• Matthew (9/5): Amazing location - Beach front property, with easy access to a lovely portion of beach. The hotel is also located directly across from a small shopping plaza with a supermarket and restaurants, along with food carts that open in the evening which serve amazing food for very low prices. The best pad thai we had during our stay was from the food cart in the evening, with coconut milk ice cream from another food cart! The A/C in the rooms are a bit underpowered, especially for very warm evenings.

• Bram (8/5): De echte Koh Samui experience - Een prachtige accommodatie met een ogenschijnlijk wat traditionele uitstraling, maar tegelijkertijd voorzien van alle luxe. Alles wordt uitstekend onderhouden, van de kamers tot de tuinen en het zwembad. Er is ook de mogelijkheid om via het hotel een taxi te regelen, waar wij gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Deze waren altijd keurig op tijd en tegen een goede prijs. Zowel het strand als het zwembad zijn erg mooi en goed verzorgd, waardoor het een fijne plek is om te ontspannen. De airco was niet schoon, dat was duidelijk merkbaar en zichtbaar in het gebruik. De douche werd niet goed warm, terwijl dat ondanks de weersomstandigheden wel verwacht mag worden. Daarnaast waren de muren vrij dun, waardoor je veel hoorde van wat er bij de buren gebeurde. 😅 Het was daardoor soms wat rumoerig. In vergelijking met de huisjes was het buitenmeubilair ook minder comfortabel. Loungekussens op de banken hadden dat een stuk aangenamer gemaakt. Bij het ontbijtbuffet hadden we soms het idee dat niet alles iedere dag vers was. Sommige producten leken er al langere tijd te liggen.

La piscine à débordement est belle lorsqu’elle n’est pas bondée de monde comme ça a été le cas Climatisation d’une autre époque bruyante et vraiment datée. C’était très désagréable. La piscine remplie d’enfants qui plongent à longueur de journée, on se prenait des gouttes d’eau sur les transats et le personnel ne disait rien. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment de mauvaise qualité

Alles hat gepasst vom Frühstück angefangen, übers Zimmer, der Pool und der Strand einfach unglaublich. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber besonders hervorzuheben. Man wird egal zu welcher Uhrzeit herzlich begrüßt, sie haben immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und jeder hilft, wo er kann. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Nichts. Alles war toll.

• WilliamRamirez (10/5): Best hotel on Chaweng Beach: tropical, relaxed, and great value - A beautiful resort with an authentic tropical atmosphere. The pool is fantastic and features a swim-up bar. The on-site restaurant overlooks the beach and serves an extensive breakfast buffet along with solid lunch and dinner options at very reasonable prices. Beds are excellent, staff are consistently friendly and hospitable, and the location at Chaweng Beach is hard to beat. Nothing significant to mention, this hotel delivers on all fronts.

Es gab jeden Tag 4 Flaschen Wasser kostenlos und man bekommt jeder Zeit frische Handtücher. Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Der Strand und das Meer ist ein Traum. Der Preis ist jedoch etwas hoch angesetzt, man bezahlt sozusagen die Lage mit, wem es das wert ist, ist es definitiv eine Empfehlung.

The location is unbeatable—it’s situated at the quiet southern end of Chaweng, so you get a peaceful atmosphere while still being a short walk from the local shops and action. The beachfront is wide, clean, and the water is shallow and calm, which was perfect for relaxing. We also loved the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

• rudy2561 (10/5): Brilliant Hotel….brilliant Location - Absolutely brilliant location , right on the Main Beach. It is a 15 minute walk to the Shopping Mall….which is far enough away from all the loud nightlife as well. Well appointed rooms…..nothing wanting for the breakfast buffet. The cafe also served well priced local dishes , and the twice DAILY Happy hour kept us hydrated. All in all a fantastic experience. Staff were spot on , and the grounds kept immaculately. There are many choices for accomodation types depending on your budget. Definitely will recommend to others.

Only a 10-15 minute walk to the main shopping areas , but far away from all the loud nightlife district. Beachfront property , great swim up bar , great cafe for dining. Staff were exceptional. Grounds were pristine. Would recommend to anyone to stay here. There are also many room options available- depending on budget. Breakfast was also fabulous. Not much to dislike at all.

