• Stuart (8/5): A welcoming place with welcoming hosts and in a really handy location - Great location, a stone throw from the Winter Gardens. Richard and Graham are very friendly and do a great breakfast. The shower in my room was warm and the bed comfortable. Just what I needed for my stay. I don’t have anything bad to say about the B&B. I’ll definitely stay there again next year.

• Alan (10/5): Relaxed, safe and a pleasure to stay there . - Both the host were fantastic. They even brough my cases down due to my previous heart attack. Cannot praise them enough. Will be booking there again, on my next Union conference. Everything was perfect.

• Andrea (7/5): Fitness showcase - Richard and Graham are very friendly and extremely helpful. Really good communication. Great location. There were a few things that I didn't like. Mould in the shower (I've got asthma), the radiator knob was broken, and the radiator was full on (it was very hot in the room) and diner was located right under my room when they started cooking the breakfast the smell came right up. But the room fit for the purpose. I just needed a room to be able to shower and sleep. Apart from this, I didn't spend time in the room at all. Great price and plus point for the parking.
• Stuart (8/5): Very good - The staff are really friendly and the breakfast was excellent. My bed was very comfy too There's nothing I didn't like. The radiator in my room wasn't working but they gave me a portable radiator which totally did the job. No complaints here.

• Andrew (6/5): Great location and nice owners - Location is great being just a few minutes walk to the Winter Gardens and town centre shopping. Owners were pleasant and very receptive. The room (No, 4) was generally quite cramped; tea, coffee & biscuits were nice; the sprung mattress was tired and noisy; couldn't watch TV in bed due to position of the TV; toilets were very cramped (hardly room to sit on toilet). Breakfast was OK, with enough to eat. A two-night stay was probably enough for us. Would we come back? Yes but we'd probably insist on a different room.

Great full ENGLISH from Richard - great view of Tower!! Relaxed approach to leaving bags / checkout time? (even though Richards Sunday off!!) Plentiful tea coffee milk & biscuits / room & beds comfortable / spotless bathroom / plenty of storage / wardrobe space!! Loads of bathroom shower gel - hand wash - towels - Kleenex - high quality quilted toilet roll - clear wi fi codes etc!! Sat Nav kept taking us to the wrong end of a one way road - so took 15 minutes to locate around 6pm in dark? Off season so room a little cool initially - but Graham switched on extra portable radiator which soon heated room? Door entrance doorbells and 2 door entry need updating please - lets your "first impressions" down for a Fabuloso B&B!!

• Andrew (8/5): Very good - Excellent location for where we needed to be, but especially if you wanted to be near the tower. The owners were very friendly. They were interested in why we were there and we're very chatty. They carried our bags to our room. They catered for an early breakfast when needed without fuss. Bent over backwards to help if we needed it. We had extra heating in our room when needed. The room was cleaned daily. The family room was split into two rooms with two toilet facilities, one having a shower in it. The only negative comment is the creaky bunk beds that needed tightening up.

Only dislike were the blinds when you leave window open they blow so no privacy when getting changed and they rattle through the night would be better if curtains were fitted .would stay again because it is nice .

• Sarah (10/5): lovely place, lovely couple - Graham and Richard go out their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible and are always very accommodating to our needs. Breakfast is always brilliant and cooked fresh. The only real downside is the water pressure in the shower. Ok for a shower but not great for getting all the hairspray and gel out your hair after a dance comp but that’s neither here or there.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - A superb guesthouse, exceptionally clean. If anything was lacking, it did feel a bit sterile, there is no welcoming lounge or bar and doesn’t have the old style guys house feel in that sense. However, there has clearly been work to maintain this place. Nothing broken, damaged. Bed comfortable. Hair dryer in room, wifi works well. Bathroom in good condition and the two gents are friendly. Location is also excellent for accessing the town centre quickly and only a 3-5 minute walk down the the coral island/promenade. There are many cheaper options in Blackpool, but these can be risky. There are also many more expensive options which can also be risky so overall a very good place to stay where you won’t have any nasty surprises.
