Kuat (5/5): Overall pleased - We love this location! The houses are very cute, a little outdated in style, but charming nonetheless! The views are just stunning, the whole property is just so beautiful to wake up to and go for a walk. Very close to the Lake Garda lake-side, so you can extend your run/walk all the way to the lake. The pool area is also very nice, make sure to book in a warmer season so you can enjoy it! And amazing for Tennis!! Really great if you would like free to play privately or come for coaching or tennis-camps! We stayed in the middle of May, and we were unlucky with the weather. It was around 10°. It was cold in our apartment, the heating didn’t work. Another letdown is almost nonexistent Wi-Fi signal. So, although we were given a password for the wifi, we couldn’t use it. The cafe at the venue would benefit from more vegetarian options.

I particularly loved the on-site restaurant where the staff were so friendly and helpful. The tennis courts were amazing and the location is absolutely stunning. Ducks in the swimming pool!

Jamie (8/5): - Great pool area, the grounds were immaculate with superb views over the lake. The restaurants food was very good. You can walk to town but it takes 25mins, albeit a very picturesque walk.. Car advised.
Selimovic (10/5): - Von erste Moment bis zum Schlüselübergabe wir war begaistert. Apartmann ist sehr gut ausgestatet, hat wirklich nicht gefält für ein unvergesliches Aufenthal. Wunderschöne Lage mit beste Schwimbad und Restoran im ganze Umgebung, Einmalige Aufsicht auf Gardasee, sauberkeit und sehr freundliche Personall bleiben für immer in unsere Erinerungen. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonderen Lob für Felicio und seine Kolegin von Reception für nette und liebevole Kontekt mit uns. Residenz Arca ist nur zum emfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Jessica Stafford (9/5): Lugar hermoso, personal amable y atento. - Personal muy amable y flexible, lugar hermoso y tranquilo con una vista espectacular. Sería genial poder aprovechar las instalaciones y la cocina con. Pareja o familia. Aunque no estaba lejos del Bardolino, había que ir por carretera y no era cómodo sin coche, cosa que no me había quedado nada claro al reservarlo. Al estar muy concorrida la zona este fin de semana por el torneo internacional, la disponibilidad de taxis fue muy pobre.

enkelejd (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato al Residence Arca a Bardolino dal 25 al 27 aprile e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La struttura è situata in una posizione tranquilla, con una bellissima vista panoramica, ideale per rilassarsi ma allo stesso tempo comoda per raggiungere il lago e il centro. L’appartamento era pulito, spazioso e ben attrezzato, perfetto per un soggiorno senza pensieri. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche gli spazi esterni, curati e immersi nel verde. Un ringraziamento speciale a Felice, che ci ha accolti e consegnato le chiavi: è stato davvero gentilissimo e disponibile, facendoci sentire subito i benvenuti. Esperienza molto positiva, lo consigliamo e torneremmo volentieri!

TomasRai (10/5): - Jei galėčiau, duočiau 20 balų! Puiki ir šilta administratorė. Vėlavome atvykti iki numatyto laiko, tačiau restorano darbuotojai buvo informuoti ir mus įleido. Ryte niekur nenorėjom išvykti ir prasitęsėm dar vienai parai, gavom kitą kambarį jau nuo pat ryto. Puikus restoranas ir jo komanda, puiki aplinka, visai netoli miestelis. Labai norėsim sugrįžti dar kartą. Viskas puiku.

Carsten (8/5): Sehr schöne und saubere Anlage in City Nähe - Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Restaurant und sehr schönen Pool. Leider hatten wir noch eines der nicht renovierten Zimmer, welches vollkommen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Lage ist top und es ist sehr ruhig. Bis zur Stadtmitte ca. 30 Minten zu Fuß. Gerne wieder, da aber ein modernes Zimmer. Das Zimmer war ohne Klimaanlage und total abgewohnt….

Das wir zuerst ein Häuschen bekamen ,dass nicht unserer Buchung entsprach. Der Garten Drumherum nicht gemäht und ungepflegt. Seesicht total eingeschränkt trotz Seeblick Buchung . Haben aber anderes Zimmer bekommen gegen Aufzahlung :(

Martin (9/5): Wirklich super, nur wenig zu beklagen - Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Sehr lobenswert an dieser Stelle möchte ich die Sauberkeit betonen! Kein Haar, kein Krümel, nichts! Hat man sehr selten. Der Blick und die Lage waren sehr gut. Zumindest für uns. Es ist nicht im Zentrum, aber fußläufig in ca. 15-20 Minuten erreichbar. Dadurch war es aber wirklich ruhig und angenehm in der Anlage. Auch das Personal war wirklich sehr nett. Im Restaurant konnte man sehr reichhaltig für einen, zumindest für Italien, fairen Preis essen. Nicht gefallen hat, das ist Meckern auf hohen Niveau, dass in der Küche ein paar Dinge wie Untersetzer usw. gefehlt haben. Ein wirklich großes Manko, deshalb auch keine volle Punktzahl. Ich hatte eine absolut durchgelegen Matratze. Leider wurde diese auf freundliche Nachfrage hin nicht getauscht. Das war schade und hat den sehr guten Eindruck getrübt. Aber dennoch ist die Anlage, zumindest in der Nebensaison, sehr zu empfehlen.
Veronika (8/5): - Klidné místo s krásným výhledem na jezero. Vybavení bylo obyčejné, ale bylo zde opravdu čisto. Velikost pokojů byla dostatečně velká. Koupelna už má nejlepší za sebou, potřebovala by renovaci.

Great location, fabulous facilities (kids loved the football pitch and playground), apartment was a brilliant size, staff were very friendly. Restaurant is amazing, we had from it every night either sitting on or taking away.

Attila (10/5): Fantasztikus panoráma, kényelmes apartman. - Fantasztikus a kilátás a tóra és a tóparti hegyekre. A teraszon lévő asztal és székek kitűnő lehetőséget adtak a szabadtéri étkezésre, de bent is megvolt a megfelelő étkező. A közeli étteremben gyorsan lehetett remek pizzát kapni elvitelre is. Az ablakos felületek kicsit kevésnek bizonyultak, nappal is lámpát kellett kapcsolni. Ez így ősszel kicsit fura volt, de nyáron bizonyára előnyös a nagy meleg kivül tartásában.

Jeroen (9/5): Is ons heel erg goed bevallen en we komen graag nog eens terug! - Het totaalplaatje heeft ons compleet verrast. Heerlijk verblijf met prachtig weer erbij. Het zwembad was uitermate schoon en werd elke nacht schoon gemaakt. We konden er heerlijk eten in het eigen restaurant. Prachtig uitzicht over het meer! Ik heb met de racefiets heerlijk kunnen fietsen daar, maar mijn partner is niet zo sportief. Arca ligt tegen de berg aan, dus je moet een stukkie naar boven klimmen na een avondje uit in Bardolino. De ligging en het uitzicht zijn prachtig
