I was travelling with a car so the location was not a problem, though it wouldn’t be ideal for travellers without their own transport. The room was pleasant and the facilities were good. I was very satisfied with this hotel and found it to be very good value.

- Nadin (6/5): - Rooms, superb, Breakfast (with bacon!) top notch, staff were as cheerful as usual Swimming pool and pool area. Terrible. Pool had leaves and a greasy slick on the surface - pump obviously hadn't been running for a long time. Couldn't even sit close to the pool because red ants everywhere biting us. We complained and were told "the pump is automatic" I think it needs to be switched on first, we could see all the moss growing on the waterfall, hadn't seen flowing water for months. We'll use the place again - shame I'm forced to complain in this manner to force the staff/manageress to listen As above, staff were as cheerful as usual. Owner, please take note

- GRAHAME (8/5): Would stay again. - The hotel itself is very good and the staff efficient and friendly. Whilst obviously some effort has been made to cater for guests with mobility problems (which I have) the ramps are too steep for anyone trying to push a wheelchair up them, walking up them requires physical assistance from a third party, and the ordinary steps have no handrails to hold onto. The breakfasts were adequate rather than ‘special’, but that may have been because there were very few guests staying at the same time as us. The location, being ‘out of town’ and well set back from the road, meant that it was certainly quiet. The ‘downside’ of that is that it is nearly 1 km. to the nearest bar and food, and the town centre for a greater choice is around 4km. away, so nothing at all within realistic walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, with parking available quite close. We would stay there again, despite some of the minor problems outlined above.

During we stay their unfortunately they have party it was very noisy because my room nearby the restaurant.

- met partner (8/5): Hotel lijkt meer gericht op congresgangers - Mooi hotel, ruime kamers met terrasje. Zeer weinig niet asiaten in het hotel waardoor het moeilijk communiceren is. Het hotel ligt op een behoorlijke afstand van de stad, is niet te voet te doen. Taxi vanuit het hotel lukt 100 Bath... Maar terug een taxi vinden was moeilijker. De politie heeft ons hierbij geholpen. De stad Nan is best wel aangenaam, vooral de markt op zondag waar iedereen op het plein samen eet is een aanrader.
