- Steve (9/5): We were only in town for one night and this hotel was perfect! Great location, clean and comfortable room. We’d stay the - It was exactly what we needed for a one night stay! Great price. Large comfortable room and bed. Everything was great!
- Jessica (8/5): Very pleasant. - The room was spacious, updated, and clean with new carpet and furniture. The bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. Everything was very nice. The only complaint was that the coffee provided was terrible. Also, only one cup was provided per day, although there were two of us staying in the room. If you are going to provide a service, do it right or don't do it at all.

- Silva (10/5): The Budget Inn is my to go lodging when visiting Paso Robles. - checking in, manager was friendly and accomodating, rooms, bathroom, exterior is nicely landscaped, maintained and well lit at night which made me feel safe. I discovered a taco truck location within very short walking distance just around the corner was a bonus. It was great for later in the evening when you are feeling hungry. the beds were too low. there was no bathroom fan. the bathroom sink drained very slow but did not disrupt my stay. I forgot to mention it to the manager.
- Filippova (9/5): Nice convenient place to stay in Paso Robles! - Spacious room, very clean and decent furniture. Huge fridge and microwave. I was not comfortable on one bed, so I have to move to another one which was better.
Nice roses and trees, small swimming pool, the parking lot was fool on Friday night! What was a minus-hotel sign was blowed away and I had to circle around searching for it.
No protected Internet, just the minimum to access smt.
- Donette (10/5): - Cleanses

- David (8/5): Quiet, budget stay - Affordable and comfotable. Location not close to restaurants.
- charles (6/5): it was ok. a decent mattress would have made the trip more enjoyable - the room was clean and pleasant. the mattresses need replaced The mattress I slept on was horrible. It was obvious that many (heavy) people had slept on it...
- Carol (4/5): Initial opinion was great, but didn't end as well - Very spacious room with both a desk and a table for two. It had a small refrigerator and a microwave. The towels are very small, but unfortunately we had a problem with the water backing up in the sink to overflowing. We bailed out three waste baskets before the front desk person could get to us and she tried to snake it. It was disgusting. They did compensate us some cash back which I asked for and which I very much appreciated, but it ruined the stay.

- Charles (7/5): Strange - Spacious room Placed as far back on the property as possible. There were no other people in the motel. A bit creepy.
- Carlos (9/5): Will definitely stay again - Location and quietness The sink clogged and the toilet as well
- Leticia (8/5): -
- Fatima (7/5): Comfortable Stay. - Very convenient location. Close to shops, and eateries. Room was very spacious.
- Say (9/5): -
- Jeffrey (10/5): Great value for the money - Very well maintained and upgraded older property. A recliner in the room soothed my injured back
- Nadine (8/5): - Well kept for being an older hotel. The desk mgr was friendly. Very clean. The bed was too hard. The toilet kept running and we had to keep dealing with that. There were some ants in the room but the office let us borrow their ant spray so it was resolved quickly.

- Tracy (10/5): Nice Clean and Quiet Motel - The rooms are large and very clean. It is quiet and close to downtown.
- John (5/5): Paso Stay - Hotel is always well kept and the staff is friendly The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. The heater fan wouldn't shut off. The room needed some extra cleaning

- Silva (9/5): Motel is maintained (rooms and exterior) and comfy except for the soiled bed comforter/ old towels - Even though it was an older motel, upgrades to rooms and exterior were good, comfy and satisfying The bed comforter was soiled. There were white colored patches and stains. I removed the comforter. Towels need an major upgrade. Towels were very thin, rough texture and scratchy on the skin.

- Mary (9/5): - Very clean basic room. Good value for the price. We will stay here again
- Lya (5/5): Not worth the value if you can’t get a good nights sleep. - The location was very good. The room was clean and had adequate amenities. The bed is very uncomfortable. It is very hard and it is only a mattress on top of a platform. There is no pillow top or soft covering. I did not sleep at all.
- Kimberly (10/5): - It was a well kept up property. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.
- Evelyn (10/5): -
- walter (9/5): - Exceptionally clean and neat.
- Kathryn (8/5): -
- Graciella (5/5): - It was clean... The blanket has stains and dirty as if they didnt change it and ref was dirty
- Kathleen (8/5): -
- Todd Taylor (8/5): - Comfortable bed . Nice helpful staff Nothing to not like
- Popovac (9/5): Everything worked out as we hoped it would. - Location was perfect for our needs. Property was well kept with ample parking. Room was huge and very quiet. Room amenities were adequate for an overnight stay. Great for a couple. Room price was a little high, but it was harvest-time in Paso Robles. There are no morning eats of any kind, another reason to wonder about the higher room rates.
- Scott (6/5): - The pool area was good area kept up nicely. The water was very clean and refreshing after a long hot afternoon in Paso. Bathroom was run down no way to plug the drain in the bath tub if you were inclined to take a relaxing hot bath. Location is good, convenient for town exploring. As the name says Budget
You get what you pay for.

