Das zur Verfügung gestellte Ski Depot hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen (Qualität und Menge) war perfekt! Die Qualität der Infrastruktur und das umfangreiche Angebot haben uns sehr gefallen

• Roman (9/5): Wunderschönes Erlebnis mit erstaunlichen positiven Erfahrungen - Größer und teurer geht immer. Mein persönlicher Eindruck war gewaltig. Ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Für unsere Bedürfnisse einfach zu Groß. Aber sehr gute Betten (priv vom Wasserbett verwöhnt), die keine Rückenschmerzen verursachen und einen gesunden Schlaf bieten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mit allen Köstlichkeiten versehen, die man sich wünscht. Das Mehrgängemenü als Abendessen war sehr variantenreich. Für jeder Geschmack etwas dabei und sehr professionell serviert. Die Sauna ist mein persönlicher Höhepunkt. Ich genieße seit 40 Jahren die Sauna, aber ein solches Erlebnis hatte ich vorher noch nie. Sollte jeder Saunabenutzer mindestens einmal in seinem Leben genießen! Für den Winter ist die nähe zur Gondel sehr vorteilhaft. Ich habe eine Woche Schiurlaub bereits gebucht Ein Manko sind etwas die Parkplätze.

• Izabela (10/5): Heerlijke vakantie Alpen Herz te Ladis - Prachtig en schoon hotel en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Dagelijks werden de bedden verschoond en kregen we schone handdoeken. Eten is uitstekend en variërend (en gezond). Je betaalt voor de kwaliteit en daarom is het iets duurder dan een ander hotel. Massages zijn behoorlijk aan de prijs.

Das Personal hat uns herzlich empfangen, selbst nachdem die Rezeption längst geschlossen war. Es hat jeden unserer Wünsche mit Verständnis entgegengenommen, mit viel Engagement erfüllt oder eine passende Lösung gesucht. Die Stimmung ist friedlich, alles ist top organisiert, ohne dabei Stress oder Hektik zu zeigen, man hat den Eindruck hier wird gerne und mit viel Engagement gearbeitet. Das Angebot und vor allem die Qualität des Essens ist 1a. Alles ist hübsch und stilvoll zum Thema Romantik dekoriert, Das Angebot an Aktivitäten und Spa läst keine Wünsche offen. Wir gratulieren zu diesem tollen Team und diesem tollen Hotel! Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal da. Es fällt uns schwer hier Verbesserungsvorschläge oder gar negative Punkte aufzuzählen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, was nicht immer einfach ist, und was wir bis jetzt so noch nie erlebt haben :)

The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. There is a large relaxation area. There is a separate area where you can get body and facial massages and other treatments for an extra charge. The hotel tries to organise additional entertainment for its guests, so that every evening is not a boring one. There is a bar area where you can sit with company during the day and in the evening, have a tasty drink or an extra snack. There is enough space for parking. There is a large room for storing skis and drying boots. • PFM (8/5): toplocatie maar echt voor koppels - Zeer aangenaam goed verzorgd hotel, maar is ook daadwerkelijk wat het zegt dat het is; een romantik hotel. dus feitelijk niet aanbevelenswaardig voor anderen dan stelletjes, want alles is er gevuld met hartjes en rose. Het eten is aardig, maar ook niet meer dan dat. Hier laten ze nog wel wat liggen, jammer......ontbijt is overigens prima en voldoende gesorteerd. Kamers zonder uitzicht hebben ook echt uitzicht op een muur.........
