Na śniadanie były wędliny, ser żółty, różne dżemy, miód, płatki, mleko i kawa, różne słodkości i owoce, brakowało nam jedynie warzyw. Pobyt zaliczam do jak najbardziej udanych. Hotel polecam ❤️
• Mahmoud (1/5): - Très mauvais séjour. Je déconseille très particulièrement cet hôtel. J'avais un taxi gratuit réservé avec booking, dès que j'ai payé l'hôtel, en espèce, l'hôtel à annulé la réservation pour ne pas transmettre la commission due à booking, je me suis alors retrouvé privé de taxi à cause de cela. Le bâtiment est vieux, le petit déjeuner très pauvre et le personnel désagréable. Ayant réservé avec booking plus de 25 fois (je suis membre genius 3), je me retrouve pour la première fois désagréablement surpris par les conditions de l'hôtel et la mauvaise foi de l'administration et du personnel. JE DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT.

• Nadine (7/5): Toller Städtetrip - Die Lage war perfekt, direkt am Bahnhof und ziemlich zentral. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch und man darf nicht ganz genau hinschauen, aber zum schlafen vollkommen ausreichend. Wir würden es wieder buchen Dafür, dass es insgesamt 3 Hotels sind, ist der Frühstücksraum etwas zu klein. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch, man darf nicht zu viel erwarten, man wird aber satt.
• Samantha (3/5): Very disappointing - / Not a real hotel - reception was in another hotel down the road, it was just bedrooms! Tiny rooms, shabby decor, beds like camping beds, poor, dim or broken lighting, very little natural light, elevator did not work and had to carry 6 large suitcases down 2 floors of stairs (reception down the road insisted that it did work and offered NO help)
• Jindřiška (1/5): - Někdo by mohl považovat jako + blízko k nádraží Termini. Úschovna kufrů, když letíte později, než je check-out - do které má přístup snad každý, bez žádné kamery a za odložené věci vám nikdo neručí… Tohle ubytování je opravdu příšerné. Hotel nám byl přiřazen Bookingem jako náhrada, poté kdy se naše původní ubytování přes tutéž platformu ukázalo jako podvodné. Téměř vše v negativních recenzích je pravda a já se divím, proč toto ubytování stále funguje. Při check-inu byli na recepci dva muži (první zřejmě indického původu), který působil celkem arogantně/pasivně agresivně, druhý muž s brýlemi, ten byl o dost sympatičtější. Ostatní ženy na recepci byly jinak velice milé. Recepce je úplně mimo ubytování a pokaždé když odcházíte z pokoje, musíte odevzdat na recepci klíč. První vstupové dveře z ulice, které jsou někdy otevřené, někdy zavřené - pro nás bylo dost obtížné je odemknout. Měli jsme štěstí, že vždy někdo vycházel nebo zacházel do vnitrobloku. Dveře, které vedly do apartmánů, ten stejný scénář, hodně používané a nedoléhaly, než jsme přišli na správnou manipulaci, chvíli nám to zabralo a mělo s nimi problém více lidí. Samotný pokoj je kapitola sama o sobě - malá, smutně vypadající místnost, s minimem denního světla (ano, chápu, že jsme byli ve vnitrobloku), starý a poničený nábytek, zdi i dlažba. “Papírové” dveře, přes které bylo slyšet všechno úplně vše. Špinavá místa v koupelně. Ručníky byly čisté, ale byly cítit po octu. Voda ve sprše, která se neustále měnila z ledové na vařící a zase naopak, bez toho aniž by člověk pohnul kohoutkem. Toaleta nešla někdy ani spláchnout. Od snídaně na druhý jsme neměli velké očekávání a také právem. Minimální výběr : nějaké sladké/slané pečivo, šunka, salám, cereálie - žalostné. Tohle celé > 4 dny, 3 noci za 27.600,- opravdu neodpovídá !! Příšerný zážitek a zkažená dovolená spojená s oslavou narozenin. (Fotografií mám v galerii spoustu, ale jdou bohužel přidat pouze 4)

• del & michael (9/5): Great location, helpful staff and a clean quiet room. - It was a typical continental breakfast, value for money. Plenty of choice and the table settings were well laid out. Better than we expected. The bed was the only let down, it creaked and sagged. We pointed this out to staff and they did their best to adjust it but it really needs a new one. That was the only let down.

