- jaehyun (7/5): - 서귀포나 용문이나 거리가 가까워서 이동이 편리하고 숙소근처에 편의점이 있어서 좋았음 조식 맛있지는 않았음 종류도 적고, 최소한 고기종류가 한개정도는 있었어야 한다는 생각 직원응대도 별로임 5인가족 숙박이면 수건을 여유잇거나 맞게 비치 하여야 하는데 적게비치하고 돈을달라고해 어처구니가 없었음 건물은 관리 전혀 안되고 있음 특히 조리용품이나 식기구가 전혀없음

La chambre est agréable et le petit déjeuner très varié La chambre était globalement propre mais nécessitais un léger rafraîchissement. Le personnel parlait pas très bien anglais mais il font tout en sorte pour comprendre 😊

- florent (4/5): 5 jours passés sur l'Ile de Jéju 4 nuits à Vitacay Hotel - Le prix abordable, la qualité du lit et la compréhension du personnel qui fait avec les moyens qu'on lui accorde Nous avions réservé 5 chambres pour toute la famille qui ont besoin d'une mise à niveau ( lumière en panne, plus de joints dans salle de bain et propreté limite, porte des toilettes qui ne fermait pas et pression de l'eau basse) et que dire de la piscine sur la photo qui est un pataugeoire pour enfant (profondeur au genoux).Petit déjeuner ok Après signalement, on nous a dit qu'on a pas payé non plus pour un 5 étoiles mais on nous a accordé le changement de notre chambre

- 서 (4/5): - 주변에 여러 시설들이 가까이있어 편리하고 조식이 맛있었어요 방이 너무좁아서 화장실이랑 침대랑 너무 붙어있었어요 그리고 커튼을 걷으니 바로앞 다른 건물에 있던 남자분과 눈이 마주쳐 깜짝 놀랐네요~ 인사할뻔^^; 화장실을 중요하게 생각하는 편인데 생각한거랑 달라서... 좀 실망했네요 ㅜㅜ 물론 가성비를 생각하면 어쩔수 없지만 같이 간 일행분들 한테 미안하기도 했어요^^

Pas mal de possibilités pour manger aux alentours. Petit déjeuner asiatique mais vraiment sympas Sur Jejy en général il faut prévoir une voiture pour se déplacer facilement. Les chambres n'ont pas vraiment de vue.

- Kieran (7/5): Bonne surprise - Emplacement top. Cependant il faut soit une voiture soit être prêt a faire de longs trajets en bus! Le personnel était aimable et courtois ainsi que très aidant. La chambre était bien et le parquet ainsi que les lits étaient chauffés! Le petit déjeuner était bon et changeait tous les matins. La clim faisait un peu trop de bruit et donc impossible de dormir avec. La porte de l'escalier du dernier étage était fermée a clef car ils ne veulent pas que nous ayons accès à la piscine mais cela veut dire qu'en cas d'urgence les personnes au dernier étage sont bloqués car pas possible de passer par les escaliers.. La fenêtre donnait une chambre de l'hôtel d'en face donc attention à l'intimité !
- きなこもち (8/5): コスパ最高😀 - バスターミナルから近く、周囲にはコンビニや飲食店も多くロケーションが良い。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切。コインランドリーが隣にあります。毎日タオル類の交換とお水をいただけるのが嬉しい。エントランスがとってもいい匂い♡ 水圧が弱いのが残念でした。タオル類を毎日交換してくれるのは嬉しいけど、穴が空いているものが多かった。大きな穴が空いているのはゲストに出すべきではないと思います。雑巾で体を拭いている気分で悲しくなりました。

- JEONG-WON (9/5): 조용하고 쉬기 좋은 호텔입니다. - 합리적인 가격이고 시설도 무난합니다. 3박하였는데 요청하지 않아도 생수랑 수건 여분을 매일 챙겨주신점도 좋았습니다. 호텔 주변도 조용하고 이마트도 가까워서 장보기 좋아요. 재방문 의사 있습니다. 싱글룸이었는데 침대가 다소 불편했지만 지내기에 크게 불편하진 않았습니다.

