• Sylvia (3/5): Terrible - It was okay on Saturday everything was set up except on Sunday morning hardly had anything out especially no coffee made. When we got there had already got all our stuff out of the car come to notice that the room was dirty and the lady showed us another room was dirty also showed us another side and it was okay just took the air a long time to get the room cool.the lady said she would give us a discount and haven't seen one yet .

• Daniel (6/5): - Just an over night business trip. When i arrived no one was at hotel desk they pulled up in a vehicle as i got there. There was black mold in the shower. Breakfast was not very appealing with very small selection .Nothing as seen on website. The building was as seen in pictures with a very appealing face lift.

• Adrian (10/5): My kids had fun I made dinner and breakfast on flat top rooms were so spacious and everything! - I didn’t have breakfast but staff was super helpful and nice. Will be staying again for sure! Place was amazing I didn’t stay longer
• Coulton (2/5): Very poor - staff was great not there issue AC wouldnt cool room off it was 76 degrees got switch rooms ac sucked to pull the filters out wasn't clean but ac work better it could breath and rented the place for the pool access but the pool green ASF dirty so couldn't us that

• Teresa (6/5): - The breakfast did not offer any healthy food. The cereal was awful and there was no fresh fruit—not even a banana. We had to replace the toilet paper ourselves. There was on fro in the drawer and a couple spoons. The young woman who showed us how to use the TV was polite and efficient.
• Leslie (8/5): Good value - Comfortable, spacious and kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was not clean/available. We mainly booked it with the idea of using the pool but unfortunately the pool was not in service.

• Shelby (1/5): A bad stay. - Didn’t like anything. No one is ever there. Front desk is always empty. No employees and they leave a number for you to call if you need assistance, and they don’t answer.

• Crystal (4/5): Horrible - There were bugs on the floor. They gave someone a key to my room and that person came to my room trying to get in at 1 am in the morning. Luckily I had the deadbolt locked, but I was awakened. I found hair in the shower and on the sink and found a roach in the room. The room smelled like dirty man. The couch was stained. The hotel said they did not have my reservation when I got there. Front desk person was a bit rude when I told her about the person who tried to get into my room because they gave them a key. She simply said I didn’t work last night so I don’t know who did that Everything

• Valerie (10/5): Unexpected Gem!! - Fantastic price, clean, huge rooms furnished with dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster , pots and pans...and even a cutting board. Shower had wonderful water pressure and beds extremely comfortable. 24 hour game room with snacks! Nothing negative to say. Staff was attentive, kind and courteous. Room was big and comfortable. Price fantastic. definitely coming back on the regular!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Nothing fancy - The place was decent. Pillows need replaced. Turned in dirty towels (4) and only 1 clean towel was replaced. The breakfast area was closed. No coffee. The room itself was nice. Roomy . Had full kitchen . Dont expect much. But ..not the worst either.

• joe (8/5): a good deal - this is a nice little lodge all rooms have direct outside access and the front desk staff was very friendly. its on a busy street and they don't provide soap or shampoo but there was a little kitchenette and the room was big, comfortable. the property is conveniently located in Kennedy
• Verified traveler (2/5): - At check in - no one at desk for 7 minutes. Finally show up. Never asked for ID or proof of credit card. Guessed my name when I said I had a reservation. Anyone could have charged that room to my card! Get to room - door wide open, ac taken apart. Go to front desk, no one to be found...again. Find maintenance guy, he puts ac back together. Get back to hotel late that night - keys won’t work. Go to front desk. Guess what? NO ONE THERE! A note in desk instructed us to call number. We call, tell them key won’t work. They direct us to a hidden master key that will open all room doors. NEVER ASKED FOR OUR NAME OR OUR ROOM NUMBER! Could have given any random person a master key to all rooms!!!!!! Picked this hotel because it had a pool - disappointed in how disgusting this pull was! So murky, you can’t even see the bottom of a 3 foot deep pool. Gross. Didn’t get to swim. The only time anyone was at the desk to help - had to go get towels. They only gave us 2 towels for a room that sleeps (and was reserved for) 4 people. Checkout - asked for late checkout, but housekeeping camped out outside our room, sitting right beside our door, talking loudly, starting at 11:30. So much for that. Went to voice all my concerns at checkout...if course no one was at the desk. So just left our keys in the room (including the master key from the night before!) and went home, completely frustrated with the entire experience. Don’t recommend this hotel.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The rooms were spacious and clean. We reserved two rooms. One room needed a little maintenance attention and we brought it to the attention of the receptionist and they immediately offered to move us to another room but it was not something we needed to change rooms for. In addition to the rooms being very clean and spacious the facility was quiet and the staff friendly and very accommodating. The grounds were also well kept and breakfast fresh. We will definitely be back.

• John (8/5): South Texas Friendly - Even with a large group of oil field workers staying there, it was a quiet place. The hotel was under new management and was in the process of providing an enhanced breakfast menu. Would have liked a bathtub but for our short stay it wasn’t necessary.
• Alfredo (6/5): - The space in the room was okay but the coffee cups that are provided in the room were dirty and stacked as if they were clean. The walls had stains and the shower also had a rust stain that was coming from the a/c unit thats above the shower in the ceiling. The hot water in the shower wasnt that hot either. My wife was awaken by the cleaning ladies’ loud laughter in the morning and also by the screechy carts that they were moving around. The a/c unit cant be put on fan only, you have to put it on cold or hot only.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great place to stay. - Excellent accommodations. Bed was comfortable, amenities were better than adequate. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was okay. Early customers got the better of the buffet, but what was left was still okay.