- Margaret (8/5): - Overall, very good, nice location, safe and quiet. Room was spacious and nicely furnished- could have used a better light near the table. Lighting was a bit dim, but adequate. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the manager let me into the lobby to pick up a couple flyers on the area when he was busy doing other chores. Refrigerator was good, as was the microwave, though our microwave had seen better days. Bathroom facilities were good, and both well lit and well ventilated. We will definitely be coming back.
- Ana (7/5): -
- Dave San Diego (8/5): - Great value for Paso Robles, nice clean motel
- Chiara (8/5): Good affordable motel in Paso - Good motel with large room, friendly staff and good location
- Young (10/5): - The room was very clean. It was very large and had a table and chairs besides a desk and chair. We chose it because of the price and were very pleased to find it better than others we have paid much more for.
- Maricela (10/5): - I would come back again no doubt
- Rebecca (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Grounds are well kept and room was immaculate. Great location close to everything. Great value!
- nicola (9/5): -
- Virgil (8/5): - Good value for area. Clean, comfortable. Good condition.
- Belmiro (8/5): -
- Gerardo (9/5): - Clean room. No complaints.
- Silvia (8/5): -
- Veronica (10/5): - Place was nice and clean staff were friendly and the room and bed was comfortable.
- Ismael (10/5): -
- Diana (10/5): Clean, comfortable, and accommodating- we will always stay there when in Paso Robles. - The hotel premises and the rooms (have stayed there twice) are very clean, upgraded, and comfortable. The owners are friendly and accommodating. It is close enough to the downtown to walk (about half an hour) through pleasant tree-lined streets, which is wonderful after good meals in town. Nothing could have been better - it was excellent.
- Kenneth (10/5): - Clean, close to stores N/A
- Manuel (4/5): A disappointment! - It is a low cost motel that states "recently renovated" but it clearly has not been. The bed was lumpy and noisy. The toilet is a tiny old fashioned style with barely enough room for a grown man. The sink has hair in it. It does have a refrigerator and small microwave. The television remote was so complicated we gave up on watching any programs. The pool party with people having lots of fun went on well after midnight and we could hear them while we tried to get to sleep. Don't stay here!
- Vicente (2/5): - We did the mistake on staying at a motel, it bad idea. Super expensive for what is offered
- Franziska (10/5): - I was there on business. Nice large room.
- Jan (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Suzanne (10/5): Good value hotel - Check in and check out were easy and smooth. The parking spots are a good size and plentiful. Rooms have a refrigerator and microwave. The room was spacious. Towels are thin.
- Walker (8/5): Very good -
- shelby (4/5): - There was an earring in our bathroom and after looking closer, it appeared that it hadn’t been cleaned very well. Lots of long hairs in the bedding blankets and on the floor
- Timothy (6/5): Just needed a room for the night as we were traveling through. - Friendly staff. Lit parking lot. Shampoo and conditioners were in small ketchup style packets. The room had a faint smoking smell. No fan in the restroom, but there’s a window that opens. The beds were just okay.
- Kassidy (8/5): - Very clean and safe location. Only complaint is the beds are a little stiff.
- Sky (10/5): - Nice property. Close to the fair grounds
- Michael (6/5): - Mattress had no plush to it. Felt like sleeping on a box spring.
- Deborah (10/5): - Check in friendly and efficient. Large quiet room.
- Cavazos (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (10/5): - Very friendly and the owner let us check in a hour early. We'll keep and very clean
- Travis (10/5): - Can’t beat it for the price.
- Cody (9/5): Superb -
- Melisa (9/5): very pleasant would for sure. Stay there again. - Very easy to find very clean, spacious rooms really quiet and very nice people and beds were really comfortable na
- Silviac88 (8/5): Very good -
- Donna (8/5): Very good - I liked the location, the price, cleanliness and it was comfortable. The towels were pretty thin and we had 2 washcloths, 2 small bath towels and 2 wash cloths. Maybe that is to be expected in a budget motel. It all worked fine though. There was a truck parked in the handicapped spot without a placard and there was a car that was parked at a slant which made it difficult for us to park in our spot and unload..... This was the most upsetting. I guess I could have complained and the office could have tracked down the offender but I chose to unload what I could, repark for the night and finish unloading and then repark to load up the next morning. All the other parking spaces were gone so I had to make do for the night. The poorly parked car was still there when we left at 10:30 the next morning.
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional - Dead roach on floor of my room after I checked in
- Jaime (3/5): Poor - The room appeared clean and was comfortable upon first impression. The shower was broken and we didn't realize until the next morning when showering. We brought it up to the front desk and asked for a discount on the room and they refused. They said they would discuss with manager but we were charged the regular fee.
- Jennifer (8/5): It’s was lovely - It was near every thing. The pool was clean and refreshing
It was very clean For the most part we enjoyed our stay. It was a lil pricey for a motel
- Michael (3/5): Disappointing and Very Overpriced - The room was large and the a/c was cold. The mattresses sagged so much that I had a backache the next morning. The towels were cheap and threadbare. My daughter injured her toe on a part of the bed which was sticking out and the management couldn’t have cared less. All altogether it was a very disappointing stay for over $300.
- Robert (9/5): Liking Paso Robles - Easy stop along the way to Cupertino. Large room, recently refurbished. NA
- Joann (9/5): The room exceeded our expectations and the staff was very friendly and helpful. - The room was huge. A little outdated, but very clean and comfortable. The WiFi was a little sketchy. I think it was because our room was tucked in the corner of the property.
- Kosinski (8/5): Very good -
- mark (10/5): - The owner Peter was friendly and keeps a very clean room and property.
- Michael (8/5): - Nice budget hotel but expensive for an event that day.