- Carlos (2/5): Dont walk, RUN! - We arrived in the Morning and wanted to check in early but they said It wasnt possible With less than 1 hour before check in time we asked again if the room was ready. Now check in early was possible, but at the cost of a quarter night extra We prepaid for breakfast for 3 people (family room for 3 adults) and they said we had to pay for 1 more person for breakfast, they said to talk to booking.com because although the room was for 3 people, breakfast was only for 2 people Do you see the pattern? Trying to charge extra at every corner... The pool was more a pond with all the algae in the floor and on the walls. It was surely not taken care of in at least a few weeks. We stayed 2 days after high season was over Towels werent available for us when we asked at reception (they had to go to the Laundry room to get them and that was too much effort) so it was easier to say no Breakfast wasnt worth it: boiled eggs, some sad white bread and quartered bananas and some korean food, plenty of nice breakfast places around the area of the hotel The room was ok and the cleaning ladies were the most amenable in the complex by a mile, even with a language barrier they were willing to help Which is the polar opposite to the reception desk people. They didnt want to help us find a taxi (Google that yourselves, we dont give that service), they were rude at every occasion and one of them was verbally violent We recommend you go somewhere else, surely you will have a better experience anywhere else, I can't stress how awful we felt enough

Also microwaves downstairs in the lobby. - Very quiet and clean. - Wifi and air conditioning works perfectly. - Parking in the building and around the building. - Free laundry. - There is breakfast available but I didn’t use it. It looked very good from what I’ve seen. - Convenience store right in front of the hotel. - Very close to all the landmarks and popular view points. - There is a pool on the roof terrace with a view on the sea. - Staff is very friendly and polite. - Very close to Seogwipo city, max 10 minutes driving to the city center.

- Robb (4/5): Room was adequate the servicing of the room was not. - Location was good the offering was acceptable. Disappointed that there was no orange juice at breakfast. Should also advise European travellers that they do not provide knives for cutting or spreading anything on toast/bread. They did provide 2 bottles of water every day as the area was in the grip of a severe heat wave. NO coffee makings in rooms. the reception staff were difficult to deal with due to language barrier somewhat offset by translator app. Towels were haphazardly changed each day e.g. everyday hand towels were changed but foot towel and main towel were not changed each day. The pool was filthy for at least 2 days before the water was changed. Had to provide our own toilet paper. the shower / toilet compartment was not cleaned during the whole period. No chair provided.

- BEATRIZ (7/5): - Habitación familiar amplia. Aparcamiento cercano en varios descampados que comparten los hoteles de la zona. Varios restaurantes próximos. La piscina es pequeña, para niños, pero suficiente para un chapuzón a última hora de la tarde. Está ubicado lejos del centro de la ciudad. Reservamos 4 noches para 2 adultos y 3 niños pero solo había 2 futones dobles y 4 edredones. Había cocina, que no íbamos a utilizar, pero solo había 2 tenedores y poco más. Teniendo en cuenta lo carísimo que es el desayuno no estaría mal que hubiera alguna taza o cucharas para poder desayunar por tu cuenta.

- ＲＩＮＡ (5/5): コスパは良し。価格が安いので妥協も必要 - ロケーションが良い、スタッフの対応が丁寧、安い。 1階に電子レンジあり 入室しないでくださいの札をかけて外出、ホテルに戻ると室内に水が置いてあり、タオルが交換されていた。人が入らないと想定して貴重品など閉まっておらず。もし、自分が室内に居たとしても入室される可能性があったかもしれないと考えると不快でした。浴室内、室内コバエが多い。壁が薄いので音が聞こえる。隣の部屋のチャイムの音が聞こえるため自室へのチャイムなのか分からない。23:30隣の部屋のチャイム音で目が覚めた。

- KIM (2/5): 가성비 최고라는 비스타케이호텔 후기.(가성비아님 더러움) - 월드컵 경기장이랑 가까움(이마트포함) 객실내에 에어컨 먼지상태가 최악이였음 2년 이상 에어컨 청소를 하나도안한 상태였음 겉에 먼지조차도 청소를 안함 컴플레인 후 방이없다고 하더니 좀이따 갑자기 방이생김 마법부리는거같았음 1시간이나 걸려서 교체된 방으로 들어감 바뀐방도 그렇게 깨끗하다 생각못함 냄새도 나고 습함이 심함 화장실도 청소 안하고 대충 물만 뿌리고 나왔는지 물떼도 심함 로비층은 시원하나 엘레베이터에서 내리고 객실 가는 복도에 습함과 냄새가 심함 처음방의 에어컨상태가 너무최악이라 사진은 에어컨밖에 못찍었음.. 가성비를 따질수가 없었던 곳임 이름은 호텔이지만 모텔보다 못했던 호텔이였음

