great value, modern decor and spotless. We had a view of the Mission Mountains with a small, private outdoor space. It included breakfast too. We came for the hot pool and it was terrific! A perfect temperature for a long soak while you looked at the Mission Mountains. We enjoyed a cocktail at the sports bar and a delicious dinner in the restaurant. All of the staff were great especially in the restaurant where we had excellent service. We will definitely be back!

- 60aislingb (2/5): Not as advertised, not luxury and not a lodge. Don’t recommend - I am shocked at best how this hotel was. Upon booking rooms we were told that they had a new hot full spa as they advertise, which then I was told, was closed to hotel guests and only going to be open the first week of November as they had an elite party coming in paid extra for the soak.. and all my travels I’ve never been in a hotel where that was an issue no one has ever said you cannot go into the hot pools It get worse from there. The kid at the front desk, said, go ahead and soak it in it with the bartenders so when we went and checked it out as I followed the bartender, it was unlocked and ready to go. When we came back out, they had put padlocks on it. The mattresses in the room which was different than the last time I stayed here we’re not the same type of mattresses as the king room. They were soft squishy and seemed very outdated. Upon leaving reviews instead of the owner or anyone trying to fix the issues or talk to us He said he would refund our money for the next day and said don’t come back here ever I’m sorry unfortunately when you run a business, you’re going to get reviews good and bad and to be professional is the best way to be Instead of solving the issue and making it right, he said don’t return I understand now why this business is failing rude ownership half ass service really noisy by the highway , any other place would have been better

We wanted to use the deck with the propane fire pit and the pool, but neither one were operable. The front desk told us if we wanted to use the fire pit. We would have to pay additional money to use it.

Les chambres sur la façade arrière ont une vue superbe sur une sorte d'étang, de grande marais , de nature à perte de vue et les montagnes du Montana. Tout le monde peut bénéficier de cette vue par un petit espace jardin directement accessible. Très bon wifi. Grande chambre spacieuse. La façade avant et donc les chambres sur ce côté là également ( dont la mienne ) donnent sur une nationale très fréquentée. La chambre n'est pas forcément bien insonorisée mais contrairement à ce que je pensais je n'ai pas souffert du bruit peut être parce que c'était le WE et hors saison ? Petit déjeuner, peu mieux faire car il n'y a pas grand chose.

Spectacular views of the mountains can be enjoyed from most areas of the lodge, and breakfast is included in the lodging fee. Stunning, colorful flowers are placed everywhere on the front of the facility...wow!. Additionally, everyone, from the housekeepers to the staff, was extremely friendly. We didn't want to leave! Don't miss out on a stay here! There is no question we will be back!

Open rooms and still charged me to switch to the mountain side of the facility. Dinner was $65 (1 person) and would rate it about a 3 of 10. Service was super slow, and food was not cooked well at all. Asked for medium burger, and it was well done. Had the prime rib bites, and they were also burnt.

- Brian (10/5): - An overnight stay as part of a longer trip. We very much enjoyed it, bar, good restaurant and across the road from the wildlife refuge.
- BillieGross (2/5): Worse place I have ever stayed - disappointed to say the least - I was referred to this place by a friend in Coeur d'Alene who couldn't say enough good things about it. In fact, they raved about it. I had really high expectations but when we showed up last weekend (August 2025) the place was in disarray; two chefs had quit so the menu was limited, they were short staffed and it showed. The front desk clerk was wearing a tank top and shorts and was covered in tattoos (not a good first impression) and didn't even tell the truth about the breakfast hours. The wait staff and bartender did their best to fill in on kitchen duties. The deck was messy with spider webs and barn swallow excrement running down the walls. Weeds lined the edges and landscaping was non existent. Everything was messy and unkempt; weeds everywhere, an unfinished swimming pool with tools and products laying around the edge. The whole place reeked of non-caring and labor shortages. The room was sad and disappointing. Dark, hard to see. We were bitterly disappointed and will never go back.

Not only is the location serene and peaceful, with clean rooms and facilities, but the people who work there are professional and more importantly very kind. We felt at home! The lodge is beautiful and eating dinner watching the turtles sun themselves in the pond was very relaxing. Dinner was so good. The hotel was a bit out of our price range but exactly where we needed to be after doing the bison range tour. That was so fun. Free hot breakfast was cold. The eggs and sausage were almost not edible. The coffee and bacon and fruit salad were good. .

- Joanne (7/5): Beuatiful view, nice staff, and wonderful gift shop of local artisans. - Room was quiet and comfortable. Wonderful bakery gift shop next to the lodging. Also a nice museum. This is more affordable than places closer to the park. They are doing some renovation and it will be wonderful when finished. Staff was very nice. I attached a view from our patio. Private and wonderful! The room was very nice, but I reccommend staying on the eastside facing the water. The highway is very busy. The breakfast was much better than the dinner the night before. Depsite advertising local beef the hamburger we had tasted straight out of Walmarts bargain bulk patties. Soy-filled and tasteless. Rubbery and grey.

- shithead (9/5): - The breakfast was really outstanding. It also had an old fashioned that was pretty good. Although the location was nice, it was really far from the town of polson which forced us to do some extra driving. This is really the fault of booking.com which listed it as a polson hotel. It was really over 20 miles away.. I guess that's not far in Montana distances

- Ronnie (10/5): Top lodge! - Zeer vriendelijk personeel, tipgevers over lokale activiteiten en altijd in voor een praatje! Prijs in vergelijking tot andere accommodaties die wij in dit gebied hebben gehad ligt lager en zou zeker meer mogen vragen. Eten is ook prima verzorgd en prijs kwaliteit is ligt lager dan we gewend zijn. Oscar ook ontmoet en wat een cutie! Zeer opgevoed met een vleugje ondeugendheid 😀 Als ik iets moet bedenken, wellicht een ander koffiezet apparaat in de kamer. En voor de niet hondenliefhebbers, Oscar loopt daar rond een prima opgevoerde 4-voeter!

- Stefan (8/5): - Sehr schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage wenn man z.B. die National Bison Range erkunden will...oder für durchreisende. Saubere Unterkunft mit guten Standard. Was uns negativ in Erinnerung bleiben wird sind kleine Details im hauseigenen Restaurant. An sich sehr gutes hochwertiges Essen. Aber beim Abendessen haben wir ein Stück gammlige schimmelige Salatgurke aus unseren Salat gefischt. Und am nächsten morgen beim Frühstück ein Stück gammlige Ananas. Wir sind da nicht so pingelig und für uns eher ein kleines Detail - andere Gäste würden das sicherlich deutlich höher gewichten diesen Makel. Also liebes Team der Ninepipes Lodge: Schaut da euren Küchenhilfen mal genauer auf die Finger....:)
- jean-françois (8/5): - La chambre avec vue sur la montagne et le petit lac était plus au calme que les chambres avec vue coucher de soleil qui donnent sur une route très passante. La petite terrasse devant la chambre était agréable. La chambre était propre. L'insonorisation de la chambre est faible lorsque vos voisins parlent à haute voix et courrent dans le couloir.
- Stacy (6/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for the area. The view was amazing. Unfortunately the room was older and very noisy. The bed was up against the hallway wall so it was noisy. We could hear the bar music throughout the night. The dining options were limited and the ice cream shop closed early.

- Naama Sher (10/5): - Beautiful place! We stayed for 2 nights as a stop on our way to Glacier National Park. The room was cozy we had everything we could wish for. The staff were kind. The place has a bar restaurant, and we enjoyed dinner with cocktails. The place has an American breakfast- eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and fruit salad. If you feel like u need carves just ask for it 😉
