The international staff were all efficient and approachable. Breakfast was excellent. Some bedrooms were a long way from the lift and required stairs to access. The air conditioning was not sufficient to keep rooms cool on sunny days with rooms with large windows.

The staff Were rude , unprofessional,and showed no concern for guests!the breakfast was very pior Quality,with limites variety and almost no replenishment.even while still destes , we were pressured to leave at 10:00 am . They even refused to serve a simple coffee because the time had passes by just one minute ! I witnessed the same treatment with other guests.to make matters worse,they turned off the lights and starter vaccuming to force people out, which is completely unacceptable!the air conditioning does not work properly,very cold!there is no assistance with the luggage!we request a taxi to the airport and was told it would arrive in 3 minutes ! After waiting 25 minutes and risking missing out flight , i had to call an Uber myself ! Without a doubt , this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at . I don’t recomendo it!

The breakfast was excellent, but got busy at times. Tables took awhile to get cleaned for turnover. We stayed four nights here. On the last day, they kept our large bag for us as we took the ferry to Talliin for an overnight. We picked it up the next day on our way to the airport. That was very nice of them. Front desk staff was always very nice. In the comfort level room, suitcase space was limited. Very little storage area to unpack.

- Zigett (6/5): Average hotel in a great location - This is a stylish art deco hotel in a great location near Esplanadi Park. Our room was an average size but with a view looking straight across to the other building. It had some mod cons like dressing robes and a soft close toilet seat, but no slippers, no coffee machine and no USB sockets. And whilst the bed was relatively comfortable, we found the pillows really poor. We also didn't like the small shower room where the poorly designed walk-in shower led to the shower room floor being covered in water every time we had a shower. The lobby bar was dimly lit but it was yet another place where they serve you an expensive cocktail without any complimentary snacks (mixed nuts were an additional €3). There's a gym in the basement which was sparsely equipped but it was roomy and fine for a quick workout. The included breakfast was an average buffet spread. Disappointingly, an omelette was an extra €6.50 (or €3 for a fried egg). Overall, we liked the location but were left quite underwhelmed with the hotel itself.

Tullessa huone oli kylmä, alle 20 astetta,eikä lämpö noussut edes kahdeksassa tunnissa juurikaan vaikka laittoi säätimen täysille. Aspa ei vastannut soittamalla. Piti hakea aspasta erillinen lämpöpatteri hoitamaan lämmitys. Ei pitäisi tapahtua tämän tason hotellissa, tai missään hotellissa ylipäätään.

- Kay (10/5): Comfortable stay in a good location - Clean comfortable room, comfy bed and pillows. Lovely bathroom. Excellent breakfast with attentive staff. Plenty of gluten free options which is a necessity rather than choice. Location was very good, easy access to good bars and restaurants. A great stay. Despite our room being along a carpeted corridor and our best efforts to knock the snow off our boots outside we still ended up taking grit and snow into the room. We could have done with a tray to put our boots on. I suppose this was the time of year problem as there was a lot of snow around.

Unfortunately, the service did not improve the experience. The front desk staff (Kata Kärki) was inflexible and unwilling to accommodate even reasonable requests. For a hotel in this price range, the basic standards of cleanliness and customer service did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this hotel for business travel, as the level of service does not justify the cost.
