• Verified traveler (8/5): ブイビエン歩行者天国の中心。コスパの良いミニホテル。 - 夜間は歩行者天国になって、近年すっかりパワーアップしたブイヴィエン通りとデタム通りのまさに中心。GOGO BAR徒歩1分の便利な場所の割には、路地裏な静かなロケーション。一泊二千円以下ながら、朝食付きで、セーフボックス付きのキレイなシーツのある個室はめずらしい。浴室は、トイレ一体型な、東南アジアの安ホテルにありがちな簡易シャワーながら、Wifi、エアコン、冷蔵庫、薄型テレビとひと通り揃っている。但し、夜中に帰って来る場合、受付の男性がロビーで寝ていて、なかなか起きてくれないので注意。ドイモイ政策導入以降から、ベトナムに多く登場したミニホテルの名残りで、コスパの良い宿だ。

• Kayla (10/5): Basic hotel in prime location - Tucked away in an alley, we were happy to have a room with no windows since the neighborhood is very noisy and lively until late! The staff were friendly and had many tour options available. They were not able to book a regular bus for us but we found everything we needed very close by. Great overall experience here.

They just need to figure out a different system for getting back at night so you don't have to wait for the doorman to wake up when you've been standing there for 10 minutes trying to get back inside the hotel.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - 因為在酒吧街旁，到了晚上直到凌晨四點多在房內還是都會聽到樓下酒吧音樂的聲音。另外因為沒有電梯，所以如果住在五樓必須要將行李從樓梯搬上去。但櫃台服務人員都滿熱心的，早餐也會按照喜好幫我們準備好。

• Christopher (8/5): A great little hotel - A great little hotel right smack bang in the middle of Walking Street, District 1. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is not for you! The hotel itself is located 50 yards or so down one of the alleyways. The staff are super friendly and approachable. The room was fabulously clean. The AC worked a treat, beds were soft (I slept well). There is noise from the main drag, but I didnt really notice (I sleep with ear plugs in, when not at home) The shower room was clean with a good shower. Breakfast was included and had some wonderfully cooked eggs and bread to go along with the decent coffee and fruit. The hotel contacted me and arranged a taxi pickup from the airport (at extra cost). Was able to arrange tours through reception. WIFI was good with a generally strong internet connection. For the price paid it was an excellent choice and would happily return.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - This hotel is perfect for young backpackers who love to party ‘til the wee hours of the morning, or for those who travel on a budget (and also love to drink/party til late). The hotel is located on probably the loudest and crowdiest street of Saigon where mostly the very young like to hang out. The hotel’s staff is very nice and attentive, but personally I was disappointed about the cleanliness of my room. I found a long strand of hair on my bed sheets the first night I arrived. The remote controls for the A/C and TV were grimey and the bathroom fan was completely clogged with a ton of dust and dirt. I also found tiny ants crawling on the wall, although I must assume it was just my bathroom walls cause I met a couple staying at another room who didn’t seem to have the ant problem.

• William (8/5): In the heart of it all. - Have been living in Vung Tau but always stay here when visiting HCM. Rooms are small but clean with a nice breakfast thrown in as well. Saturday and Sunday there is music on walking street so ask for a back room. Giang at Front desk will go out hər way to help you. Great value for the price. About 10 times I've stayed there.
• Shoval (8/5): - The hotel in near the Bui Vien street but far enough so you can’t hear the noise of it. Location is great and the rooms are clean and quite spacious. Hotel staff was not very pleasant and breakfast was very basic.

• YONGHAN (6/5): Dont want many things for this price - Cheap price for staying for few nights. You will get a lot of noise due to its location. Great for backpackers, not for couples or families.
• Leonardo (8/5): Convenient hotel in side alleyway - Place is located on main street next to clubs and bars that get loud and busy at night. Being on a side alley helps with some of the noise, but not all. Moved from 4th floor to 1st floor as neighbour’s tin roof made it sound like an orchestra when raining. Very attentive and helpful staff. I would stay here again, will just make sure I take my earplugs.
• Sim (6/5): Hcm 2018 trip - Yearly trip. Lobby was not cooled with no air con. Limited breakfast with only egg menu, no noodle menu unless u bought and ask them to cook. Hotel no lift. If u stay 302 room. U will had to climb 4 storeys which is very inconvenient. Limited tables n chairs for breakfast area.

• Wiliam (8/5): Great Location - 2nd time to stay here . Staff are very helpful and friendly. . It’s up an alley opposite the police station in Bui Vien St but not too hard to find . If it’s your first time to Vietnam I suggest their airport pickup for $15US which is about double the normal fare but it could save you a lot of hassle. Rooms are basic but are clean with good aircon and wifi . Breakfast included with eggs , fruit and bread is nice . For the price it’s great value . Will definitely go back again .

The location is awesome! You are right in District one which is lively and fun even if you are not participating in the night life. Although you are in the heart of it you don't hear it in your room which is great. The rooms are clean but a little run down. For what you pay it is worth it.