• Youmna (1/5): Très mauvais - Juste le personnel et la proximité de la gare Nous sommes arrivés à l'adresse. C'était à 0h30. Nous sommes restés plus de 30 min avec nos valises à chercher la réception. Nous avons sonnés là où il y avaot le nom de.l'hôtel personne n'ouvrait. Nous avons appelé il y avait un repondeur qui disait que le numéro n'est plus disponible. À la fin en lisant les reviews nous avons su que nous devons aller dans un autre hôtel à 50 mètres du nôtre qui gère la réservation. C'est imacceptable surtout que l'hôtel.ne nous a pas informé de ceci.

• Robert (6/5): - Very conveniently located 2 1/2 blocks from Termini. The breakfast was very decent and the room was clean for the most part. There was a spot of mildew above the shower that would take someone with a ladder or long scrub brush to get. The a/c was almost non-existent, you could not control the temperature, I assume because there would be a strain on the grid as every hotel room would want their room colder. The bed/mattress was the hardest I have ever slept on and had me turning over all night. The lobby and greeting by hotel staff was superb and was the coldest room in the building.

The restaurant, where breakfast is served is elegantly furnished, clean and spacious. Breakfast is good. I will definitely choose the same hotel for the next time again.

La taxe de sejour a ete exigée en espèces.... Chambre de belle taille, pas de bouilloire electrique dans la chambre chauffage difficile à faire fonctionner car très bruyant. Salle de bain correcte mais avec une odeur d'égouts permanente. Lit confortable et surface de rangement correcte.Petit dejeuner à partir de 7 h 30 seulement pas très pratique. Positif un accueil 24 h sur 24.

• Karsten (6/5): - Das Hotel liegt wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Der Check-in ist beim Nachbarhotel. Das Frühstück ist im Nachbarhotel. Für den Zimmerpreis war es ok.
• Cassidy (5/5): Good location, horrible mould smell, nice staff. - Great location, very nice staff. The rooms were clean and got cleaned daily. Unfortunately the smell on our floor was hard to tolerate. The thick smell of mould coming from the bathroom and also the entire floor. Honestly I know some reviews talk about it, but it’s actually shocking. Your clothes smell of it, and it gives you a nauseous feeling. The smell is just so overpowering I wouldn’t recommend staying here, I’m shocked they are allowed to just paint over it and not do anything about it.

The lock system needs updating urgently. Twice we had to call for staff to come and help us open the door to our room because we couldn’t open it. Extremely impractical! Plus there are three doors to go through to get to our room. Annoying!

Ringde innan för att stämma av vart och hur man skulle checka in men personen på andra sidan kunde völdigt sålig engelska så fick inget bra svar. Rummet städades bara genom att byta handdukar, byta påse i papperskorgen samt bädda. Golvet städades inte under vår vistelse. Frukosten intogs på närliggande hotellet och den va helt okej, man blev mätt men inte mer än så. Riktigt trevlig personal i receptionen

• Christina (8/5): - We had a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned every day of our stay. The breakfast was simple but lovely. The beds were comfortable. It is conveniently located near Termini Station so you have walkable access to the metro. This is an economy hotel so keep this in mind if you book with them. The room is tiny. The bathroom is very tiny. You have to check in at the hotel next door and they will walk you over to your room. All in all I would stay here again for the price and the friendly staff.
• Hayley (6/5): Nice stay and location. - We liked the location and how close it was to termini. The room was good, plenty of storage, tv, hot shower, clean towels each day. There was a mini fridge. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good, good continental choices, lovely croissants, cakes and meat and cheeses and to make a sandwich. Good coffee too. The communication. We didn’t realise that to check in we needed to visit a hotel on the same street and that there wasn’t a reception. The air con unit wasn’t very clean, when we turned it on, black stuff was falling out onto the bed side table and bed. The floor wasn’t clean. Although there was a mini fridge we realised it should have been stocked with water and it wasn’t. The bed was comfy although extra pillows would have been nice. The street can be quite noisy in the morning.

