• Michael (10/5): A hidden gem in Wildwood Crest. - Close to the beach, friendly staff, clean, and awesome pool! Two nights they closed the pool at 8:30 instead of 9, which made the kids upset. But its understandable and not a big issue.

• Rosa (4/5): - No accommodation for handicap. We were on the 3 rd level with stairs and no elevators. Front desk did not help with the situation. We did not get the room we booked. The room we booked online was not the room we checked into.
• Maryeva (6/5): It was an ok stay. Won’t come back. - Having 2 bedrooms was nice! Usually the queen beds are in the same room but having a separate bedroom for our son was great. The beds were hard and the a/c was very noisy. No elevator so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. The cleaning service came to make up the room one morning and we arrived home in the evening to find that they did not close the door to our room- wide open for anyone to walk in.

The facility is super cleaned and better maintained than any place I have ever stayed at. No elevator to third floor but manageable. Everything else was superb.

• Amanda (8/5): - I love staying here. It's a home away from home. I stayed in the smallest room this time, however (little space at the very top of the stairs), which was a bit difficult. The bathroom space was a problem, as it's a very tight stall shower and the toilet is in a tiny alcove that I just about couldn't fit in. I HIGHLY recommend staying at Biscayne! But if you're in the 2XL or higher range, don't go for the smallest room option. :)

Kiddie pool was perfect for my 9month old grandson. Hotel was steps away from beach with convenient outside showers .Fresh coffee everyday in lobby was the best. • Jennifer (10/5): Clean, cozy and great service! - We really enjoyed our stay here. We have never been to Wildwood so we weren't sure what to expect. After reading the reviews I chose this place because it said that it was right off the beach and near the boardwalk. It was just a small walk to get onto the beach. I didnt realize the boardwalk was so big and this place is not located near the end with the rides. It is closer to the less busier part of the boardwalk which was fine with us. The room was great and very clean. It was rather noisy, where we could hear other guests moving around, slamming doors and stuff like that but we also had 2 children with us so we werent really bothered since they arent always very quiet either. The pool area was nice and there was a grill we could've used but we didnt. We only stayed for 2 nights but i would definitely come back again. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and explained everything we needed to know. We had an issue with a broken dish and a staff member came within minutes to sweep up the broken glass. He was so nice about it and was very concerned about any of us stepping on pieces that we may have missed. Our room had a full sized refrigerator and a cooktop which was nice. We were able to make food in the room and store things instead of having fast food the whole time. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again for a longer stay.

My only complaint was in listing the suite we stayed in as being a kitchenette. It only had a refrigerator and microwave unlike in Ocean City with sink, dishes, utensils, etc.
• Elena (10/5): - I booked this hotel two days before I left as a quick getaway with the family down to Wildwood. The hotel staff are very nice and attentive to all my questions that I’ve had. Our room was clean and room service came the following day to just make our beds. I left everything in my room and even had money laying on the dresser and nothing was touched. The pool was a great addition to after a nice morning on the beach. My parking spot was literally right next to my door on the first floor, which was amazing because after a long day, the best thing to do is go straight into your room. I also did not realize how close the beach actually was from the hotel When I first booked the room. It was a half a block away from direct access to the beach Where you can rent chairs and umbrellas.

• Kristin (10/5): - First time writing a review. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and the room and facility was so clean that I felt I had to write a review. Great location- very close to beach in a really nice area of Wildwood Crest. Highly recommend for a family stay!
• Verified traveler (2/5): Not worth the convenience - Not worth the money for the convenience. I had booked two double beds yet upon arriving was given a room with ONE double bed and a sofa bed. On top of this, the walls are thin and not sound proof. You can hear the people next to you clear as day, full conversations. We pleasantly (sarcasm) got to be next to an annoying child that SCREAMED at the top of his lungs all day and all night thanks to the thin walls. Imagine going on vacation to hear an obnoxious child scream and whine through the walls all day and night. The pool was always dirty. The AC unit is very small, when we arrived the room was nearly 80 degrees. The unit barely cooled off the room. I would not go back here, the only nice thing was the accessibility and closeness to the beach, however, I’m sure you can find a way nicer place to stay that’s also near the beach instead of this dump.

• Paul (9/5): Wonderful family-owned resort with a 50's vibe, close to great beach, very involved ownership. - I arrived @830pm and, while the office was closed they had called me several times while I was traveling and upon arrival one of the owners came over to unlock and provide me the key. Carpet was stained, maid didn't clean rear bedroom on second day.

• Carolyn (8/5): - If you love the beach, this is a great place to stay. The street the hotel is on dead ends right onto the beach. The beach is huge, looks like you could take long walks on it. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. There are two pools and parking is right outside the building. The room was on the small side with two double beds. It was fine, since there were only two of us in the room. The room came with a microwave and refrigerator, but no coffee maker. They do offer coffee in the morning, but not until 8am! Way too late for me. Luckily, I found this out the night before, so I went out to Wawa's and bought 2 cups of coffee to reheat in the microwave in the morning.

Has an oversized fridge, safe, and chairs to sit out in front of each room. Excellent service and knowledgable by Sue at evening check in. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Extremely convenient to the ocean access.
• Catherine (8/5): Nice setting, but some challenges. - They put us on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, but an employee assisted us with getting our things up there. I haven't seen a bathroom that small in ages. The shower would not have been big enough for many people nowadays. Staff was very friendly. Close to the beach.
