- David (10/5): - Nice little hotel located not far from main central temple complexes. Night market for food only a couple of blocks away. River for the boat trips is about 15 minutes walk away. Room was clean and comfortable with kettle,safe and TV(not many English channels). Limited dining and evening entertainment around the area.

Hotel booking only shows English, not good enough. We found it on my phone and had to point the way for the taxi as he couldn't read the English address to input to his.

- Gord (10/5): - Not often i do reviews but in this case i am happy to recomend this hotel. Very clean nice facilites. Wifi need nee code every day and a little week but everything else was great . Location and restaurants nearbuy good. Step out on the street turn right a and a couple doors dow there is a resteraunt with old time model cars great food low price.

We took a 220 bt return tuktuk to Ayutthaya bus station to book our bus, only to find there was a booking office 50 metres from the hotel. Staff need to be better informed

- Shibata (10/5): - フロントスタッフさんが笑顔で出迎えてくれます。日本語が分かる方がいるので英語やタイ語がダメな人でも大丈夫だと思います。 ただし、設備が壊されない様にデポジット500Bを預けて、何も無ければ翌日返金してくれます。 遺跡やレストラン、コンビニも近くにあり、帰りのロットゥー乗り場も近いので便利です。 エレベーターはカードキーをかざさないと動かないシステムで、部屋の鍵は回すタイプで施錠します。 泊まった3階の部屋はバルコニー付きで喫煙者にも優しいです。ベッドも適度な柔らかさで寝心地良く、ボトルウォーター2本あって助かります。 シャワーは固定式で上から降って来るタイプなので、手持ち式じゃないとダメな人は向いてないと思います。 帰りに寄った近くのクイッティアオ屋はお勧めで、地元の人がひっきりなしに来てました。

- Gary (8/5): returning visitor - Ayutthaya is a wonderful place to visit within Thailand , easy to get to from Bangkok whether by bus , train or taxi.. the Avail is more of a guest house than a hotel but having said that the service it supplies is spot on. from the minute you check in you get a family feel about the place as the staff are ever so friendly & very helpful.. rooms are adequate & very clean aircon is good as is the Wifi only complaint if any is the standard of the cable tv which is mostly thai channels would recommend the Avail as its walking distance to the main tourist attraction in Ayutthaya ( the Buddha tree temple ) although there are so many more historical sites to see that you could easily spend 3-4 days here..
- Verified traveler (8/5): Perfect location friendly team - The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast with our room, and it was freshly made in a nice spot they’re expanding to next door. As with most hotel breakfasts, it was English/Thai, with fried eggs, white toast, sausages and yogurt. The room was spacious with area to lay things, a couple of hangers, tv and nicely down tile floors. The shower was ok for me, but my friend didn’t think it got nearly hot enough, and we both agreed the ac wasn’t nearly cold enough. Glad we had an east window. I felt sorry for those around us, as I had managed to get a horrific cold and sneezed and coughed throughout the night. At midnight the first night, I could easily hear the people next door chatting, but don’t think they were talking too loud, it was just easy to hear. I had been in Ayutthaya in Jan 2017, and had stayed at a place I liked less, just a block or so away. I had been extremely happy with the location, and now, having explored more, I’m even more pleased. PERFECT for checking out the sites. Would definitely recommend.

- Habitat (2/5): - Really Bad! The room was very dirty and smelly - Hairs on the floor. Toilet is very small and dirty, I'm not sure if they have ever clean the tap and tiles or not. Bed is super hard, as hard as sleep on the floor. The Towel is the worse like you have a sand paper rub over your shoulder!!!!

- John (6/5): Thai version of Faulty Towers. - Not very happy as it said in add tea and coffee making facilities . But only had jug. Technically they were right , but you do expect tea coffee sugar and cups. Man running the place gave info that he thought people wanted to hear. It was mostly untrue.

I had read other reviews prior to booking this that noted how hard the bed was and I thought how hard could it be? The bed was unbelievablely hard and uncomfortable. I've never slept on anything quite like it.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Budget Hotel....You get what you pay for - The hotel was in a GREAT location. However, the lobby had no AC, they only provided one set of room keys (for three people); they called the room a superior triple but there was only two beds. The breakfast was just okay (fruit, toast, sunny side up runny eggs, sausage)
- Bob (8/5): It's a good hotel. - The hotel in a good location, near some of the main wats, and near the place where you can get a van to Victory Monument in BKK. The hotel is quite secure, and just off the main road, so it might not be easy to spot. Breakfast is limited, but that's to be expected in a small hotel. The man behind the front desk, Pete, was very good, spoke good English and quite helpful. I'd give him a 5 out of 5. The hotel is relatively new, but I think the rooms were poorly planned. There is a good bed, large fridge, but no where to put your clothes, no drawers etc. And one light in the bathroom, so best to shave in daylight.

- NATALIA (4/5): OK for 1 night stay - Very basic room in a new condominium, beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Small breakfast is served by staff. Location is in the middle of old town and within walking distance to minibuses that takes you to the center of Bangkok. OK for 1 night.