• KDC_Traveller (8/5): Clean, friendly and inexpensive..worth a stay. - The Giang Son 3 is in the perfect location, in the heart of the “Walking Street” or backpackers alley but just far enough off the street to not be inundated with the constant thumping of the Euro disco trash that is a constant reminder that you aren’t in Kansas anymore! The rooms are spotless, bathrooms immaculate for South East Asia, plenty of hot water and all the niceties of a 4 star hotel. Free breakfast with your stay with a better selection of items than most and a free coffee and fruit plate. The hotel staff is very accommodating, polite and helpful. For a budget hotel this property is ideal for the more mature traveller or the backpacker that doesn’t want to deal with the whole testosterone fueled hostel scene. The only negative I have is the administrative, I booked for two extra nights and was only given one, it worked out OK as they moved me to the Giang Son 2 a couple blocks away. It might have been a one off but everything can’t be perfect. I highly recommend you try this if in Ho Chi Ming City.

Breakfast was fruit - 2pieces of watermelon and 1 banana,choice of scrambled,fried,omelette eggs tea or coffee. Hotel is located in an alley off Bui Vien,but is relatively quiet at night. Shower was hot,air con worked well.

• Emily (10/5): Awesome stay- Great AC- Friendly staff! - My sister and I had the BEST time! This location was perfect for us. It has food nearby, several bars, and walking distance to all the major points of interest. All the staff- from the front desk- to the breakfast crew were all very helpful and friendly. We always felt welcome. The room AC is great and we had everything we needed. The whole area is under construction due to the dry weather but it really was no bother to us.

• Nathan (10/5): A very warm welcome upon arrival at the hotel... - The hotel is very nice, clean and the A/C works great. The staff is outstanding and always smiles and eager to help. Hai is one of the full time staff even cooked sweet brown rice and beans for me because I am a vegan. He's a pretty good cook and even helps me with my luggage for three blocks away. The hotel has earned a 5 stars-rating... for those travelers to come, we stayed 3 nights and every night was a memorable one... Keep up the good work!!!

It was clean and spacious, just the surroundings and entrance was a little ghetto but that's kinda normal in Vietnam, it is a 3rd world country after all. I gave it average rating but that's a complement as I'm comparing it to 1st world hotels. I would recommend this hotel to my friends without hesitation.

Fortunately, the location of the hotel is hidden in the alley as there is no noise coming from the nearby bars and restaurants. Pros: Great staff who are willing to provide you advice on where to go for attractions. The room is clean and the hotel facilitiles are working in good condition. Cons: Wifi connection seems to be unstable at times. Breakfast was average with limited variety.

• Ai Ngo (10/5): European style! Nice staffs - I and my husband stayed here for 2 days and feel pretty comfortable. This is a small hotel in a isle on a non-sleeping street, but they design and decorate in a good way that we feel innovation, freshness, and coziness. Most of guests here are from different countries rather than Vietnam. So, they thought we were Chinese; in fact we are Vietnamese. Staffs are welcomed and speak English well enough to support you. They have a not bad simple breakfast. I would recommend for people who travel with small budget and want to experience with Vietnamese people.

The tours arranged through the hotel were really good value for money and really enjoyable. We did the half day Cu Chi tunnels, then following day Mekong river. The hotel is really quiet off the main hostel/backpacker strip. It has all the convenience of location, but none of the inconvenienced!! We stayed three nights in Hoi Chi Minh city and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is a bargain for what it offered.

• BEN (10/5): Excellent - The owner, Giang, went extra mile to help her guest: i.e.; not only she recommended places to visit, but she also called and made arrangements of tour companies for entire visits, and especially contacting our next hotel in Hanoi for a ride to be picked up. Her kind and thoughtful help was/is our travel much much easier and saved our time/hassle. Our much thanks go to her. Location? Wonderful! We will definitely stay there again when we visit HCM citi.
• THOMAS (4/5): A melting pot of emotions and experiences - Hard to find hotel due to the busyness of the street (hotel down alley and hard to distinguish due to the amount of neon lights everywhere), Hotel staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful; I couldn't fault the young boy and the young girl there at all they were beautiful souls. Was offered hotel taxi transport on leaving for $8 U.S. dollars, declined then was called taxi without hotel commision on top. Street has taxis all day and night so you can just flag if time on your side. No tea making facilities in room, Breakfast poor, had one of the top rooms and the pipes backed up making room smell like poo pit for day then off and on throughout stay. District 1 vvery busy so check local info for quieter places. Good points: shops on door step, close to bus station, some nice moped drivers outside. 2 minute walk to big rectangular park, tourist attractions very close. I would never stay there again though!!!

The breakfast was very good, the staff were really friendly and helpfull with all our questions and requests. The hotel is very well located in the middle of the turistic area.

