- Linda (6/5): Not recommended - A large fridge can store a lot of burgers before returning to Malaysia. The room furniture and bathroom were old but clean. The bed creaked with every movement. The hotel only accepted cash payments in Thai Baht or Malaysian Ringgit upon check-in, despite the reservation being made through Booking.com

- John (8/5): Hope in future the management can accept credit card or debit card & also less the deposit. - The location is good but i didn't booked with breakfast due to previously i had booked the room with breakfast but it did not meet to my expectation because all the foods are cold & not many choices to choose.I use to stay at least 2 or 3 times every month. The room lights are very dim, it should have bright lights as i have to do paperwork.Its not suitable to have all dim lights,my recommendation please change the lights & maybe you can have 1 dim light.

- John (8/5): I hope the management can accept credit card or debit card rather than paying cash & less deposit. - The Location is good & its very near to the border around 500 metres,there is 7-11 in front of the hotel. There are also many nice shops to eat near the hotel. The breakfast should have a lot of choices to choose but the foods served are limited .The breakfast is not my expectation because all the foods served is very cold. In future please take this into consideration.

- Lai (9/5): Superb - Walking distance to attractions, MBI Resort. Surrounded with convenient amenities such as Restaurant, Massage shop, Karaoke, convenience store, and street hawkers. Transportation tuk tuk, van and motorcycle are available. Hotel provides free shuttle service to border as a bonus and subject to their schedule. 15 minutes walk to Sadao Immigration between Thailand and Malaysia border. Great stayed. Great stayed.

- Thiagarajen (4/5): Disappointing - my room number 414 started with a very smelly toilet and also the door can't be closed.. then i asked them to change the room and i got room number 401 and there is no hot water for shower and also the sink water is very very slow.. here i ask the manager to make sure the condition of the room before giving it to the guest.

Front desk staff were always friendly and included breakfast was decent. Late at night you could hear the nightclub across the street but I'm a heavy sleeper and it didn't bother me.
