- Jaleesha (8/5): Prima voor max 2/3 nachten - Dichtbij het strand helaas geen gelegenheid met bedjes om op te liggen. Alleen bovenop het dakterras bij het zwembad. Flamingo beachclub heeft niet genoeg bedden om te liggen.
- Sonia (8/5): Was leuk - Het was super dichtbij de beach en allerlei massages en winkel Eerste kamer was 3 persoons super klein, we kregen een nieuwe kamer voor 3 personen, omdat je bij de andere nergens wat kwijt kon met z’n 3e (2 persoons kamer voor 3 personen). Ook was het balen dat de hotel geen ligbedden had voor het strand alleen voor de zwembad. Om te liggen bij het strand moest je 3000 bath betalen
- Doruk (7/5): - Clean rooms, nice infinity pool, great beach (swimmable, clean) You should know before booking that to use those beautiful sunbeds in the beach you have to pay 2,500 baht! It is because that beach club actually belongs to Flamingo beach club, even though it is advertised as if it belongs to hotel, it is not. So you have to spend a lot of money to use those sunbeds. If you dont want to spend you can still sit at the table in the back. Either this should be well explained in the description or that photo of beach should be removed. It is far from center so if you want more night life, you have to travel 30mins-1 hour.

- Andreas (3/5): Einmal und nie wieder! - Die Lage ist super schön. Der Strand war der schönste den wir in Thailand erlebt haben. Restaurants sind in der Umgebung ausreichend vorhanden. Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Strandliegen, mit den das Hotel als Foto wirbt gehören überhaupt nicht zum Hotel, man muss in einem externen Restaurant einen Mindestumsatz zahlen, damit man diese für 4h nutzen darf. Dieses Restaurant ist sehr teuer. Auf dem Balkon des Hotels steht eine alte dreckige Klimaanlage, sodass dieser nicht wirklich nutzbar ist. Die Poolanlage ist veraltert. Ein Loch am direkten Zugang zum Pool, was gefährlich war, wurde innerhalb der kompletten Zeit unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert. Das Poolpersonal war nicht aufmerksam. Wäre die Gegend um das Hotel nicht so schön, hätten wir das Hotel am ersten Tag wieder verlassen.

Très loin du centre de phuket, aucun restaurant dans les alentours sauf le fameux Flamingo qu’ils imposent , le personnel à l’acceuil n’est pas du tout accueillant, la piscine très petite donc dès qu’il y a un peu de monde ca fait beaucoup de boucan. Vue depuis la piscine rien a voir avec les images ; beaucoup de batiments assez moche autour , coucher de soleil de l’autre coté donc meme ca c’est un flop. Heureusement que nous sommes restés 1 nuit et plus jamais.

- YUKARI (10/5): - ビーチの目の前！ 部屋が広くて綺麗。 ４階の部屋だとビーチに行くまで、エレベーターを２回乗らないと行けないのですが(レセプションがある場所と棟が別？のようです)行き方をスタッフさんが親切に教えてくれました。 プールからの海の眺めも良いです。 ビーチタオル、ビーチバッグ、傘が部屋においてあるのがありがたかったです。 各フロアにコインランドリーがあるので長期滞在者にも良いと思います。 近くにはコンビニが２件あるので便利です。 バスルームはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープがありました。コンディショナーがあるホテルは少ないのでこれも嬉しかったです！ ビーチから帰って来る途中にある、足に着いた砂を落とすシャワーが使いにくかった。

Der Infinity-Pool hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick über den Strand. Neben dem Hotel befinden sich Restaurants und ein Seven Eleven. Insgesamt eine eher ruhigere Gegend, mit Grab kann man von dort aus aber dennoch einige Highlights erkunden!

- Bassam (5/5): - Unfortunately, my experience at Bandara Beach Resort was extremely disappointing and did not meet expectations at all. The hotel significantly exaggerates both its sea view and its level of luxury, as the reality is far from what is advertised. Regarding pricing, after a more accurate and complete evaluation, I believe the hotel is worth no more than 40–50% of its current price at most, especially when compared to other hotels in Phuket that offer far better cleanliness, service, and facilities. The property is very small and clearly old. The rooms are cramped, and both the bedrooms and bathrooms are narrow and uncomfortable, making the stay far from relaxing. Upon arrival, there was no bellboy waiting at the entrance. However, after requesting assistance from the reception, one staff member did help us with our luggage. Even so, the level of welcome and preparedness is far below what is normally experienced at other hotels in Phuket. The so-called views mostly overlook old houses and rooftops, which is neither attractive nor suitable for a hotel marketed as a beachfront resort. In addition, there are no suitable or appealing views for photography, which is very disappointing. The beach itself is not clean and full of seaweed, which significantly reduces the enjoyment of sitting by the beach or swimming. The beach seating area is very limited and small. Despite arriving in the afternoon — not during peak morning or sunbathing hours — seating availability was still extremely restricted. Another negative point is that the hotel’s beachfront restaurant and/or café located on the ground floor requires a minimum spend of 1,500 to 2,000 THB to sit at the front-row or second-row tables, which feels unreasonable and inconvenient for hotel guests. Additional issues include: • The air-conditioning unit is located on the small balcony, placed very close to the seating chair, making the balcony uncomfortable and almost unusable.