Breakfast very simple but good (bread, eggs, jam, juice, coffee and milk), near the busier place at night, a lot of backpackers around, bars and night clubs. 10 min walking to the famous market and 20 min to the center city. The lady at the reception spoke English & German with us, and was very friendly/polite. The male receptionist was less competent and even forgot to record that we already paid for the laundry service and asked us to pay again! We loved the warm breakfast, which was a great start to the day. The hotel is quiet as it was in a quite lane, just a stone's throw away from the main road. Although you could hear people talk when they walk past your room. The wi-fi worked very well, and so did the shower. Overall, an excellent hotel.
• melissa (10/5): - Would stay there again. Bao was very helpful - sim and phone card purchase, money exchange, restaurant, recommendation, and tour. Little disappointed that the common areas were not available for use during day/evening because it is the sleeping area for staff.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Easy go - Didn't spend much time in the hotel, just left my baggage. Hotel is in a small alley next to GO2 a famous night spot, in the tourist area. Not easy to find, Say GO2 everyone knows.

• Ralph (10/5): small hideaway - Small place situated in an alley which was great as you were away from the noise of city life yet in the heart of district 1 The staff were very accommodating and friendly.They were very good at looking after any of our needs,such as tour bookings,taxi or suggestions in places to see or eat. We would return here if we ever returned to Ho Chi Minh City.
• Katie (10/5): Location and value for money! - Excellent location tucked down a little lane so it's quiet and easy to get away from the hustle and bustle! We were able to walk to all the things we wanted to see. The staff went above and beyond. Keep in mind it's not a 5 star property but it was clean, comfortable and excellent location!

• Ivan (8/5): Quiet oasis in Buy Vien - My first time in Vietnam so I was a bit concerned about the area as everyone told me to watch out for pickpockets. The staff at GS3 made me feel at home and helped me to relax. Their customer service is excellent and they are always willing to go the extra mile. The breakfast was good and you could have as much as you wanted. It was a nice friendly stay and created a very good impression for a first time visitor to Vietnam. A special thanks to Hong who was always so helpful.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Very friendly and helpful staff - Staff were extremely friendly and helpful they gave us information on places to visit and were very accomodating! Rooms are basic and clean, very simple. Comfortable beds for a budget room. I recommend asking for a room upstairs as it can get quite noisy. In popular backpacker area central to bars and restaurants.

• Tanya (8/5): Giang Son 3 Hotel - Giang Son 3 Hotel was a very nice place, more than what we expected. We stayed in the Deluxe Twin room. The rooms are small but with enough space. The location is great as it is only a minute walk from Bui Vien with all restaurants, bars and nightlife. We took the bus from airport and walked to the hotel from Ben Tanh. It didn't take more than 20 minutes. It could be difficult to find the hotel as it is in a an alley. We used Google Maps (bought a prepaid SIM in the airport which was a life saver until the end of the trip, make sure you get one with unlimited internet access). The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was nice enough.There was tea and coffee, fruits and you could pick from a menu of fried eggs, omelette etc. All in all good value for the money paid.Just keep in mind that there is no elevator.
• Matthew (8/5): Good stay - This budget hotel is well located in the nightlife district where there are lots of hangouts for tourists and cheap places to stay and socialise. Walking distance for most people to the central area where the tourist attractions are located. The hotel is just off the main street and so is very quiet at night despite the nightlife nearby. For a budget hotel, the room was in good condition and clean and was made up each day. A simple breakfast is provided and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
• Lester (8/5): Happy - Good location. Good service. Room condition is okay. You get what you see. Worth it. Nothing fancy about breakfast but we are happy overall. Worth the price.

• Camilla (10/5): Excellent rooms, customer service and value - Warm welcome from the staff. The hotel is very new, tastefully decorated and clean! We were lucky to have the only room on the top floor. I would say if you struggle with stairs make sure you request a room on the lower floors. Wifi is good. Breakfast is made to order and freshly made. The thing that stands out about this hotel is the customer service. We booked a couple of tours through the hotel to visit the CuChi tunnels and day trip to the Mekong Delta. Both trips were well organised, entertaining and good vale for money. Sisi on the front desk went above and beyond to help us book our train tickets. She talked us through the website as it is in Vietnamese and when our cards were declined she offered to pay it using her card and us to give her money which was very kind. We politely declined and decided to go to the train station and book it directly and she actually offered to take us there on the back of her moto as the station was on the way home for her. Absolutely fantastic service! The guys that work the night shift were also very friendly.
• Jean (10/5): Excellent Stay! - It was located nearby Pham Ngu Lao street. Very strategic location convenient to anywhere. Affordable room price,clean and neat. The room has a balcony and good ventilation. Friendly staff and feels like home. Highly recommended.
• Laura (8/5): A little treasure - Great cheap hotel in the middle of Saigon. $150000VND from the airport via taxi. Close to everything, staff were very helpful. Breakfast was tasty.
• Thelma (10/5): Great value hotels away just off the main street - Great stay! Hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially the young lady on reception. She helped us book tours and ensured we were happy with our room. Breakfast was included which was cooked fresh every morning by a young man. Very tasty. Limited choices but very tasty. Only difficulty we had with this hotel was locating it on the first day! It's down a small alley off the main street. After tredging around for 20 minutes, a sweet lady on a local book shop directed us to the door. Really enjoyed our stay!
