• de Kind (9/5): - Geweldige hotel, mooie kamers en alles tot in de puntjes geregeld, ligging in de het midden van het oude centrum. met een geweldig uitzicht over San Marino. Complimenten voor het personeel zo attent en behulpzaam, ze parkeren je auto en regelen de koffers van en naar de parkeergarage. Top Hotel echt een aanrader.

P6-os parkoló gyalog 5 perc, 6euro/éjszaka, ha nincs hely, akkor a P7-es is csak pár perccel van távolabb. Kényelmes, jól felszerelt, igényes és tiszta 3. emeleti szoba csodálatos kilátással. A svédasztalos reggeli rendkívül széles választékot kínál, klasszikus környezetben. Csak ajánlani tudjuk. :-) Nem volt ilyen.

• pasquale (2/5): Arrangiatevi - Posizione centrale La posizione è centralissima. Forse valutare 4 stelle questa struttura è troppo. Nella stanza non c’ è molto, manca perfino il comodino vicino al letto, nel frigo bar 4 bottiglie d’ acqua al modico prezzo di 2,8 euro ciascuna. In un quattro stelle mi aspetto che ci sia almeno una bottiglia di cortesia. Ma la cosa peggiore è che non c’era connessione. Chi è costretto a lavorare con la rete ha grossissimi problemi e difficoltà. Peggio è poi la completa mancanza di empatia al ricevimento. Ho avuto un’ alzata di spalle ed un “non posso farci nulla”anche se avevo spiegato che avevo bisogno per lavorare. Avrebbero per esempio potuto darci la password del bar adiacente, sempre della stessa proprietà, avrebbe potuto contattarci un responsabile e perlomeno scusarsi. Nulla. Della serie “arrangiatevi”. Manco un euro di sconto sulla tariffa, manco una parola di scuse.

Non era raggiungibile con ascensori e questa cosa non era stata segnalata. L’odore appena entrato in camera era alquanto fastidioso perché sembrava che l’eccesso di profumazione servisse a mascherare un odore di fondo di sigaretta. Una cosa ancor più degna di nota e il fatto che non mi è mai capitato in un hotel o pensione di dover stare in piedi per aspettare che qualcuno si alzasse dalla stanza delle colazioni. Per potervi accedere eravamo diversi ad aspettare nel corridoio dell’hotel. Mai capitato in altre parti.

Property was conveniently located and parking was available right outside old town wall. Close from there to walk in…maybe do a backpack and leave large luggage in car. Staff very helpful and there is a restaurant in the hotel as well as a wine bar below. Nothing to do with property but San Marino is filled with trinket shops and perfume shops. Could easily see sights in a day.

Più grande, più spaziosa, con doppio bagno ed abbiamo apprezzato. Sono stati molto carini, ripeto. Abbiamo apprezzato. Non posso però non dire che le camere (ne abbiamo viste due) devono avere necessariamente un restyling... siamo nel 2025. Ok la tradizione ma cerchiamo di coniugare innovazione a tradizione. L'ho scritto sopra. L'albergo necessita di innovazione. Gli ascensori sono vecchi, i montacarichi idem. E poi una colazione farla pagare 16€ a testa mi sembra un pò tantino.

• Klaudio (8/5): Overall, despite the delay at check-in, our stay was very pleasant thanks to the hotel’s perfect location in the heart - We had a nice stay at this hotel in San Marino. The location was great, right in the heart of the historic center, surrounded by beautiful medieval streets and charming squares. From the hotel, we were able to reach all the main attractions on foot within just a few minutes, which made exploring the city very easy and enjoyable. What I didn’t like was the check-in experience. We arrived around 13:50 and the room was not ready, so we were asked to come back in 30 minutes. After taking a short walk, we returned around 14:25, but the room was still not ready. At that point there was a different person at reception, who told us we would need to wait another 30 minutes. In the end, we couldn’t access our room until almost 15:30, which was quite inconvenient, especially in the heat of the day.

We felt ripped off and questioned why they even offered that room for rent. And, no one mentioned, oh by the way, it’s below the kitchen and WILL get noisy. Felt they should have rebated the cost of that night. Be careful with room selection.

Our room was spotless and offered a stunning view. We also enjoyed a fantastic meal at the on-site restaurant, La Terrazza. Highly recommend this hotel and location for a truly memorable experience!

We found a space close to the restricted drive zone entrance and walked to the hotel. They then sent a golf cart to us and directed us to the parking garage and took our bas to the hotel. You MUST book parking with the hotel if you want to have any chance of finding parking. The rooms were nice with and amazing view. The bed was so so. A king created with 2 twins. Bathroom had a GREAT shower. Dinner at the hotel was wonderful. The view of sunset was Outstanding and the food was delicious and service great. If you are going to see San Marino, and stay overnight this is a great place.

It cannot get much better than that if you search for a place in the heart of San Marino. Also, the reception staff was very helpful and kind. Value for money was unfortunately poor: We had a noisy suite (lowest level of the building) in which you could heard the bar next door as well as everything that was spoken in the neighbouring hotel room („suite“). Besides that we expected a bit more comfort for the price: the suite was a pretty standard hotel room with slightly outdated furniture that showed clear signs of usage from throughout the years.

• Marlene (10/5): - The property is located in the historic center of San Marino. It’s quite an uphill climb, so those with mobility issues might consider elsewhere. Otherwise, the bathroom was excellent, and the hotel was clean. I forgot a Bluetooth speaker in my room, and the staff called me within 5 minutes and met me at the gate to the center, so I didn’t have to drag my luggage back up the hills. Excellent service.