The rooms were a good size with nice decor. We arranged a massage and dinner on the beach through the hotel which was lovely. The staff member Emmy was very kind. Beautiful pool and view. Would stay again. The restaurant and pool bar were very expensive for drinks. It would be nice to have more reasonability priced drinks. Happy hour was good. The pool lounges were mostly taken every day. People went early to reserve (around 8:30am) so we did the same.

- Johannes (10/5): Tolles Hotel, herausragendes Personal. - Das Hotel ist hochwertig und modern. Man hat von der Dachterrasse mit Pool einen tollen Blick auf den Strand und super Restaurants und ein 7Eleven sind im Umkreis von 100m gelegen. Auch das Essen im Hotel schmeckt sehr gut. Was ich besonders hervorheben will ist die Qualität des Servicepersonals und ihre Hingabe für ein tolles Erlebnis der Gäste. Sie haben sogar alles mögliche unternommen, um mir einen vergessenes Kleidungsstück zukommen zu lassen. 10/10 – vielen vielen Dank 🙏

- Kevin (9/5): Good location in South Phuket - My wife and I stayed at the Bandara Beach hotel resort for a couple of days before we went sailing. We found the room very comfortable, breakfast had enough variety for most tastes. The pool area has a great view over the bay and there are plenty of umbrellas for shade in the hot afternoon sun. All staff were always happy to help with helpful advice and anything to make your stay more pleasant. The hotel is about a 100m back from the beach and very easily accessible. The Flamingo beach bar is a partner of the hotel and situated between hotel and the beach. We didn't use the facilities there although they did look comfortable. The hotel is about an hour south of the airport dependant on day and time you travel. All in all we enjoyed our short stay at this hotel and would stay again. The Gym is small on the ground floor and realistically has 3 treadmills and some weights, again I didn't try these as you can jog along the beach for a much better view.
- Keely (8/5): Loved it here. - Most beautiful view from the pool and our room. Staff were lovely and we found it such a perfect location.. wasn’t too busy. The only thing was there isn’t much around you can walk to or explore, but if you are going to escape reality then we highly recommend.
- Nick (10/5): Beautiful hotel. - Very quiet exclusive hotel. Lovely roof top pool. The staff were professional and so helpful. The Flamingo restaurant which is partnered to the hotel charged for the use of beds and seats in the garden area. This only happened at this hotel.

- Nathanael (9/5): Hôtel parfait dans coin tranquille de Phuket - Hôtel parfaitement situé dans une baie calme de Phuket. Le personnel est très accueillant et attentionné tandis que les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. Mention spéciale au petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet, très complet, et dont les plats sont renouvelés chaque jour. On a aussi apprécié les petites attentions qui font plaisir: serviettes et sac de plage mis à la disposition des clients, bons pour des cocktails à prendre au bar de la piscine ainsi qu'un repas au restaurant. On notera enfin que l'hôtel est entouré de petites supérettes et restaurants. Très pratique pour qui n'a pas de moyen de transport local. Tout était conforme aux attentes.

- HODA (7/5): this was my first time to visit thailand , i enjoy the hotel , but beach is public beach - place was clean , surround with very old buildings, beach is pubplic beach , no chair , very far from everything,
- Sultan (10/5): the hotel staff made us feel at home highly recommend it - we had a great time the pool was clean and good size plus the view of the beach from the pool is fantastic beach was clean we had good time swiming there breakfast is brunch with lots of varities and so delicious staff was so helpfull and polite I love every moment i stayed there . nothing everything was perfect.
- Arti (9/5): Wir würden wieder kommen - Sehr sauber, schöner Strand und super schöner Pool. Es sind leider nur begrenzt Liegen am Pool. Wenn man nicht früh dran ist könnte man ohne Schirm eben, oder weit weg vom Pool liegen.

I stayed at Bandara for my birthday, I asked them in advance if they can offer me a room with a nice view, they said they have only with that view, but they can arrange flower arrangements for my birthday ( which never happened) and then my friend emailed them on my birthday to ask for a bouquet of flowers and they said that a minimum request of 3 days is necessarily to arrange a bouquet but they can do some flowers arrangement which again it didn’t happen 🤷♀️. Secondly ,the fridge was leaking and also the toilet flush had some problmes.

- Brian (9/5): a Very nice and clean roof top pool with great views - Breakfast was very good with a very good selection of cold and hot food. The staff Yao, Bart, Emmy, Krich Woody, Zania, Lyn. were very friendly and helpful. A big shout to Susi she was extremely helpfully and greeted us with a big smile every morning. not a dislike but I think the hotel could sever lunch and evening meals. There are local restaurants within walking distance serving good food

- nigel (8/5): - All of the staff are very friendly and very helpful, very hard to improve upon. The beach is very beautiful, clean, soft sand,very calm, sallow water, top 10 beaches, in my opinion. Breakfast was good, but it could be improved by the addition of pork sausages and bacon. But overall, had to pick faults, very good hotel.