• Eugene (4/5): - This "hotel" is the weirdest thing I ever stayed at. It looks like an abandoned hotel that is used as an overflow space for a neighboring hotel. Reception desk, breakfast (which was descent by the way) was in entirely different hotel 3 doors down. No instructions on how to checkin were provided. Amnemeties like hot water for tea cost 5 euros.

• Suzanne (9/5): Great Hotel in a key location, STAFF is LOVELY - The staff was so helpful and pleasant, extremely kind and well-organized. Lovely team!!! They accomodated for us to check-in earlier, and on check-out for us to leave the bags while we finished the visits the location is KEY: 2min walk from termini bus station, 2 min walk from the basilica maria majore, and all restaurants around in the street. Very good location. The rooms are decent, and meet the value/price, we had a clean room on arrival, the cleaners were very nice too. Breakfast was enough if we are "normal" eaters and more than enough. I would recommend for those coming for taking the best visits of Roma. I felt the comments were harder and tougher than what we found, our expectations is to be in the center of Roma and find a decent hotel which was the case, better than some reviews. Also, we were well informed by mail that the checkin is in the hotel contilia right next to the building so we found it easily too.

• Tone (8/5): Høsttur - Hotellet var helt greit og utmerket renhold. Ligger sentralt ved Termini. Rommet lite, men virket ganske nyoppusset mht inventaret. Litt mange nøkler å betjene, men det var egentlig en bagatell. Det store minuset var frokosten. Her var det søtt i bøtter og spann, kaker, diverse croissanter med og uten søtt fyll, loff og fine rundstykker. Skinke, salami og hvitost i tillegg til frokostblanding var det eneste i kategorien ordentlig mat. Mye støy i frokostsalen. Hotellet hadde en sjarmerende bakgård med trær og planter, men der var det strengt forbudt å sitte, uvisst av hvilken grunn.
• John (2/5): Once we changed room our stay was OK, rome is well worth a second or third visit - Location The room we booked was nothing like it appears on the net , it was small and very dark . In fact we insisted to be moved . This we did move but it cost us an extra 500 euro ... there was also an additional charge of 80 euro regardless of room charge city tax or something ... all had to be paid in cash ... hmmm Breakfast was very limited , orange juice was like coloured water ... would not use this hotel again
• Michael (4/5): - Leider war das Hotel etwas herunter gekommen. Klimaanlage war so laut, dass man sie nicht nutzen konnten, der Zimmerschlüssel ist abgebrochen usw. Obwohl die Rezeption belegt ist, verlangt das Hotel bei Ankunft nach Mitternacht einen Aufschlag von 35 Euro pro Zimmer. Die Informationen, die per Expedia verschickt wurden waren nur auf Italienisch. Meines Ermemessens

The staff at the front desk were very efficient too and nice especially the cheerful young man on the evening shift...all tried to talk to us in English too! Excellent location,breakfast was good...would have liked eggs also A little issue was the Wifi being weak occasionally and the air conditioner not strong enough in the quadruple room...it didn't reach both rooms Lastly,bathroom light was very weak.

I wish they have better quality and Expedia charged us too much, almost one hundred dollars more, $3 days for $996.00. The hotel only charged $750 euros. Bad experience.
• Ian (6/5): Pleasant - Beds were very comfy, location is very close to the train station. Lighting in the room makes the room feel a bit grimy and like you're in a car park or football pitch or something. The floor had dirty shoe marks and there was some hairs on the towels and things like that.
