The bathroom was great, and the shower was a great perk too. Overall, very happy with my stay! The mirror in the bathroom was fairly large, but I was hoping there would be a full-length mirror. Not a huge issue, but the TV was off to one side of the room. Overall, very happy with my stay!

The only reason 8 didn't give it a 10 is because we have some guy pounding on our door at 2am completely drunk. I did call the front desk and they did respond immediately but then we had to listen to the couple fight all night long. Which i understand is not the hotels fault. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

• Jessie (10/5): - Just book it. You won't regret it. The studio king I stayed in was Perfect! I LOVED my stay at this hotel so much! I would definitely stay here again, and again. The burger at the bar is delicious. The staff in the hotel are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a variety of good options. Waffles, cereals, yogurt (toppings), meats, and biscuits.
• Julie (6/5): - The area and parking lot didn’t feel entirely safe as it was in a somewhat remote location but it was a quick drive to stores and restaurants. The room didn’t have a safe in it and the air conditioning fan was noisy all the time it was running.

With one exception of handicap closet - After calling before booking hotel I asked if they had waffles for continental breakfast (no, i don't remember what day i called) and last said yes. So I booked this hotel over another. However we only stayed Sunday- Friday and waffles were only served Sat & Sun breakfast. After days of no waffles, i asked on my last day (Friday) of they could make me one and they did. I don't like the closet in the handicap room because there was no place to hang dresses, pants or long shirts because they have wheelchair height clothes bar. Hence the no hanging hangers signage next to every sprinkler. Shower rod was our closet, until showers. This was annoying

• Stella (9/5): Great location helpful staff - How close facility is to Toyota Center. Large parking lot. Close to shopping. Felt the room needed to have easier access to water when making coffee. The shower needs safety bar on wide wall for safety of older guests. It would be nice if desk recognized older guests. Our room was second floor at the end of the looong hallway. Pushing a cart with luggage for a four day stay was difficult for older women. Next time will request a handicap room. The restaurant was very nice. We ordered takeout for our room for two nights. Food was very good.

The window is so beautiful and bright and we had a show next-door that was attached to the Convention Center and it just made everything so easy. It was quiet and we had a great nights sleep. • Roman (10/5): - The hotel in general as well as our room were clean upon arrival. Room was very neatly and tidy put together. The room temp was set at 70 degrees which was a pleasant surprise since most other hotels keep rooms at about 60 degrees when not occupied. Staff was nice to the families with kids and were very accommodating to the extend they can. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

• Mario (10/5): Amazing night - It’s perfect if you’re traveling and if you’re going to a concert, it’s amazing. It is three or four minutes away from the town Toyota Center. If there is an alcohol like six minutes away driving and food is no more than 10 minutes away.
• Mario (10/5): A perfect day - If you’re going to a concert next to the town Toyota center it is perfect. It is a two minute three minute walk. Behind the town Toyota is Lil Minnie mouse and then it’s five minutes from everywhere else like the mall and restaurants.
