- Amal (10/5): من افضل اقاماتي باسطنبول - اشكر ادارة الفندق على بشاشتهم وترحابهم الفندق من اجمل الفنادق اللي سكنتها باسطنبول سهولة تسجيل الدخول والمغادرة الغرف واسعة والنظافة يشاد بها الفطور بسيط لكن لذيذ ونظيف لكن لي ملاحظة الفندق في طلعة يعني اللي عندهم اطفال بيكون شوي صعب لهم طلوع الشارع وللعلم كل شي قريب مغسلة كوي الملابس والسوبر ماركت والمطاعم وقريب جداً من شارع تقسيم ومحطة المترو ..اخص بالشكر موظفة الاستقبال ملكة على ابتسامتها واخلاقها كل شي جميل ونفس الصور
- Faten (9/5): - الفندق جميل جدا ونظيف مرافقه رائعه، الطاقم بشوش ومتعاون، الإفطار لذيذ ومنوع. موقع الفندق سيئ للغايه لاتوجد مرافق بالقرب منه ، و وجوده في نهاية منحدر متعب جدا.. تجربه لن تتكرر بالرغم من مميزات الفندق المذكوره.

- Mamdouh (8/5): - Cleanliness and newness of place Reception staff unfriendly, unhospitable and with an attitude. Also, breakfast variety is too Turkish, not international. You have to pay for continental options such as omelette.
- Farzaneh (8/5): In general I was happy with this hotel. They can do a little better though - The Location is perfect. Just 8 minutes walk to Taksim Square. The hotel was clean.The beds were comfy. It was clean. The breakfast was very nice everyday the menu was slightly different. There were many different kinds of Jam, Cheese, Fruits,Breads,Omelet and …. The only problem was two nights we asked for two bottles of water in our room and we never received them. The Internet connection was not great. Also never ask for the Taxi to the airport from the hotel. The best way is calling an Uber. Their taxi service is more expensive than Uber.

- Sumaya (7/5): - الغرف واسعه و نظيفه سرعه تسجيل الدخول الموظفون خدومين الهدوء التام في الفندق يتم توفير الماء فقط عند تسجيل الدخول اول يوم، بعد ذلك يجب احضاره بنفسي من مكتب الاستقبال لا يتم اعادة تعبئة الميني بار داخل الغرفه ( الشاي.القهوه و الماء) لا يتم توفير كاوية في الغرفه صحيح انه قريب من ميدان تقسيم لكن يقع ع منحدر صعب جدا لمن لديه كبار في السن او عربة اطفال اطلاله الغرفه كانت سيئة على مباني قديمه

I had booked this stay for my birthday, and despite my partner mentioning it in advance, there wasn’t even a small gesture or note in the room to acknowledge it. I’ve stayed at Metropolitan hotels (other locations) before, but this level of service does not compare to what you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

La diversité du petit déjeuner : il y avait tout les jours les mêmes plats, et le jus d' orange était payant 4 euros , la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas Le type de quartier : c'était difficile de monter la route qui ramène à taksim (en 5mn) pour ma mère ce n'était pas la rue idéale pour marcher le soir , car il y avait bcp d' hommes en cigarette et bierre ... Attention au prix des services : le premier agent de réception m'a proposé 600 lira pour le taxi à l'aéroport , et quelques heures plus tard j'ai posé la question et finalement c'était 500 lira Et finalement le taxi m'a demandé de donner seulement 450 pour aller a sabiha aéroport

I like on of the staff there(check in guy). he was so understanding The water cut out in the middle of my shower, which was pretty annoying. I also ended up getting charged for the water in the room. which I thought was included. The service was mixed: the guy at check in was wonderful, he was so understanding and professional, but the woman at checkout was highly unprofessional. She demanded a positive rating in a bossy, commanding tone, which is no way to speak to a paying guest.
- PAUN (8/5): Totul a fost perfect! - Micul dejun a fost foarte bun si diversificat iar in privinta personalului sau a serviciilor , totul a fost foarte bine si personalul foarte prietenos . Domnul de la receptie si domnul care se ocupa de curatenia in camera au nota 10+ . Prosoapele se schimbau zilnic . Pot sa spun ca as avea ceva ce nu mi-a placut si anume faptul ca a fost un pic cam inghesuita camera tripla si in ceea ce priveste pozitionarea hotelului nu pot sa spun ca am fost foarte incantati .Zona este intr-adevar linistita dar este un pic izolat si putin mai departe de piata .

Limpieza de las habitaciones, nos llevaron agua cada día , estuvieron atentos en el desayuno y no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema. Es una excelente elección para una familia con niños. - Razkani (8/5): Sehr gutes, sauberes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit freundlichem Personal, - Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist hervorragend – man erreicht die Innenstadt und die Istiklal-Straße bequem zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, und das Housekeeping-Personal war besonders freundlich. Jeden Tag wurde gründlich geputzt, aufgeräumt und frische Handtücher bereitgestellt. Insgesamt waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist fair, daher kann ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft das Wasser im Zimmer. Im Kühlschrank standen Wasserflaschen, jedoch war nicht klar gekennzeichnet, dass diese kostenpflichtig sind. In anderen Hotels gibt es dafür meist eine Preisliste, was hier gefehlt hat. Zudem ist der Preis für das Wasser recht hoch. Außerdem war das Frühstück zwar am ersten Tag gut, aber es fehlte an Abwechslung, sodass es auf Dauer etwas eintönig wurde.

- Kader (10/5): - - Frühstück war sehr Gut, bei wenigen Besuchern wird aus Buffet ein Persönliches Frühstück nach Wunsch an den Tisch gebracht, - Personal sehr freundlich. - Sauberkeit sehr sauber - aus diesen Gründen wurde es zu mein Stammhotel (Preis + Leistung = TOP) - Geruch von der Kanalisation im Bad, bei manchen Tagen mit sehr hoher Temperaturschwankungen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kann nicht behoben werden, da das Hotel in einem Tal liegt. Sonst kann man im Hotel nichts bemängeln.

- Hatice (8/5): Es war trotzdem schöne Zeit miteinander - Das Hotelpersonal an der Tür war sehr hilfsbereit, wir waren mit ihrem Service sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer und waren insgesamt fünf Personen. Mit der Sauberkeit und den Handtüchern gab es keinerlei Probleme. Leider sind im Zimmer unserer Freunde eingekaufte T-Shirts und Pistazien (Antep fıstığı) verschwunden. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption gemeldet, aber die Sachen konnten nicht gefunden werden. Mein Freundin war darüber sehr traurig, aber das Hotelpersonal hat versucht, ihn mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten zu trösten.

- olga (3/5): Muy mala , no volvería ni gratis , no puede ser esa su valoración de 4 estrellas - El desayuno tenía poca variedad de fiambres , faltaban frutas , deberían estar cortadas o en ensensalada. La ubicación es buena porque está cerca de la plaza Taskim y de la calle de comercios , pero las cuadras para caminar hasta el hotel tienen un pésimo aspecto, sucias e inseguras. Lo antes dicho. La tarjeta de entrada a la habitación siempre funcionó mal, tuvimos q pedir jabón porque no lo reponían , los frascos de shampu y acondicionador de la ducha estaban vacíos, al quejarnos repusieron la última noche de alojamiento ( fueron 4 noches las que nos alojamos) La colcha de una de las camas estaba rota . Los funcionarios no hacían esfuerzos por entender los reclamos!