• cindypY9037HW (6/5): Disappointed - Positively the Beach is clean and so is the hotel. However, the hotel was expensive and there is literally no service in the restaurant or around the pool. I don’t expect ttable service at breakfast but I do expect them to at least ask if we want coffee, there is no support at all. To make matters worse, there was not even any glasses for us to help ourselves to juice this morning or spoons on the table. Also, the food and drinks are extremely expensive. A small local beer is 140 Thai baht. I rated this hotel three star as I failed to see the difference between a three star resort and this. If I knew what to expect I would not be at this hotel. I hope this helps people when choosing their holiday.
• bjoerno891 (10/5): Top Resort - We had once again a very god holiday at BFS. And we stayed here for almost 4 weeks. The location of this resort is very good as it is in the middle of Chaweng Beach. The straff at the hotel and Baitong restaurant is very helpful and friendly. Everybody you meet, say hello and have a big smile. If you are looking for a place to stay in Samui, we can highly recommend to stay at this hotel. You will not regnet that choice.

• mike (10/5): Komme gerne wider - Zuerst hatten wir das Standartzimmer, das war supper, als wir unseren aufenthalt verlängert hatten mussten wir in ein Superior Bungalow umziehen. Superior Bungalow klingt super, das Standartzimmer war aber neuer, gösser und schöner. Das Personal war supper nett, die Bedienung an der Poolbar etwas langsam und wenn nicht Happy hour war oft garnicht besetzt. Der Strandabschnitt war sehr schön, auf der Strasse vor dem Hotel war was los aber im Hotel war nichts davon hörbar. Das Essen im Hotel war gut aber auch viel zu teuer wenn man es mit den Preisen in der Umgebung vergleicht. Ich komme aber gerne wider wenn ich wider in der Gegend bin.

The pool was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere of the place was relaxing, welcoming, and perfect for unwinding. The hotel was also very peaceful, with a low noise level that made our stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the easy access to the beach, which made it so convenient to go back and forth throughout the day. Considering everything, we found the value for money to be excellent. A special shoutout to Yut, who welcomed us at the airport and was always extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay, every time we met. Already looking forward to coming back!

• TAKAHASHI (10/5): ワンダフル！ - サムイ島２回目の子連れ（3歳）母娘旅行です。昨年泊まったお気に入りのブリラサビレッジホテルが、今年から宿泊が成人以上の年齢制限になったため、次に立地と評判の良いこちらに宿泊を決めました。道路をまたいだ目の前がモール（大型スーパーあり）で、とにかく立地は最高。毎日安売りのシンハービールとチャンビールを買いに行きました。部屋の清掃のタイミングと朝食の種類と味も素晴らしかったです。寝具やタオル類も清潔。朝食時は食後のコーヒー類やフレッシュフルーツジュース、卵料理は作りたてをくれます。タイ料理もはずせません。肝心のプールはほどよい水加減と透明度で、3歳の子供が充分遊べます。プールに飽きたらその足で遠浅の海に行き、波打際で遊べます。チャウエンの海は細かい白砂もブルーのグラデーションと水中が綺麗です。そしてチェックアウト時。5分前に部屋まで重たいスーツケースを取りにきてくれて、タクシーまで運んでくれました。出発前日にも何時にチェックアウトするかや、タクシーを何時に呼べばいいかなど、確認してくれ、安心です。grab でホテルのロビーまで食事やタクシーを頼んだりもできます。施設内も常に掃除をされていてプールもレストランも清潔だった。他のホテルではプールはタオルカードを持ってプール場で名前と部屋番号を伝えてタオルと交換だったが、こちらのホテルでは、使用済みのタオルを外バルコニーの椅子に置いておけば、夜のうちに新しいタオルをセットしてくれていて、自分で交換しに行く手間のストレスがありませんでした。子連れなので洗濯は毎日必要でしたが、洗面台のボウルが深いタイプだったので、１回で1日分の洗濯物を持参の洗剤で手洗いできたし、外のバルコニーは日当たりが良く、干すスペースも充分だったので、半日で乾きました。長くなりましたが、本当に最高で楽しい滞在になりました。また来年娘と泊まりにきます！ なし！
• Martin (10/5): Very nice resort, nice beach, cool stay! - Very beautiful Beach. Not to busy at night. Great restaurant with delicious dishes, while having a great view on the sea/beach. Friendly staff. Very beautiful and green hotel complex. Many local stores and restaurants at the street. AC was very loud. Beach towel change, confusing. We didn’t figure out how to properly trigger the change until the end. There were not sufficient hooks/hangers for towels and wet bath suit. Box jelly fishes warning, scared us to the point not to enter the sea. A countermeasure like box jelly nets could fix that easily. Our balcony was without any view, just 3 high walls, felt like sitting in a hole.

