• Shirly (4/5): - We booked for two nights but we transferred to another hotel the next day. All the amenities were old, shower head was broken, sheets were worn out and the fridge was not working. They gave us a room smaller than what i booked. Instead of getting 2 queen beds they gave us 1 queen bed and a folding bed. They eventually transferred us to the right room and staff were helpful. We choose the hotel for the location, it could have been a nice stay if they made some renovations and upgrades.

• MUSTAFA (1/5): Hotel à eviter - l'emplacement sale,bestiole dans la salle de bain,sur tapis. quasi impossible de prendre une douche le pommeau de douche bouchée. dejeuner 450 php pour un buffet très chère pour ce qu'il y avait. j'avais pris 3 chambres mes commentaire valable pour tous les 3. Dernières fois qu'on met les pieds dans soit disant hotel.

• Raymond (7/5): Good - Staff are very friendly. Location is close to cafes, bars and restaurants and just a short travel to most attractions to fill in your day. The bathroom and some furniture was very tired and outdated in our room. Water pressure was very low for Cebu. Door to the bathroom stuck constantly and needed repair, it was also very noisy when opening or closing. No kettle or coffee supplied in the room, TV was a CRT version from the 90's. The hotel only supplies 1 key per room, which is needed to power the electricity. No one can leave separately if you are a couple and need a key, because the power will be stopped when you remove the key.

Breakfast was good in restaurant. More fruit choice would have been better. Good location for food/ massage etc. Overall average hotel in Cebu City.

• Gilles (7/5): was okay, just expect something better. - the location was very good, have a mall and supermarket a couple of blocks from the hotel, which is nice and help you to save a bit, there a good amount restaurant, coffee places and fast near by as well. The aircon was pretty bad would make the room very cold or do nothing, so I had to turn on and turn off from time to time, the bathroom was pretty bad too, the shower had no pressure and precision, bathtub is basically unusable too.

• juanpaolot2022 (8/5): Above Expectation - Checked-in here for 2nights last April 22-24,2022 and booked a room w/ 1 double bed i think its king bed and they place me at the 8th floor or 7th floor which is nice i have the city view the in room wifi is not working so i had to use my data the wifi is only working around the lobby area. The Staff are friendly even the housekeeping they greeted you whenever they will see you in the Corregidor. So far very convenient bec. it is walking distance to robinsons and the famous pungko2 in osmena.

The hotel is really an ordinary hotel don’t expect too much , our room no kettle or a cup or water the mini bar over priced the building is really old and not maintained , but it’s fine it’s a budget hotel, but the hotel is located in nice area accessible to many restaurant and coffee shops .
• LeenRizal (6/5): A safe hotel & the nearest to a Halal food restaurant - We choose the hotel because it was near & they're all just walking distance to few Halal food restaurants (Persian Palate) since it's not easy to get halal food here. Includes the malls & the money changer. Plus - the safest hotel that's the nearest to the halal food restaurant. We stayed here for one night only, (a transit) before we continue our journey to Malapascua Island. The room condition was just average. The rooms looked old, the lights were all dimmed, one was not working but overall it was okay for our one night stay & we barely stayed in the room. The staffs were very accomodative, polite, helpful & friendly including along the reservation processes. Eventhough it took days for them to reply every email, but they arrange everything nicely. Except the van booking which I booked two, they sent me one. They're kind enough prepared light breakfast for us before our journey to Oslob. (2 eggs & a slice of watermelon). Overall, it was okay for us because we dont look for luxury, just a safe transit. 😊

Average place to stay in the middle of the city.. Exceptional dessert from their bakery... I am longing to eat their buko pie again..

• Kifayatahmad (10/5): Wonderful. - Holiday plaza hotel is one of the best and wonderful hotel in Srinagar city.This place is full of tourists. The food if this hotel is very delicious and healthy.The room staff is very friendly.There is free WiFi and parking.
• major-aa (6/5): big rooms bath and toilet are fine sans the tub. - i have been a regular customer of this hotel. front desk staff are pleasant and warm, but the restaurant staff needs some more training and inputs on refinements and customer service. the food is good but the breakfast buffet menu needs some improvements and variations. all this time that i have been staying in this hotel the breakfast menu is the same, except for the flowing brewed coffee.
• rdway2002 (4/5): OLD and SMELLY - I booked the room off good reviews on their WiFi. The WiFi is free but terribly terribly slow. The 1st day OK - Day 2 Passable - Day 3 SLOW I let the front desk know and they said they would look after it, that NEVER happened. And it just got slower from there. I ended up using mobile data most of the time! The rooms are old and there are few electrical outlets to charge laptops or phones. I had rotate to try to keep things charged! The staff was friendly albeit not very knowledgeable of the area. The minibar is way over priced. There are a number of newer hotels right in the same area.
• markc345 (6/5): Basic hotel in busy area of Cebu - Waterfront Mactan was full so stayed here it's 30% of price and is basic but adequate for couple of nights on business. Room ok. Area OK Jollie Bee burgers around corner and then Greenwich Pizzas which is good. Lots of other eating walking distance. Bo Coffee next door is great students everywhere so has 'safe' feel. Breakfast OK but again basic for foreign guest. Would stay again.

• melynp (2/5): I hated it - Power point is not working such a terrible because mostly guest need to charge gadgets,and laptop, and the bath its broken the maintenance guy look at it and he doest know how to fix it, and after few minutes the front desk let us move to another room then same problem again ,my partner pissed off 1 in the morning were check out ,even we never sleep until that time .

• waveriders01 (8/5): Price is worth it. - Even at a discounted rate, I got the room at 1750/night, that is expensive compared to the other hotels near Mango Square. Unfortunately, all hotels and I mean all hotels were fully booked except this one. The room is kinda old needing renovation. The bed is warm which is good, the tub is not working. But I slept soundly, and that is worth the price. Room 320 blissfully was far from the road so I was not disturbed. Breakfast buffet is so-so. Very limited choives, and based coffee. But still, no regrets. The staff are nice and very helpful.
• shielau2016 (6/5): Holiday Plaza Hotel - Place is very near from the heart of the City. While you're at it, you should probably go to Fuente Circle, one of the oldest place in Cebu. Near food chains and grocery store - there's a Robinsons Mall around 1 minute walk. Staff is very accommodating but the hotel is small and rooms have weird smell. Price is too expensive for the experience I had.
• ganor2016 (8/5): Why not spend your Cebu City holidays in Holiday Plaza Hotel - The reason that I keep coming back to this hotel is the warm welcome I have been receiving each time I checked in. The owner as well as the staff would always welcome me as if it is already my home. Very affordable rate and really love their buffet breakfast. What more can I ask. I'm glad I have stayed again last February 26-28.
• englishmanaway (10/5): welcome back - well , got out of the taxi and was welcomed by the door man welcome back sir nice to see you again , the doorman actually remembered me from 2010 ! and was generally pleased to see me , same hotel same room on the 5th floor this time clean great breakfast great staff made to feel at home ,,,, do hope the owner reads this ! its your staff that make your hotel better than most and a great hotel thankyou
