- Simone_DF (6/5): Ok but needs improvements - Great location, minutes walking from everything, and yet in a quiet alley. Breakfast was plenty. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was not working. There was a blinking red light. We informed the staff at the counter, but nothing was done. We stayed for 4 nights without aircon. Coffee was terrible, which is strange considering how good Turskish coffee is Hairdryer was working, but the device itself would get really hot after 1-2 minutes of operation, making it not particularly useful.

- NATALIA (9/5): Muy bien - El desayuno está bien, variado, hay fruta, tostadora, cosa que no es muy habitual en otros hoteles. El personal amable y la cama muy cómoda. Todo muy limpio. La habitación no es muy grande ni espaciosa, en las fotos parece más, pero limpias y si vas para dormir prácticamente está bien.

Közel a hajóállomás. A szoba tiszta, napi törölköző csere, takarítás. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Minden tetszett.

The hotel is in a convenient location with all the attractions minutes away. The breakfast was ok but would be better if they had variety each day.

- Ana (9/5): Preporučam ovaj hotel za vaš smještaj u Instanbulu - Odlična lokacija u samom centru ,5 min hoda do Ayasofye,Basilike-cisterne…prije dolaska vas kontaktiraju i organiziraju prijevoz od aerodroma do hotela i tako pri povratku od hotela do aerodroma ,ugodno iznenađenje,a nije ni skupo za 5 osoba,kao što je bilo kod nas,tako da preporuka je da od njih prihvatite tu ponudu…. U kasne noćne sate ponekad se čuje buka ,preporuka ponesite čepiće za uši😁

Спокойное и очень удобное месторасположение, близко до всего, в том числе и до остановки 1 трамвая, метро и пристани пешком. Обильный завтрак. Ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец. Тапочки, косметические принадлежности, питьевая вода и все для чая. Мне очень подошло матрас и подушка, просыпалась без боли в спине. Персонал очень доброжелателен. После выезда оставляли вещи, что было очень удобно. Спасибо за гостеприимство. Обязательно вернемся еще. Нет такого

O pequeno almoço com muito pouca opção. O staff não dá atenção na reposição de loiça e limpeza de mesas tendo de ser eu a pedir que me limpassem a mesa usada por outros hóspedes para poder usar. Pedi chávenas de café e chá e disseram para usar copos descartáveis.

El desayuno también estuvo genial con opciones tanto continentales como turcas. Lo único "regular" por decir algo, es la velocidad del wifi, ya que a veces no iba.

The hospitality of Muhammed and Dğuzhan was very welcoming, they help us with every question we had. Breakfast was okay. And the room was very clean and a comfortable bed. the room was a bit cold tho. The Spa was under construction other than that all perfect for the price.

- qinhan (1/5): 很差 - 该酒店空调老旧，我们去的时候正好坏了，说会修但是修不好。酒店员工屡次欺骗拖延时间，一直让我们等。对于我们check out并退款的要求只含糊其辞，说等经理来。但是经理并没有来。也于是被糊弄拖到凌晨两点热得睡不着，才发觉都是假话。第二天manager一点歉意都没有，态度强硬，也不解决问题。 该酒店在老城区临街，晚上时不时会有吵闹。各种设施老旧，吹风机也是坏的，电梯很小。 不推荐入住。

- Kerstin (8/5): Gute Mittelklassehotel in Top Lage - Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet, die Betten waren comfortable. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und super ansprechend und sehr lecker. Ich empfehle das Hotel weiter. Das wifi könnte etwas besser und stabiler sein. Oftmals gab es Unterbrüche.

- Julio (10/5): Estancia perfecta en Estambul - Todo perfecto, la habitación limpia y espaciosa, los desayunos buffet muy buenos, con alimentos para los diferentes gustos, la ubicación en un barrio muy seguro, restaurantes a pocos metros, muy cerca de Santa Sofía y varios de los lugares turisticos más importantes, el metro transita a pocas cuadras del hotel, con una cuota extra traslado muy comodo del y hacia el aeropuerto, el personal administrativo, de limpieza, muy amables y nos atendieron bien. Me gustó todo.

- marcov32 (10/5): Hotel bien ubicado, limpio y muy funcional - El trato de los recepcionistas. Están 24 horas pendientes del WhatsApp y te responden al instante. La ubicación es muy buena, a 5 minutos de Santa Sofía y de la Mezquita Azul. Del desayuno tal vez me esperaba algo más o algo diferente. Muchas variedades de aceitunas y de quesos a los que no estamos acostumbrados en España. Lo mejor eran los huevos revueltos, el yogur y las variedades de bizcochos.
- Pavels (10/5): Отель в пяти минутах до исторического центра и ресторанчиков, при этом на на тихой улице. - Останавливаемся здесь второй раз. Персонал всегда на связи. Спасибо за оперативный трансфер. Самолёт прилетел раньше, нас встречали, и быстро доставили в отель. Это было важно, т.к. летели транзитом после длинного перелёта. Завтрак очень сытный и вкусный.

- Manuel (10/5): Hotel para turismo cultural y de compras - Principalmente ubicación 10 de 10 al lado de transportes,negocios, monumentos principales.Esta colocado en una zona de ocio pero a la vez un poco separado con lo cual no le afecta los ruidos Excelente hotel para hospedarse y hacer turismo cultural pero no para tener ocio dentro del hotel. Quizás la escalera de entrada un poco angosta pero Estambul es así muchas cuestas y escaleras.Por el resto nada que reseñar
- Alina (8/5): - Добре місце розташування, привітний персонал, в номері щоденно залишають пляшечки з питною водою, а в ціну входить сніданок і в цілому все ок. Вікна кімнати виходили на внутрішню сторону будинку і було весь час чути досить гучну вентиляцію. Крім того, меблі в кімнаті вже досить старі і брудні стіни. Прибиральниця була кожного дня, але в кутках ніхто не прибирає і видно скупчення багаторічного пилу.
- Suzana (10/5): - The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern. It’s a very charming place overall. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Since we had a very early check-out, they prepared sandwiches, fruit, and water for us to take with us, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended!
- Letitia (8/5): Sejur minunat, încărcat de istorie și experiențe culinare. - Locație excelentă, la câțiva pași de moschei, Basilica Cisterna, Palatul Topkapî, printre străduțe înguste încărcate de atmosferă și restaurante cu specific turcesc. Zona foarte sigură, la orice oră. Hotelul micuț, foarte curat, atmosferă caldă, personal foarte amabil, curățenie zilnică în camere, ceai și cafea, apă zilnic din partea casei. Micul dejun corect, nu extraordinar, dar suficient pentru a începe ziua. Raport calitate preț foarte bun, recomand. Pentru iubitorii de cafea, minusul este că atât în cameră cât și la micul dejun cafeaua este solubilă.
- Claudette (8/5): Great location and staff! - Located near all the main attractions and just 6 minutes walk to the airport bus and tram station. The staff are wonderful, breakfast was mostly cheese, meats, bread and cake. I would have loved to see fresh fruit! Otherwise a wonderful stay More fruits at breakfast would be nice

- Sylvie (8/5): J'y retournerais - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal dans le quartier pour accéder facilement et à pied aux grands lieux touristiques du quartier. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. La chambre exiguë mais fonctionnelle. Par contre les lits simples sont vraiment étroits. Les petits-déjeuners offrent invariablement la même chose tous les jours et très basique.

- Torres (4/5): Decepcion - La atención del personal muy amables. El desayuno sin mucha variedad, y por momentos no había disponibilidad de menaje. N9 se parecía en nada a la propaganda. Mucho ruido. Poca aislación.
