• Alisha (1/5): Skip this place, I can’t understand the reviews. Will chargeback with my bank - I liked that we could open the window, it helped with the smell. It was raining outside and the sound was nice. Poor communication, lack of accessibility, stinky, dirty room and rude people We couldn’t leave and get back in. No one showed us how to work the multiple locks. This building houses multiple hotels, reception for a different hotel had to let us in the lobby and contact the owner to provide access to the room. We were instructed to go up 3 flights of stairs to meet the host. A lady popped her head out threw keys at us and pointed. When we returned we could not get in, because how we know? Luckily? Residents were arriving and let us the main door. To get in the room was another struggle, an angry man came up and belittled us for bothering him. I was thirsty and the sink stinks- I was afraid to leave, getting in is risky. I just couldn’t wait to leave. And after I left, they sent me angry messages about paying the tax with cash. I can’t even get in! You expect me to come back on purpose?! My Rome hotel the day before put tax on my bill

• Sara (10/5): Camera top... posizione over the top - Camera bella ...pulita ed anche di buone dimensioni. La metro davanti al portone d'ingresso è un punteggio superiore al 10! L'appartamento è ben tenuto...quando si entra quel profumo ti allieta la giornata. Sicuramente ritornerò in questa struttura!

Könnyű kapcsolattartás a szállásadóval, egyszerű check in. Gyalog is könnyen megközelíthető sok nevezetesség pl. Colosseum, Santa Maria Maggiore bazilika, San Giovanni Lateráni bazilika. Számos étterem és bolt is a közelben van. Mivel egy kereszteződésnél helyeszkedik el a szállás kicsit zajos, de nem zavaró. A zuhanyzó mérete kicsit szűkös.

• Sara (6/5): - What I liked it that it was easy to check in with digital access to the space, and the room was large, which was nice it most central room in properties can be very tight for space. The shower was nice and warm, the bed was relatively comfortable. The the location is really good with regard to access to everything, especially since there is a subway station literally out the front door of the property. It is a little noisy and the street is very busy but it’s also central Rome so… I have to say what I dislike the most about this property with the number of emails, text, and even a voice note about the city tax. The way the city tax works is either you pay on arrival if the staff is there or you pay when you leave by leaving the money in the room. No one was there when I arrived so the plan obviously was to leave the money in the room when I left. I got two all caps about this in Booking.com (all caps felt a little aggressive). I got WhatsApp messages about it, and I finally WhatsApp and confirmed that I would be leaving the city tax in the room, because I was sick of getting all of these notifications about it and she then left me a voice note about the city tax. I can only imagine that there are some people who don’t leave the money and I understand that that must be frustrating to the staff, but the number of reminders in a 36 hour period was excessive. In the middle of writing this review, she started texting me because apparently she already saw my review of the staff on Booking.com. This person needs to chill out.

Σημαντικό ότι καθαριότητα πραγματοποιούνταν καθημερινά. - Ήταν στο κέντρο οπότε βρίσκεται κανείς κοντά στα πάντα (από εστιατόρια, καφέ μέχρι supermarket ή mini market). Ωραία θέα από το μπαλκόνι παρότι κέντρο. Μεγάλο + το μετρό (κυριολεκτικά απ’ έξω). Δεν υπάρχει προσωπικό τύπου reception (χώρος) ώστε να μπορεί κάποιος να απευθυνθεί δια ζώσης και όχι μέσω τηλεφώνου ή mail.

Napokkal érkezés előtt többször írtam uzenetet egyszer sem kaptam választ. Erkezeskor felhivtam a szallasadot kértem küldje el üzenetben a belepesi kódot,azt mondta pár perc és küldi. Negyed óra múlva sem jött üzenet. Újból felhivtam nemvolt képes a kódot elküldése,mondta idején, meg negyed órát kellett várni rá fáradtan,csomagokkal az ajtó előtt ültünk. Erkély nemvolt, és WiFi sem működött 4 napig. Mobilnetet használtunk. Persze minden nap kaptam emailt, és levelet is,hogy az idegenforgalmi adót ne felejtsük el, amikor én kerestem a bejutassal kapcsolatban nemvolt válasz. Nagy csalódás volt a szállás.

