• Carmen Virginia (7/5): - Tamaño perfecto para una pareja y bien situado La limpieza era mejorable, había una gotera en la ducha del baño de arriba, al tercer día entraron pero no cambiaron las toallas, solo estiraron las sábanas. Tampoco limpiaron ni sacaron la basura
• Caroline (10/5): Ideally located, friendly, clean, safe and good value for money - The complex is ideally situated near the shop and short stroll the all bars and restaurants. The complex is very safe for couples and solo travellers and is adult only. WiFi is excellent and the apartments are clean and have everything you need for your stay. The staff are so nice from cleaning staff to management. This complex is a little hidden gem in the middle of Puerto Del Carmen. Looking forward to return in October already Can’t fault the property in any way as I have stated above. The only small request I would make is that a hand rail to be placed in the shower area in 612. Apart from that I can’t wait to return.

• Lorna (5/5): Location is perfect, would have been happier if we had towels changed just once. - Excellent location, really close to the main strip but still quiet and peaceful. Easy to get a sunbed - when we were there, which was April. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. I understand this is a relatively cheap place to stay, but the cleanliness wasn't up to my standards. Our towels weren't changed at all for our entire stay (1 week). We asked reception if we could have our room serviced, they said yes, when we returned I think they had put some bleach down the toilet and that was it. I went to ask reception if we could get fresh towels and it was closed (this was 1.15pm, they say they're closed from 2pm). Bed wasn't very comfortable, kept rolling into the middle. Room didn't have a hairdryer or an ironing board. We asked reception and they provided a hair dryer and an iron, however the hair dryer kept cutting out and I had to iron clothes on a chair in the room. The place seems a bit run down overall, you get what you pay for I suppose... but hygiene is a biggy for me.

Small complex with everything you need for stay. Staff friendly always on hand if you need anything excellent. Cannot fault on anything with complex really enjoyed.

• Lucas (7/5): Geslaagd maar wifi en tv moeten anno 2026 veel en veel beter. - De medewerkers van technische en schoonmaakdienst (oa Christian) waren super. De wifi moet echt veel beter anno 2026; dit kan niet… ook is skychannel eigenlijk wel een must voor alle, met name Engelse en Ierse gasten… maar ook ik had dat graag gewild. Ook zijn er wel wat moderniseringen aan meubels en badkamer door te voeren. Niet kapot maar wel wat gedateerd. Het maakt mij niet uit, maar voor sommigen is dat belangrijker….

• Jacqueline (7/5): Well equipped summer apartment - Good location, well-equipped apartment with access to a complex pool. Set back from the main street with limited after hours noise. Easy contact free check in process was a pleasant surprise. Beds were not super comfortable and the cold nights meant we needed some extra blankets.

• christopher (7/5): - The location is great, about 200 metres from the front and opposite the casino, so bar's and restaurants are in easy reach. There's a spar supermarket a couple of minutes walk away too. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and even booked our return taxi for the airport. The rooms are in need of updating and could be very pleasant if they were. We were there while it rained a lot, so a small heater or plug in radiator would have helped to dry stuff.

• Caroline (10/5): A nice relaxing break in the sun in a safe friendly comfortable environment - Clean, basic, safe, ideal location with shop across the road, a 3min stroll from all shops bars & restaurants. It’s an adult only complex set in a nice quiet area. Staff are super friendly and house keeping was offered most days of my stay. WiFi is great as I personally like to watch my Netflix some nights. Beds are comfy Can’t fault this accommodation

Nora the owner ❤️ is a diamond she personally greats everyone and there's nothing she wouldn't do. It was my birthday and they gave me a beautiful card and bottle of wine. The lovely Suzana organised my taxi home. I totally loved my stay ❤️ have stayed in many 4/5 stars places,but this place, owner and amazing people who I've met have won my heart ❤️ love you Nora, owner of las lilas apts xoxo 😘 🤗 ❤️ Going home

• Ruth (8/5): Pleasant staff in well maintained apartments - Close to the beach / main area. Small complex, secure entry. Provide toiletries and washing up liquid etc WiFi is terrible. Shower doesn’t drain well at all.

• Keith (8/5): Location,Location,Location! - Quite basic but clean and comfortable. Ideally situated with a 5 minute walk to the strip and bus stop and taxi rank. Pool small and cold, sometimes no sun beds because people would put towels on them and then dissappear for hours. Maid not very frequent but that was fine by us. Would use again because of the price and location. Enjoyed feeding the doves. Pool very cold but does the job.
• Lynne (7/5): All in all if your not looking for fancy but want to be close to strip this place is ideal as it’s good value - The location of this property is great ,right beside everything however they are extremely dated and no air con and the studio is tiny. Bonus is that it’s extremely quiet and really nice pleasant guests. Not sure I’d book again as personally I like to have air con. The size and beds uncomfortable
• Emily (7/5): Good for a base to explore from - Easy to access and in a good location. Apartment had everything we needed. There is a big wooden beam / shelf by the kitchen area which anyone tall hits their head on. The shower didn’t drain very well. WiFi signal was poor in the room. Hob was unclear whether it was on or off. The bed slid around a lot and is now fixed to the wall so pillows would fall down the back.