The breakfast was amazing, definitely recommend spending a little extra... plenty of protein and even fruit! I could only hear other guests in the hallway, not in the neighboring rooms so it was very quiet once everyone settled into their rooms.

It’s also easy to get to various attractions from there. was probably the best option I found in terms of price and overall comfort. In general, accommodation in Korea feels overpriced for what you get — especially if you’re traveling from Southeast Asia, where the standards are often higher for the same price. Most hotels look outdated and lack comfort.

- Eduardo (9/5): Superb - Very clean hotel. The rooms are very good size and the location is fantastic, whit a lot of restaurants and shops around. The parking is free and the staff very attentive and kind. There was also a free laundry room for the hotel guests.

- Henna (2/5): Very poor - It was clean and cheap. The staff were friendly and helpful. The mattress was terrible, At some point after a couple nights of miserable sleep, we decided to flip the mattress, which helped. The location wasn't amazing either.
- Minh (1/5): Useless staff that led me to checkout early. - Nothing. The staff. Unwillingness to help me when I forgot my phone in a cab. The staff, the manager, were just not doing anything or suggesting anything, no police, no reaching out to cab companies. The manager told me “It is not our fault”. Eventually, the cab driver cane back on his own, but I am truly dumbfounded by the hotel staff inactions and not helping foreigners.

- Robert (8/5): Good place to stay in Seogwipo - Location is good. Walking distance to bus stops, shops and restaurants. Staff was courteous and upgraded our room when we complained the original assigned room has some kind of smell. Liked the comfort of the bed. Room amenities are good. Nothing to do with the hotel, but most of the restaurants in the area closes early. We had a hard time finding one after 8pm.

- Moonok (10/5): - 깨끗하고 친절했으며 입지가 좋아 이동하기 좋았 습니다. 다만 단체 합숙훈련하는 아이들이 너무 늦은 시간까지 뛰어다니고 시끄럽게 해서 잠들기 어려웠습니다. 복도에서 지나치게 떠들어서 어른의 지도가 필요하다고 느꼈습니다. 어른은 없어 보였네요. 또한 투숙객중 누군가 욕실에서 흡연을 했는지 우리 욕실까지 담배냄새가 올라와 힘들었습니다. 엘리베이터에 흡연시 과태료 20만원 안내가 있었으나 흡연자의 주의가 필요해 보입니다.
- ティート・サンタレ (8/5): A classy looking hotel for a decent price - The hotel is in a really lovely district and has lots of good restaurants around the area to choose from. One of the hotel staff spoke impeccable English and was able to answer several of our questions about the area. We left our S.Korean compatible plug adapters behind at another location, but the hotel was able to step up and offer us a rental plug for free. The restaurant's breakfast buffet was definitely worth adding on to our booking. Just be mindful of the time (7-9:30am). We tried almost everything on the buffet and enjoyed everything on each day's menu. The room is starting to show its age. It's been renovated, but some of the renovations were a bit haphazardly applied. The shower is kinda cramped, especially with the toilet being right next to it. The door also leaks water (maybe because the door latch is loose?) and I think something was wrong with the hot water heater settings because it just decided to stop heating right in the middle of my shower. The bed is thin, but springy, so it's still comfortable if you sleep on your side. The room's Smart-TV needs to have its settings reset as part of the room reset so other's forgotten accounts aren't abused if they left them logged in on the TV.

- Oi (8/5): Overall, it was a pleasant stay for a lone traveler. - Quiet, cleanliness, comfortable bed, within walking distance to UTMB Jeju race site. The room is too small. Amenities can be improved like complimentary toothbrushes. The spread of the breakfast buffet is quite limited. Surprise to see self cook egg station. I preferto have a chef cooking at the egg station.