• Rivogia (7/5): Rione Esquilino multietnico e vivace - Permanenza di 5 notti in camera al secondo piano con ascensore di questa palazzina antica, la camera n.3 è all'interno di area dedicata Charme che propone diverse camere, facilità di accesso al portone e al piano. Posizione comoda agli spostamenti a piedi verso monumenti, siti archeologici e luoghi d’arte; comoda per la fruizione di mezzi pubblici, stazione metropolitana linea A Manzoni proprio davanti all'ingresso della palazzina. Silenziosità camera, ottimo infisso dell'ampia finestra, nonostante l'esposizione su di una arteria stradale abbastanza trafficata, buona qualità del sonno. Camera di buona dimensione, presenza di piccolo frigorifero, molto utile per riporvi qualcosa per la colazione visto che Charme non la propone, e di bollitore per farsi tè e tisane. Contatti rapidi e efficaci via whatsapp con le referenti di Charme. Mobilio della nostra camera funzionale ma un po' retrò, da svecchiare. Bagno piccolo funzionale ma migliorabile, il wc e scarico certamente da rivedere. Livello di pulizia migliorabile sia in bagno che in camera. Con soste di 5 notti forse si potrebbe prevedere almeno un cambio di asciugamani

• Roberto (10/5): Excelente estadía y ubicación, disfrutamos mucho - La ubicación de este lugar es excelente, con muchos locales alrededor y la estación de metro justo enfrente del edificio, a unos dos metros. La cama era súper cómoda, el baño amplio y la limpieza impecable. La habitación era espaciosa, y nos encantó el estilo y las decoraciones. El edificio tenía un ascensor antiguo pero funcional, y la anfitriona fue muy amable y servicial. La vista a la ciudad era hermosa, y la noche fue realmente tranquila. El Coliseo estaba a unos 18 minutos caminando. También pudimos dejar las maletas sin problemas, porque llegamos antes del checkin. Nada que mejorar.

• Craig (9/5): Comfortable way to end a hot day in Rome! - Extremely comfortable AC in the room, and straightforward instructions to get into the property. The facilities were clean and the owner is friendly. The keys, honestly, were not that simple to use. The doors are finicky and do not close well, and the bathroom did not have a lock from what I noticed. Otherwise, this property worked well.

Nella prenotazione era indicata la colazione inclusa invece scopriamo che non c'era. I bar vicino erano scadenti e anche cari per quello che erano. La zona, a parte la metro sotto casa era abbastanza brutta ,non c'è nulla ed è frequentata da tanti senza tetto. Un po' paura la sera.

The host sent us all information on whatsapp, so the check in was all remote and quite straightforward. The room was clean and spacious. Good value for price. There is nobody to check you in and as you have to pay the city tax you need to send the photo of your document to the host via whatapp which I think doesn't apply with the GDPR standards. I think for this price, there should be someone some sort of reception. The flush in the toilet was very weak and didn't flush properly. The door to the bathroom didn't work properly and were sliding open while sitting on the toilet. Not to mention, how uncomfortable it was given I shared the room with my mother.

Метро буквально під будинком, а Колізей 17 хв пішки від апартаментів. Номер затишний і є все необхідне. Балкон з видом на місто. Ну почнімо з заселення, ще до моменту нашого заїзду три рази нагадували про те, що туристичний збір не входить і треба буде сплатити готівкою, але на наші повідомлення не відповіли тут. А на ранок, після першої ночі ЩЕ раз прийшло повідомлення про туристичний збір, хоча ми вже домовились, що залишу на столі у апартаментах. Злив в туалеті працював дуже погано, а сам унітаз не добре закріплений до підлоги. Складна система заселення оці кодові замки, інструкції.. Ввечері, коли ми день гуляли Римом, світили в коридорі ліхтариком та проходили цей квест.

• Brian (3/5): Pretty poor as a result of receiving a single room instead of double that was paid for. - Located right beside the entrance to the metro and only 2 stops from the main railway station; it is a very convenient location. Nobody there to meet on arrival and access via a keypad number plus number to open box for key to apartment and room BUT it eventually became clear that the key was for the wrong room. The room and bed were quite large for a single room and maybe the double we should have had might have been OK. There is no food provided but also no facility to make tea or coffee. The only compensation offered for getting a single rather than double room was to stay an extra day for free but impossible with our schedule.