• Jasmin (10/5): Wundervoll - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Manchmal sind es genau die unerwarteten Wendungen, die eine Reise unvergesslich machen. Nachdem wir unser ursprünglich gebuchtes Hotel aufgrund katastrophaler Zustände verlassen mussten, fanden wir im Banana Fan Sea Resort unser kleines Paradies. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Ursprünglich wollten wir unsere Reise in Phuket fortsetzen. Aufgrund der durchweg sehr negativen Bewertungen haben wir uns jedoch dagegen entschieden und den Aufenthalt dort storniert. Dies mussten wir zunächst mit unserem Reisebüro klären. In dieser Zeit hat uns die Rezeption großartig unterstützt und unser Zimmer für uns geblockt, bis alles geregelt war. Wir hatten zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl, im Stich gelassen zu werden – ganz im Gegenteil: Die Hilfsbereitschaft und das Verständnis des Teams haben uns wirklich beeindruckt und sehr beruhigt. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, die Zimmer werden liebevoll zweimal täglich gereinigt und der Service ist einfach erstklassig. Kulinarisch wurden wir ebenfalls verwöhnt: Chef Tom zaubert fantastische Gerichte, und der Kochkurs mit ihm war ein echtes Highlight unserer Reise. Der Strand ist ein absoluter Traum – feiner, weißer Sand, kristallklares Wasser und ein Sonnenaufgang, den man nie vergessen wird. Wir sind unglaublich dankbar, dieses Hotel gefunden zu haben, und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

• supavadeej2021 (10/5): Perfect resort to enjoy your vacation - This is my third time here with my husband. We always enjoy staying here. The resort's location is perfect. It's not too far from the airport. There is a community mall opposite the grocery store, which is very convenient. The surroundings inside the resort are so calm and natural. The beach is just in front of the resort and the beach view is super nice. The room is clean. The mattress is quite comfortable, made you have a well sleep. They provide all necessary amenities. I love they provide slippers and also a bag to bring your belonging to the beach. The service is the best here. All the staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious with a beautiful sea view. There are some local Thai food and western food. Bread is good too. I love they provide a small cart with made-to order fresh cold pressed juice. Honestly, it's worth to stay here And you won’t be disappointed :).
• Waaals (10/5): I highly recommend this hotel, even for families with children, ideally located right on the beach. - The Banana Fan Sea Resort boasts a fantastic location right on the beach, directly opposite the new shopping center. Just outside, you'll find numerous local restaurants and cafes. The staff, from the managers to the cleaning staff, are incredibly friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool area is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The waiters are very efficient, the food in the restaurant is excellent, and there's even a happy hour twice a day at the pool bar. The cocktails are very good, and the pool bar offers a cozy atmosphere with a sea view. This was our 12th stay, and it certainly won't be the last. We're coming back in May 2026! It always feels like coming home to friends! My sincerest thanks go to the managers and all the staff for the excellent service and the pleasant atmosphere. A big thank you to Teng, to Aoy (always friendly and accommodating), Somyot, Bill, Bee, Jom, Songkran, Tom, Nao, Mook... unfortunately, I can't remember all the names... thank you!

Whether as a couple or now with our two children, we always feel warmly welcomed and at ease from the very first moment. The entire atmosphere at the resort is incredibly welcoming and open. The idyllic garden is a dream and lovingly maintained. The location is perfect for us, as you can quickly reach the hustle and bustle of Chaweng Road while simultaneously relaxing on the most beautiful stretch of beach, enjoying excellent sun loungers, or lounging by the pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide selection – the best we've experienced in Thailand so far. Even at breakfast, the atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming, especially when Bee is there. We would particularly like to thank Yut, who provided invaluable support during a medical emergency involving our daughter and was always available and extremely helpful. The beach is fantastic. The staff is incredibly attentive and provides exceptional service. For example, yesterday they took several guests, completely free of charge, to a local market and the port to watch the sunset. Yut and Bill, representing the hotel, accompanied us, making the outing a truly unique and memorable experience. Their expertise speaks volumes, and they go out of their way to ensure guests enjoy every moment. Simply wonderful.
